They were…read morealways too heavy, too thick and didn't last long before I would get frustrated and just take lashes off myself. As a last chance for myself and lash extensions... I tried out Junko's services because a mutual client (I'm a photographer) highly recommended her. She 100000% delivered and my relationship with lashes has been saved! LOL What I loved: Her salon is clean, cute and cozy. Before we started, Junko took some time to understand what I wanted and had recommendations based on my eye shape. She is so gentle half the time I didn't even know if she was actually doing anything! I fell into the deepest lash nap EVER. Did not feel any fumes at all. My eyes weren't red or irritated even after laying there for almost 2.5 hours. Usually other salons have told me I can't get my lashes wet for 24 hours but her method/glue dries within 5-6 hours. So convenient! My lashes are voluminous yet natural looking and feel SOOOO weightless. Junko herself is so sweet and personable. I felt like I was just hanging out with a friend. For the investment, it honestly was a lot for me - someone who has never been loyal to a beauty service like this - but after the whole experience I feel it was 100% worth it!!!!! My lashes lasted 4.5 weeks before I went back in for a fill. That's INSANE! I save time and money by going to Junko. I felt so beautiful and shared the results with my friends and they immediately tried booking a session with her. If you're looking for a beautiful person and place to do your lashes, Junko is y our girl!! You won't regret it!

I wouldn't recommend this service for the price. I paid $325 for a brow and lash lamination with…read moretint, and the experience felt rushed and poorly managed. I arrived on time but waited about 15 minutes to start. Around 10 minutes into the service, my technician left to finish two other clients while one lash still had the curling piece applied. I waited another 15 minutes before she returned. Later, she went on break and handed me off to a different technician to finish. The appointment took much longer than expected, and for $325 I expected a more attentive and seamless experience. Update: The owner's response unfortunately reinforced my concerns. My review described my experience as a client; it was not an invitation to argue that my experience didn't happen because I didn't complain at checkout. The receptionist was on the phone as I was leaving, and at that point I simply wanted to go home rather than make a scene. Feedback from paying clients won't always be positive. Part of running a business is being able to receive that feedback and use it to improve, rather than disputing every negative experience. After seeing the owner's response to my review and similar responses to other reviewers, I definitely would not recommend or return.

Victoria's lash lifting is AMAZING. I've been getting lash extensions for the past two years at a…read moredifferent business and although they look amazing, over time they made my natural lashes weak, thin, and short, which then I was forced to take a break from them. Also it was difficult trying to not rub my eyes as it made the extensions fall out quicker, and when they did fall out, my lashes looked sparse. So big props to whoever invented the lash lift! I have naturally long lashes but they are super straight so the lash lift by Victoria was perfect. The process was very quick and painless. Victoria is such a sweet heart too since we just gossiped, talked and laughed about our lives to each other during the process. I absolutely love my lashes now. They make my eyes pop more and I look less tired (no thanks to work)! Lol. All I need to do is put on a quick layer of mascara and I'm all set! I also received lots of compliments today at work and many of my friends and coworkers will be visiting Victoria soon to get the same done. Thanks so much Victoria! This business should be shut down. It keeps changing locations, which is already concerning, but my…read moreexperience was far more alarming. From the beginning of my appointment, I told the technician multiple times that my eyes were hurting because of the glue, the materials she was using, and the strip placed on my lower lash line--especially on my left eye--which was poking directly into my eye. I repeated this several times. She removed and reapplied the strip multiple times, yet the pain continued. My eyes were flinching and tearing uncontrollably because of how uncomfortable and painful it was. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she tried to blame me for "having lashes ruined." I wish Alena had listened more carefully and taken my concerns seriously. Her response was unprofessional and dismissive--and I later noticed another review describing a similar issue just the day before my appointment. When I finally opened my eyes, they were extremely red and burning, and the spot where the strip had pressed into my eye is still painful. I was left with a scratch under my left eye and an allergic reaction that has already been documented by a doctor. Despite causing me injury, they charged an outrageous amount. To make matters even worse, I later discovered they have video and audio recording equipment inside the premises without informing clients, which is a serious issue in a dual-consent state like California. Beware of this place. Protect yourself and avoid it at all costs.
