I'm beyond disappointed! Jill is super nice and has a wonderful personality, however her work, sorry to say is very sloppy. Tons of glue clumped between my lashes and definitely more than one lash per lash. It hurts when I close my eyes and after a week with the extensions on - my left eyelid is swollen, and both seem infected. Her work station - sloppy as well. Definitely NOT worth the $150 plus 20% tip I paid. Her prices are comparable to a high end salon but her work is definitely mediocre. Now I need to spend more to have them removed to avoid more damage to my eyes and my natural lashes. I should have known when she said "I'm never booked" there's a reason. In short - save your money and eye infection/irritation. For that price - I could have gone to a much nicer place but chose to support a place in my area. BAD idea. read more

Let me start by saying that Jill is very kind. She lashes in her own private room and she makes sure you are cool and comfortable while she works on you. If you're unsure of the exact length and curl, she shows you pictures and makes recommendations. I'm sure she is a professional but unfortunately for me, on the day I went her work was extremely sloppy. When I first opened my eyes I could feel lashes poking into my eyelid and she said my eyes were just getting used to it. I had gotten lashes done before and didn't have this issue but I took her word for it. It never got any better really. When I tried to comb through the lashes, I could feel the spool snag on things. I thought it was just clumps of glue. This was disappointing enough but as the lashes began to shed over the next weeks I noticed just how sloppy they had been done. There were some extensions that had 2-3 natural lashes glued to them and some natural lashes that had 2-3 extensions glued on there. Naturally, this caused pain and discomfort as they began to grow out. There were some that had a couple natural lashes glued together with three eyelash extensions. That was what the spool had been snagging on. Extremely disappointing and damaging to my natural eyelashes. read more

This was my first time getting my lashes done, so I had a lot of questions. Jill was wonderful. She answered all my questions and explained the process. I told her I wasn't going to walk the red carpet anytime soon so all I needed was a nice everyday lash length. The process took about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. When finished and I looked in the mirror, it was exactly what I wanted! She then taught me how to care for my lashes to optimize the time between fills.
