My lash perm did not last like they usually do (like literally straightened out a few hours later- maybe she forgot a step?) and she waxed my eyebrows in a super weird shape. I booked an eyebrow lamination and tint for myself and a facial for my husband a week in advance, with the clear understanding that both services would be done at the same time. We're from out of town and made time for this appointment during our vacation -- only to show up and find one person working. No one informed us in advance that only one service could be done at a time. My husband's facial, which was supposed to take 1 hour, dragged on for 2 full hours, and even then, it still wasn't done. He had to tell her to stop--twice--just to get her to wrap it up. She clearly did not know what she was doing. He walked out with burning eyes, and we ended up paying full price for what was basically half a facial. Because of her lack of skill and time management, I had to skip my service entirely -- and then she had the nerve to mention their 24-hour cancellation policy as if this mess was on us. No. We were there, on time, and ready. It was their poor scheduling and unprofessional service that caused this disaster. Instead of a quick, one-hour appointment for both of us, we were stuck there for 2 hours, and I would've had to stay another 2 just to get my brows done -- a total of 4 hours wasted on my vacation for incomplete, poorly done services. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place if you value your time, your money, or basic professionalism. read more
