The extensions look very natural but longer and darker than my barely there lashes and they are completely comfortable, unlike the false eyelash strips that you glue on. I have had lash extensions done in the past, and I have loved them (especially these one-to-one lashes) I love the process of laying down (perfect for day where you feel like you need a break) and then getting up to a more naturally beautiful lash-do. They are a perfect mini- do for the price conscious customer. Right now I'm on a budget and what's cool Is that if you get the demo and love them, you can change your mind, get a full set and she will deduct the $50 off for getting the demo first. Awesome! Finally I found Roya, who was an absolute delight as an individual, meticulous about methodology to achieve my specific desired look, exquisitely expert at application, and refreshingly amenable to what some might consider "high-maintenance" requests from a client. I feel fresh-faced and beautiful each and every time I leave her salon (which is wondrously calming, clean and exceedingly well-kept). I tried growing them out in 2025, but after that, I just couldn't figure out how to shape them AT ALL! So I had the bushiest catapillars. I was worried about over plucking (it took a year to grow them back!) and found a solution where they let me do a tinting and mapping so I could just shave them when I got home. And after I shaved them, I was very impressed! I feel like they are back to how I like them, but couldn't figure out how to get to on my own for years. It's like a constant fusteration and anxiety has totally evaporated. I also found the service very relaxing, it made me feel like I was going to fall asleep lol. Definitely book here if you've been having long term struggles like me, or you just want someone to take the load off of filling in your eyebrows every day! I'm going to try to return--$35/$50 (for a tint/tint and map) every six weeks to not have to worry about if my eyebrows are uneven or if I shaped them right is so worth it!

I have typical Asian eyes - almond shaped and full but sparse lashes, and don't like wearing much eye make-up -- so [insert angels singing] enter Zaira. She's quick, gentle, and is careful about making sure that your lashes conform to your eye shape and that you're happy. I do the silk lashes with a "cat eye" shape and like my lashes to look natural. After my monthly touch-ups my eyes pop and I absolutely love them! My friend has a totally different eye shape than me (rounder) and does longer lashes towards the middle of the eye - so you can tell Zaira really knows what she's doing because we both get compliments on our lashes all the time (from other girls obviously; guys just think you look good but can't pinpoint why). I've had my lashes done at a handful of other places before I found Zaira (in China, Beverly Hills, and once in Hollywood), and Zaira is by far the best. She uses very little glue, makes sure to work closely to your lash line so that the lashes applied look real, and is clean and quick (putting germaphobes like me at ease since she is working around my eyeballs).
