So this is the first time I get lash extensions here, and went because of a referral. Super sweet, nice and friendly. Kristen was very informative - telling you what is going on so you know (as you are laying there with your eyes closed) and made you feel very comfortable. Lashes look AMAZING! I have had lashes at an other place before, and was not pleased with the quality and longevity of those lashes - they started falling off after 1 day - that is why I wanted to try an other place. You will not be disappointed! I am very picky - I have no problem admitting that, lol - as I am in the beauty industry, but this will definitely be my place to go from now on! Just got back from getting my lashes done and I can tell you that I will never trust anyone but Sarah to do them. She is so professional and nice, the experience was relaxing and spa-like. I was so nervous that they would look fake and way too long, as I have seen many girls walking around LA with bad eye lash extensions. Sarah is fun & professional and I LOVE my lashes! I was nervous about getting my first set but Sarah made me so comfortable. She is quite skilled and very gentle. The application process was relaxing--got these cool de-puffing pads on my lower lids and relaxed while she put the lashes on. I get tons of compliments! Sarah is lovely and so are the lashes she provides. I am very happy with my lash extensions; they look natural, but add that extra flare that accentuates my natural beauty and makes my husband give me a second look :) Sarah told me that I was welcome to call if I needed any touching up and within a couple of days a patch of my natural lashes had fallen out (from normal growth), leaving a little patch that needed some extra attention. A bunch of moms from my kids' school have been getting eyelash extensions from another place and although they mostly looked good, they were mentioning alot of redness and irritation for a couple days following the service. I decided that I would rather pay more and have a better service so I came on Yelp and found Sarah. Never having done this before I wasn't sure what to expect but for all you other noobs out there put enough quarters in the meter for 1.5 hours (although the service is about an hour you still have to fill in some paperwork). She takes extra care to apply each extension in a gentle and meticulous manner (without any glue globs). Each eyelash had its own extension -- not like some of the places that I heard glue a couple of them to one natural lash, which causes them to twist and hurt.
