I'll be honest - I was a little concerned at the beginning because the scheduling was a little strange. It took a few times to navigate the program they use. Once I did schedule, the program scheduled me for the wrong service. However, I will say, that I was contacted immediately when I sent a message about my concerns. The appointment was corrected. She was aware of my hypersensitivity, and asked me many times if i felt pain or was ok. Quite honestly, i was so relaxed that I took a mini nap while she was sugaring me. It's been helpful and with their product suggestions I'm seeing my underarms get lighter over time. Galina is the best! I started using the sensitive sugaring for my sensitive skin and it's way better down there now (and after a couple of months, I already have less hair).
