She is NOT a snob who only caters toward the wealthy. She also did not pressure me into coming more often than every 6 weeks. Why come more often when it's not needed? I also appreciate Lauren for accepting Zelle payments or cash because I don't use any portal systems. It is always a Good business practice To not coerce customers into using portal sign ups when they are not comfortable doing so, regardless of the reasons. This shows that she is not discriminating nor fear-based when running her successful business. Another good business practice would be to grandfather people in to the original prices they have paid since the start of raising The prices for new customers Later on. Definitely NOT worth the $150 plus 20% tip I paid. Her prices are comparable to a high end salon but her work is definitely mediocre. Now I need to spend more to have them removed to avoid more damage to my eyes and my natural lashes. I should have known when she said "I'm never booked" there's a reason. In short - save your money and eye infection/irritation. For that price - I could have gone to a much nicer place but chose to support a place in my area. BAD idea.

I wear very little makeup, but when I do I always do my brows, as I come from an era of overplucked arches. The time microblading saves me is of course precious, but so is the fact that my arches are actually where they should be now. Pedicure was phenomenal-- very relaxing and the technician was gentle and attentive to detail. Mani was not great. Technician tried to do what I wanted for a gel ombre (which she did state at the top of the appointment, "I will try, but it might not look exactly like this"-- that's fair!) After the attempt didn't work, we decided to do a french tip style. She then rushed through my mani, using a very high speed with the electric filer/ sander, so much so that when I took the gel off today I now have "rings of fire" (see attached pictures). While the mani looked great, I am disappointed more care of my natural nails was not taken, and now I have to wait it out for my nails to heal. For the future I hope any technician that does manis here will take their time, and be extra careful when using the electric filer/ sander on other clients.
