first time here 3/31/23 and last! My friend brought me here thinking that this place would provide better service considering the location and franchised name but we were both very disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would . Worst experience. My story/ my experience: I was brought here as a surprised birthday gift so I didn't know what to expect or what services should be provided in the "haus special" We arrived 18 min late trying to find the place and parking and the receptionist told us Bz we were late the time of the service is cut short even though I was the only customer in there. My friend still paid in advance for the full price plus tip Bz we came from a far and it my bday ! Later I met back up with my friend and she asked "how was it?" I said only extraction service was done and some heat mist but most of that time was steps on just removing my makeup. Not even a consultation of my skin was provided or face mask and who knows what other service they didn't do. My friend shocked showed me the description of what service is suppose to be provided in the haus special did I finally know. We felt scammed . If I could give negative stars I would . Face Haus is the best self care spa to visit. I personally enjoy the ambiance of the El Segundo location. Kimberly is always super nice and accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments and checking us in and out of our appointments. Today I had the honor of having Sarah as my Esthetician. I typically get the Haus Special, but this time Aubriana suggested "The Reset" which is on the online service list but not their menu in stores. I had a facial here a few months ago, and it was a lovely experience. Inside was very calm and relaxing, and the chair they use is comfy and reclines all the way that you feel you are laying down on a bed. Even if you are not in a room like in a regular spa ( you are with everyone else getting a facial in the same area), it didn't matter because you feel like in your own world in your seat. The facialists are great, they are warm and friendly, but at the same time give you space and time to relax. They do not push products even if they sell some in the store. I have been going to Face Haus for a couple years but in the last year I signed up for their facial program. My facials are always professionally done, the aesthetician always does a great job and my skin looks great. I never feel pressured into having to do add-on services or buy more products. When you walk-in the place is brightly lit and very clean. They were playing Adele which was the perfect ambiance while relaxing and getting a facial. I let the amazing girl know what my concerns were and she recommended a Spotless Reputation (I think her name was Veronica). My facial was about 45 min and I enjoyed every minute of it. After looking into other places for facials decided to come here after a friend recommended and it's very close to where I work and live. I booked the Power Haus facial with microdermabrasion. Even though the treatment beds are in the open space I still felt very relaxed and comfortable, the music was good, lighting was nice. Kind of just a more down to earth facial experience. My esthetician Dayana was great, she let me know what she was doing and what products she was using and why, and gave very nice facial massages. I loved the cold globes during the massage part! I also really loved the microcurrent, I felt like I had an instant face lift! There's a lot a facials and extras to choose from at good prices and felt like my needs were met with explaining what would benefit my skin. I've gotten a facial here as well as my mom, we both really enjoyed it ! I like that you have a small consult with the esthetician beforehand and they tell you which facial they recommend and why. They're products smell SO good and we're very gentle, my esthi gave me a sample of a face cleanser that would work with my skin which was very sweet of her. I docked a star because the last time i was in for my mom's facial i saw an esthetician on her phone while with a client and then proceeded with her. It made me a little paranoid and came off as a bit unprofessional plus can you imagine the amount of germs that are on our phones! read more

Save your face and avoid this place at all costs. I have spent 500 on lasers to correct the broken capillaries from their extractions. The girl damaged a vein on my cheek that will not heel so I permanently have a raise red bump on my face. Do not let them do any extractions!! They also burned my neck with their chemical peel and when I mentioned it at my second appointment (yes I gave them a second chance) they denied it was them and I must have gotten it from another spa. I also mentioned the scar on my cheek from the girl and was told that she was fired, so she might be gone but I would be cautious about the capabilities of their employees. read more

The girl logging in all the computer information never greeted us, smiled or made us feel welcomed & oriented as brand new clients. That would have been okay if the facial was great. It wasn't.
