When I arrived, Sophie was the one assigned to remove them anyway. I declined and left. What made this even more uncomfortable was being pressured to leave a review before I even left my original appointment. Sophie handed me a QR code and insisted I write it on the spot, standing over me while I did it. It didn't feel optional, and it wasn't an honest review.
