Stacy is so sweet and such a professional! I have been getting acne facials with her for the last couple years and felt insecure about my skin for a long time. She never made me feel embarrassed about my acne at all, and would make me feel better by sharing stories of her own adolescent acne and how that led to her to becoming an aesthetician. She has the most calm and capable energy, and always sends me out with cleared and noticeably glowy skin! I get significantly more compliments after every one of our sessions. Now my skin is much improved, and I am looking forward to hopefully doing microneedling for scar lifting. Thank you Stacy! read more

I had an appointment with Stacy for a bikini wax. She was on time, personable, efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend.

I went to Stacy for the first time last month and she did an incredible job with my facial! She was working on me the entire time, which is great because you don't find that everywhere. She is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what she's doing. This is my new routine facial spot for sure read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place!! Stacy is incredible at what she does. She is able to clear all of my breakouts without leaving any redness or marks, so I leave glowing without any down time. I love the fire and ice facial. She uses amazing products and goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Stacy if you are looking to rejuvenate your skin! read more

I absolutely love this little gem of a spa! It was my first time going to this place right in my neighborhood. Stacy herself scheduled my appointment and put my mind at ease. Devyn was super patient with my questions, and created a calm atmosphere where I felt like I could talk when I wanted to, and otherwise remain quiet and peaceful. She always told me what she was doing. At the end, my skin felt radiant and super moisturized from a combination facial for acne and aging. I'll be headed back! read more

This place is disorganized. I tried to speak to someone to make an appointment and they seemed very bothered that I opened the door to the business, sent me away and told me to book online. I book online. 90 minute massage. It was fine but my neck hurt for two days afterwards. The ambiance was weird, the music was from a cell phone in the back of the room. I felt like the massage table was weird or dusty, it activated my allergies when I was face down. The room didn't smell nice, which was a bummer for a spa service. I had a gift card. They struggled to process it, and then contacted me several times a few days later to continue to try and process the gift card. Overall it wasn't the full relaxing experience I envisioned and I will think twice before booking again. Edit to add: I provided the full gift card at time of check out. read more

Favorite place to get facials. Stacy is the real deal. She always leaves my skin squeaky clean, is not afraid to do extractions, and really gets in there. 100% recommend, have been going every month now and I've noticed the softness of my skin vastly improving and my pores are less visible. read more

I have lived in the South Bay or LAX area for over 40 years. In all that time I have been driving to the west side or Beverly Hills to get a facial. I found Stacy Kaine in El Segundo, which is a couple of miles from my house. What a great find. There is plenty of street parking and a lot behind the salon. Stacey gives amazing facials. My skin looks great and it is very relaxing. She has a lot of experience and her services are excellent. Why the heck did I drive all that way for so many years! read more

Amazing facial along with fantastic massage on my neck and shoulders. It was glorious.

Fantastic deep tissue massage! I have constant pain and tightness throughout my body. Etsuyo worked out the knots with long deep pressure. The stetch I received at the end of the massage was phenomenal. I walked out feeling so loose and relaxed throughout my body, especially in my hips and shoulders. read more

last week I had a facial and wrote a review. today the owner reached out and asked how she could make it right. she offered me a complementary facial. stacy, the owner, wanted me to know that she wants her clients leaving feeling relaxed and happy. I love the eyelash lift and tint I get here! It brightens up my face naturally and makes me look about 5 years younger. Stacy is great!

Stacy is AMAZING!!! I'm so glad I trusted the reviews and tried out this spa. I've been here twice and this is my place from here on. My facial was the absolute best! My skin looks fresh and supple. It was a complete experience! I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep. I woke up feeling and looking so much younger! I love all the options for add-ons as well, I love that I get to pick and choose. I'm thrilled with this spa and I feel so fortunate to have met Stacy. read more

Stacy Kaine on Main...what a massive disappointment!!! My lovely boyfriend booked me a birthday massage (which he confirmed on the phone prior, in addition to the countless email confirmations), so after an awesome birthday brunch we arrived. No one was there to greet us. After about 10mins I walked up to what appeared to be the only employee working and said "Hi, we're here for our appointment..." to which she said "OK." and nothing.... We stood in the "lobby" for 15+ mins until someone (apparently THE Stacy Kaine) walked up, introduced herself as THE Stacy Kaine, the proprietor, and asked what we were there for? We told her we were there for our scheduled/ confirmed appointment, to which she replied "OH, ok... I'll be right back..." A few minutes later she came back to tell us that there were no reservations under our name nor did she have anyone in house to do the massage (we'd reserved and confirmed). She could however "call someone, I guess" which seemed a bizarre "offer" and lacked customer service. Were we interested? No apologies. No "shit, we messed up!!! what can I do to fix this!?? I can call someone, hold on..." she came back and said someone could be there in 20 or so minutes. As we had already been delayed (we had more plans for the day), mistreated and were quite frankly disappointed, we left. I understand COVID and all the challenges that businesses take on to keep afloat during these unpredictable times, however I also know that as a business owner you have the ability to not only provide customer service to your guests, but also apologize for your errors with the best customer service available. Even after we left we never received an apology email or phone call. No "I'm sorry we messed up, let us...". I've worked in customer service my entire life and know that even the simplest of gestures means the world to a disappointed customer, so it's unfortunate that Stacy didn't even try. El Segundo needs a great spa, I'm just sorry that Stacy not only lacks people skills/customer service, but also the ability to run a great local business. read more

Stacy is hands down the best in business!! I've been coming to her for year and always receive stellar service. The spa is super cute and very cozy. read more

I have had quite a few facials at all different locations, i have to say this was my best one yet and I'm 44. It was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Stacie is super pleasant and knowledgeable, and also gives a great décolleté massage. She is definitely my gal in the South Bay from here on out. read more

Self care that I really needed from Stacie. Thank you for taking care of me & my skin! I look a feel fabulous!

I experienced the Resurgence Facial with Stacy and it was awesome! As a melanated woman I appreciate when an Esthetician is not aggressive when it comes to extractions for PIH (Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation) can easily be achieved. Stacy was thorough in her explanation of my therapeutic treatment and maintained open communication from the beginning to the end of my service. My skin looked great and felt wonderful after my treatment. My skin did not feel heavy and caky with products to achieve a "glow", but rather my skin was glowing because it was nourished and properly taken care of. Stacy's space is beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, and clean. What I sincerely appreciated was that Stacy did not speak anything negative about my skin nor focused on what was "wrong" with my skin; but rather asked me what was my skincare goals and explained how the treatment I signed up for could help working towards those goals. I was very pleased with my experience and my service, and I definitely recommend if you are in the El Segundo to check Stacy out and allow her to take care of your skin. read more

Stacy Kaine on Main is in a great location to provide all kinds of services. The one I use is the eyebrow wax treatment. Aurora used to work with Murad's Inclusive Health Spa and I used to go there for my treatments. When I heard that place closed, she was working in Sanctuary Spa inside the Bay Club. Now that Aurora's talents (Which are not only for waxing but other services as well) have moved here, I will say I am grateful that I can still have her take care of me as she's always done. Aurora is personable, kind, gentle hearted and will listen to what your needs are. Stacy Kaine on Main definitely has hand picked her staff to assist her with providing the services that are in demand. The inside is fresh and smelling wonderful and you don't even want to leave after you're done! Definitely a great location that's close to work. read more

I am so happy to have found Stacy! She is very professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. When you walk into her place, you feel welcome. The place is spotless and nicely decorated, just like a spa. She has an amazing selection of products for all skin types and ages. I am allergic to perfume and she was able to use products right for my skin. Even my son had a teen facial last month and he loved it. I just had mine today and my skin is glowing, love it. I highly recommend her! read more

I received my very first facial from Stacy last week. I never really was one to pamper myself, but I had a gift card and wanted to get a facial before I give birth to my first child in a couple of weeks. Stacy has magical hands! I felt completely relaxed and blissed-out as she did my facial. Her massage was heavenly and her extractions didn't hurt one bit! She was able to dig out all the gunk in my pores. I left feeling totally relaxed and incredible. My skin was glowing. I also received a pedicure from Lan, who is very attentive to detail and very sweet. She did an ombre design with the polish and my toes look amazing!! I will definitely be back to get another facial! It was such a wonderful experience and I wish I had tried it sooner! Better late than never!! ;) read more

Just had an amazing facial with Aurora. They use all Murad skincare products which I am happy because I use it. Aurora educated me with what products and skin regime I should use for my skin type. I am a busy mom so I hardly get time for myself. It helps that someone just tells me what to do! Lol I've had facials before so I can tell Aurora's hands were very experienced on her strokes, massages and application of products. Overall, I am very pleased and will be back! read more

Simply the best!! Stacy is amazing loved my facial. Beautiful modern fresh new spa in El Segundo just what this city needed.

Stacy is a total pro and has a heart of gold. She's been treating my skin for 7 years, I first went to see her at Murad. I'm so happy I have a place as fantastic as Murad to go to since they closed, I'm really more than satisfied and usually not easily impressed but this place rocks. I'm bicoastal & come to see her every time I come to town to fix my dehydrated skin after my flight from NYC. Plus she has full services and sells great products often at a discount. It's a one stop shop. And it's so warm and lovely and clean and everyone is so nice. My skin and body do a happy dance after visiting Stacy Kain on Main. read more

Boy, do I feel like a million bucks! Like most moms I have neglected my skin and so I finally decided to get a facial. I made an appointment with Stacy. At introduction she was really sweet made me feel at ease and we went over my skin needs/concerns. Then she began her magic. Her facial included a parrafin hand treatment and a great shoulder massage, not to mention the amazing skin treatments. The whole experience felt very indulgent, a value greater than what a paid for. Mom's out there make the time to treat yourself, you won't regret it! read more

I just had an amazing facial with Stacy! She's personable, gentle and professional. She knew exactly what kind of treatment I needed for my oily skin. Stacy Kaine on Main - Massage Near Me - El Segundo, California

I am so happy I found Stacy! I've never had a facial before Stacy and now I've been going to her for almost 2 years and trust her with all of my skincare needs. She is so knowledgeable about skin conditions and provides honest recommendations. I started going for anti-aging treatments and help with sun spots and my skin tone has evened out and my face looks the youngest it's ever been! Stacy has started to treat my teenage son for acne, and we've seen fantastic results. Additionally, she has a team of kind hearted professionals that I've also seen for massage therapy, eyelash lifts and mani/pedi's. Stacy and her team are truly wonderful! read more

I was waiting for traffic to die down while I was in El Segundo and thought of killing time by getting a facial. I called and Stacy accommodated my last minute booking. She was so gentle and thorough and was so impressed by the immediate results. I am so happy with my experience and will definitely will be back! read more

I just had an excellent experience with a micro needle facial with Stacy. This process gets under the epidermis of the skin and promotes growth of healthy skin cells. On top of which the facial is awesome! Stacy Kaine on Main is, and will always be my spa for skin care. It should be yours too! read more

Stacy Kaine on Main - My daughter loves this place too!!!!! - Massage Near Me - El Segundo, California

See all

I've been a client of Stacy's since I met her at Murad Spa over five years ago - she's a true professional. Now that she has her own location in El Segundo, I enjoy a relaxing facial every other month - good for my skin and soul! She takes the time to know me, my skin and now has a new product line that I LOVE. All her recommendations are a good fit. Although she offers a discounts on products after a facial, I never feel any pressure - it's more about the treatment and how I look and feel afterward. Get your glow on with Stacy! read more

Where do I begin?!?! Merri is a facial genius! She is so thorough, educated, and friendly! I waited a couple of weeks to post this review so I could give a true reflection of the results. My skin has never felt so amazing! I have had dozens of facials the past decade and this far exceeded any I have had! Her technique and products are unbelievable! Best extractions ever! I can't wait to go back! Thanks Merri! read more

Stacy has been my go-to face guru for YEARS, but today she blew me away with her new oxygen machine. The results were instantaneous - fuller, plumper skin with a glow that I got complimented on within the hour by a fellow mom. It meant the world considering I was feeling worn down and ugly. I always leave Stacy's feeling pretty and new. She is 100% the real deal. read more

My wife is a frequent client here and is always complimenting Stacy and her services. She kept telling me about Stacy's excellent demeanor and how she puts her customers at ease. Well she bought me a facial (first time facial) for my birthday and I must say, I agree with my wife! Such a relaxing vibe and wonderful setting. Stacy put me at ease and I actually felt myself start to snore a couple times while getting my face and head massaged. I can't wait to go back. Getting a facial (as a man) was never something I had ever considered but I enjoyed the experience so much that now I'm really looking forward to booking my next one! read more

This is my top choice for my manicures & spa pedicures! I followed Sylvia to Stacy Kaine on Main after the Murad Spa closed because I receive the best service & pampering from her each time I see her. Sylvia is experienced, friendly, neat, clean & dependable. I also met Stacy Kaine who just opened this awesome new spa salon this year & did a fabulous job following the Murad legacy. Stacy gave me one of her facials in April & WOW! now I find myself coming to her every month! I love her new state -of-the-art Oxygen Facial - it has made all the difference to my skin! Thank you Aurora, my skin looks and feels amazing! Love this place, I walked just to browse and I decided to get a facial, much needed my pores were clogged up, little black heads around my nose and t zone. The experience was awesome, clean spa, relaxing music, loved the steam on my face, while getting pampered with great products, facial massage, shoulder, arms and hand massage. I walked out relaxed, clean pores, my face skin felt and still feels very soft. Now I can moisturize and let those pores absorbe. I highly recommend this place. I bringing my mom in! read more
