The last artist I had painfully and repeatedly, plucked my lashes, removed lashes without asking when i went in for a fill and had retained 80% of my lashes, and gave me totally different width from the other eye and could not understand english. The first time I went the lady put the tape too close to my eye and it irritated my eye for a few days. My eye was red. Hello everyone! I usually like to leave positive reviews for any place I visit, but I want to give honest, critical feedback about my experience at Lash Haus. Positives: I reached out to them first thing in the morning, and they were able to schedule me later that evening. Second, the place is very nice and clean inside; they do provide a hospitable space with pillows, soothing music and aromas filling the air. And finally, the appearance of the lashes were gorgeous, no doubt. I asked for a wispy appearance and received what I asked for. Negatives: While undergoing the application process, I thought it was genuinely my fault cause according to the person, "I didn't stop moving." I "couldn't stop moving," because the glue she was using was irritating the F* out of my eye. I literally teared up every time she got near my eye and kept telling her it burned, but she disregarded me and kept telling me to, "not move." I couldn't relax the whole time because of the irritation. Even after leaving, my left eye specifically was super red. My lashes and eyelids felt super tight--mind you I thought all of this was "normal," aftercare. After talking to my friend who is a certified esthetician, NONE of this was okay to experience. I asked her to remove what was left and she said that the way they clumped multiple lashes to my single natural one was what was causing my lashes to hurt when I would touch them. Moral of the story is that I wasn't crazy about the burning, because it seems a lot of people have had similar experiences. The tightness was legit due to the clump of lashes applied to my single natural lashes. I was happy with the look they gave me, but I probably will not return due to my valid experience. read more

Wow wow wow! Everything from booking the appointment, to arriving, to sitting for the application was a breeze. I reached out and booked my appointment via Yelp. I was quickly responded to and I was able to tell them what I needed, and also that I was a little bit unsure about certain things as this would be my first time getting lash extensions. All I really knew was I didn't want something too crazy, and needed something that worked with my already long lashes. I was set up with Jeanney, and after reading reviews I was excited to meet her! She greeted me right away, I signed the necessary form, and she went over my wants and expectations. I let her know that it was my first time, and that from pictures on here I was interested in the slim classic set. She did let me know that this was more medium level as far as noticeability goes. She gave me two options an 11 and a 12, I went with the 11. The sensation on the eyes was nothing that I had felt before, but as a glasses wearer and contact wearer, it was not too uncomfortable. The application took about one and a half hours, but it felt so much shorter, I even kind of fell asleep at one point! Naturally my eyes did water a little bit from the fumes from the adhesive after she had finished, but she made sure to continue to fan the area and didn't let me leave until my eyes had calmed down. When she let me take a look at the final product, I was in love. It was exactly the style that I wanted and was going for. I didn't give her much to work with as far as description, because I didn't even know how to describe what I wanted, but she did it! She was so sweet and her hands were so gentle. Let me start of by saying that I have been to NUMEROUS lash places around LA mostly in Ktown. I have gotten lash extensions religiously every 3 weeks for almost 3 years and Lash Haus ended up being my overall favorite in terms of quality, speed, and lash care. A lot of places are either inconsistent with the end product, take too much time (3+ hours), or the glue and placement of the extensions do not allow the lashes to naturally fall off without taking out your real ones (this is a major concern for people doing lashes consistently as it can damage your natural lashes and take a long time to grow back. Also if you tend to pick at your lashes sometimes like me). I've never had any of these problems at lash haus. They're very good at giving you what you want and their lashes have never put any strain on my real ones, it's the best. I usually go see Connie. Her quality and speed are like no other however, last minute bookings for her are nearly impossible and would recommend booking at least 5 days in advance because she is so popular. When Connie is not available for the time I need, I see Jeanney who is also very good. Connie's lashes tend to be more neat and organized, where as Jeanney's has more of a natural blend to the lashes. This is more personal preference. In general if you're looking to get your lashes done it is a lot of trial an error. There are a lot of good places that in my opinion do their lashes too light for my personal preference. Lash haus happens to be the place that suits what I want the best. Also I get compliments and people asking where I get my lashes done almost every time I post them so you know lash haus does a good job :). In terms of price I would say they lean on the pricier side, however, that is the price you pay if you want the things I listed above. Some places I went to were cheaper but they either had bad glue or took 3.5 hours to do the job and I can not lay with my eyes closed that long or I go a bit hysterical. FYI I switched to volume lashes years ago but wanted to try the Classic here as the price for hybrid was a little steep. Let me tell you these were the most full single lash extensions I've ever seen and it only took about an hour. I wanted to go for a more "natural" look than previous lash techs and avoid the dreaded gaps and turned inward lashes that prev techs kept giving me at the inner corner of my eyes. I have prominent brow bones and high cheekbones which I love and was tired of hearing that my eyes were hard to do bc they were "so sunken" Girl please. Went to Monica and told her my past concerns and desired look. We went through styles and length and I decided on a C curl w/ 13 length. My eyelashes are long but very light and turned downward. I loved what she did and love that I have more of a curled eyelashes w/ mascara look than the muppet lashes I had started to get . Look I don't want my lashes to be the first thing people notice about me! She took 90 minutes because I had remaining lashes to be removed. When I thanked her for not saying anything about my "sunken eyes" , she smiled and said that they were not sunken. She said you have prominent brow bones and that they were no problem. The inner corners were perfect and two days later continue to be perfect. Next time I will remember to take my own pillow and blanket as they aren't offering due to covid which is awesome to see. Also loved that it had a quiet policy and spa like experience with light soothing music in the background. Some lady started talking loudly on speaker in her phone in the lobby and they asked her step outside for calls as courtesy to everyone else and due to their policy. Loved that! read more

Loved my experience getting my lashes done at Lash Haus. The plaza was big enough for me to find parking which is always a plus in Koreatown. I got to work with Luna who was so sweet and amazing in helping me figure out what curl and length I wanted for my lashes. The whole process took about a hour but I was super relaxed and felt no discomfort with the glue on my eyes. Even after a couple days passed and a pesky lash had started to droop down, they let me come back right away for a little touch up and Luna was sweet enough to do a quick extra fill for me before I left.
