Management has got to maintain this location better in terms of cleanliness and ensure that there is ample time in between appointments for thorough cleaning. I noticed there were spots of sugar with pubic and body hair stuck on the walls within the service rooms. This is appalling. It is exceptionally unhygienic and unacceptable for this kind of business. Sugaring LA is my favorite and now go to place for all of my waxing needs. I never have an issue getting an appointment and the staff are always super accommodating. The manhattan beach location is hands down my favorite one. There's a parking structure across the street and options for street parking. There's building had great vibes of the ocean since it sits on the second floor. It's always clean and the staff are always super nice. They definitely have a regular customer with me. read more

Adarah was great. It was my first time coming here. There was a lot of natural light in the room which is super nice to make sure there are no remaining hairs that need to be removed. I didn't have nearly as many ingrown hairs like I did previously with doing wax or sugar at other places. I wish the prices were not as steep, but I guess that's how it is anywhere you get sugared around here. I only did legs and underarms at this appointment. The bed I laid on didn't feel super secure and was kinda squeaky. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience, or as pleasant as it can get when your hair is getting pulled out! :) read more

First started going early this year when they had a promo running. My Brazilians have been great and glad I was able to start this routine at a nicer salon. My only drawback is, something weird is always happening with the phone. I usually try not to schedule my next appointment during my current one because I have a crazy schedule. So now that I'm trying to call and cancel my weekend appointment, the number says this google number isn't working. I emailed. No response. There's no way to cancel online or via the confirmation text. I don't want to get charged a fee but it's like impossible to cancel unless they call you first. Sometimes the number works. Sometimes it doesn't. It's really a toss up. read more
