Now I need to spend more to have them removed to avoid more damage to my eyes and my natural lashes. I should have known when she said "I'm never booked" there's a reason. They explain what it is in detail on their website, and I was intrigued. I really liked the technician and the front desk person. The service was excellent. They offered me a beverage upon arrival, eye patches during my manicure, and sent me home with cuticle oil for continued cuticle care. The manicure was done with extreme precision, and the polish was applied meticulously. The cuticle removal went just a tiny bit too deep on a couple of my nails. The color came out noticeably lighter than the sample on the nail rack, so it's worth asking for a second coat or checking the color in natural light before they proceed. There is limited free parking in front of the salon. The space is small, and the 2 pedicure chairs are quite close to the 4 manicure tables. They required a non-refundable 20% deposit ($18 for a $90 manicure) at the time of making my appointment. But the online booking is easy. They have a loyalty card program and a fun giveaway lottery.
