Bottom line, my waxer is injured, her colleague is putting the screws on me and I will go somewhere else to get my coochie waxed. TF? I'm responding to your response, If I made my appointment less than 24 hours before your cancellation time frame, then I'm screwed if anything comes up, correct? Michelle, this is ridiculous.
