I got my lashes done here recently and unfortunately ended up with glue or residue in my eye that led to irritation. I noticed discomfort during the appointment, but assumed it was a stray lash. My eye became more irritated after I left, and by the next day it was red and hurt when I blinked. I had to visit an optometrist who confirmed it was irritation likely from the service. I was told there was minimal glue along my lash line, but the irritation likely came from glue exposure during the process. I just want others to be aware. read more

I've been getting my lashes done for years and Anna is seriously the best lash tech I've ever had! She's soooo gentle, yet fast and does a great job. I feel like my lashes last the longest when Anna does it. I've also had Gia a few times and she's great as well! Basically you can't go wrong with either of them. I go in every 4 weeks and I usually get a new mink full set as it's the most natural. I also have very short and brittle Asian lashes and mink is the most lightweight so it causes less damage to my natural lashes. I do get air lash (which is slightly thicker) once a while if I have a vacation or special occasion coming up. The salon has a parking garage that I can always easily find a spot in which is great as unpredictable parking situations gives me anxiety! Just make sure you get the parking validation card from Anna when you leave. read more

I've been to other lash places and although they are great too, I especially love Lash Holic. I decided to try a new place and while searching on Yelp I realized that Lash Holic was one of the few places where the staff had certificates to do lash extensions. I am glad I went to Lash Holic. There is a difference between those who are certified and those who are not. At the other locations, they only tape the middle of your lids slightly up once to apply the extensions. Here Gia sectioned the areas to apply extensions by first taping the lid on the corner section of the eye then after that's done she removes the tape and uses new tape to work on the middle section and then lastly she works on the outer part of your eyes. Gia is so gentle when working on the extensions that I fell asleep. She was meticulous and did not rush. The quality of the glue was better than other locations as well. Glues used in lash extensions do make my eyes watery for couple of minutes when the extensions are complete but the glue seemed less harsh for my sensitive eyes at this location because it didn't make my eyes red just slightly watery for less than a minute. Also the quality of the lashes seems better. The lashes don't feel as heavy or rigid. Other perks: parking was free, easy to find, and ample. The location is inside a salon and the private room was quiet and clean. Lash Holic is now my go to place from now on! read more
