Quick Review - Go to Lash Pilot for a life changing eyebrow upgrade! Best nanoblading result I could ever imagine. Long Review - I over plucked my eyebrows in the early 2000s and no matter what I tried they would not grow back. I spent the last 20 years of my life with asymmetrical, over plucked eyebrows and I am embarrassed to admit how much this bothered me. I finally decided it was time to take back my brows. Thank Goodness it was Tram and Kim at Lash Pilot who would help me realize my brows' full potential! Tram is meticulous, thoughtful and LISTENS! Kim is a precision queen. She is gentle and methodical. Together, Tram and Kim made me feel so comfortable and confident. They want what YOU WANT! I could not give higher praise to Tram and Kim for an excellent nanoblading experience and result! read more

Amazing service here! The retention is great and the customer service and quality of work is top tier. Good vibes over all! I got my lashes done by Candy and they are exactly what I asked for. read more

I requested hybrid, wispy lashes full set. I first found them through an ad on Facebook that said any style for $68. When I got there and showed the last tech how I wanted my Lashes she seemed to have an attitude about the style, length & lash mapping I wanted. Then she says that I could only have a classic set with the offer. I showed her the ad that I responded to which states any style. She went and spoke with another lash tech & when she came back she told me that she would honor it, but only work on my lashes for one hour. typically it takes two hours to do a full set of Lashes so I asked her how long do you normally take to do a set? She replied from 1 1/2 -2 hours. So basically I'd be getting a subpar service. I found that to be completely unacceptable and considered to be a bait and switch, which is illegal. I can't believe she even offered that to me smh literally made no sense. I think special deal or not that they would want to do their very best work on every client. The whole point of the ad is to bring new customers in. Why would I ever come back if you didn't do a good job to begin with. I would never choose Lash pilot again first and foremost they lie in their ads, the staff at that location were very rude and they did not give me a refund for my deposit. People these days are so quick to ask for a deposit to make an appointment, but they are real slow to give you your money back when they don't honor their end of the bargain. Also, it was a very big waste of my time. I have an event that I need to go to this evening and now I'm screwed because they wasted my time and didn't follow through with what they advertised. Skip Lash pilot and go somewhere else. Also, I was there for a good 20 minutes before I was even greeted. The service was gonna begin late. read more

There was a scheduling issue with my appointment when I arrived, where I had booked with Tram but she was already attending to another customer. She was able to offer a solution to still accommodate my appointment without inconveniencing the other customer she was mid-lash application with or me. My service was great! Tram didn't make me feel rushed, even given the circumstances, and explained everything super clearly. I walked out of there very happy with the results and Tram even included a free add on service for the scheduling snafu. Definitely will be back. Go ahead and book your services here without hesitation! read more

I got color correction for my brows there. I understand it is a process but it already looks better. Tram is really nice too.

Last-minute decision to laminate my eyebrows turned into a wonderful discovery! I called ahead the lash pilot. I'm very short notice and they took me immediately. Peaceful & a great vibe. Cece(?) explain the different procedures, and costs for different services. After a consultation with me, we both decided it was best that I just tint my brows for now. Really great results. Very quick service. I would highly recommend Shop. The prices are very reasonable. Definitely going back for more services! read more

Very disappointed. I paid over $300 for mink lashes and an eye brow lamination. The only employee in the salon did not speak English so it made it very difficult to communicate- though I thought pictures would suffice. She was done in an hour or so which tells you it's an incomplete job, even if you're very quick. I paid over $300 for my lashes and eye brows to look like I never got a service done. I took the picture the next day. My lashes never looked full and my eye brows actually look thinner than before. So very disappointing. read more

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Amazing Aliza went above and beyond for me today, and her magic hands **made my eyes look alive** - and I cannot thank her enough for that miracle... because I literally came in here today looking like I had just been working 100 hours a week for the past 4 weeks (because I have ) and everything all just finally came to a head yesterday, and after crashing and sleeping like a rock for 11hours last night (and for the first time in forever, finally getting myself a restful night's sleep )... ...and I woke up, wanting to finally do something **for myself** today - and called my Lash Pilot hero founder, Tram, to ask her for a last minute lash appointment on a Saturday evening - and she scheduled me for their new evening/Afterhours lash stylist who they just brought onboard, named Aliza I came in tonight and let me just tell you- I have been getting my lashes done for over 15 years, between Miami, LA, NYC, London, Paris, and Italy- and ALIZA IS AMAZING!!!! I OPENED MY EYES AND FELT LIKE MYSELF AGAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREVER!!! THANK YOU!!! So: for any and All of you looking for a lash girl who you can trust, to get the job done in a bo$$ babe kick a$$ way - in those rare hours of "spare" time you have **for yourself** when you need it most: Go to Lash Pilot Santa Monica And ask for Aliza You'll thank me later, trust me read more

I'm here in SoCal temporarily and was looking for lash extensions. Boy did I hit gold with Lash Pilot! The salon is nice, very relaxing and clean. I was even more impressed with my tech, Jen. She is such a sweet lady and very professional. My lashes look great and I even feel asleep during my last visit! I highly recommend Lash Pilot and am confident when you go there you will very happy with the overall experience. read more

I just came in for extensions and Sandra was so wonderful. She filled in my VERY sparse lashes and kept everything looking very natural, which is exactly what I asked for. The studio was calm and clean. Highly recommend. read more

I have very fine, very sparse, light colored lashes that point Down! And I'm older and have never had any kind of lash treatment. I found LashPilot with the help of ChatGPT and Yelp, and I feel very lucky I did. Tram, the owner, walked me through every step of a "lash lift" (it's kind of a perm for lashes) and a lash tint (suddenly you can see my lashes!) answered all my questions, and then she Totally transformed my eyes. I have sensitive eyes, but nothing bothered them at all. She is a magician. And she's so sweet, patient, kind. Her studio is cozy and she and her co-worker made me feel comfortable and cared for. HIGHLY recommended. read more

I really hesitated to write this review, but I feel like I need to share my experience after getting lash tinting and a lift. As a first-time client and a walk-in, I had high hopes based on the salon's 4.6-star rating, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. *Maybe there so many reviews bc if you do leave a review this shop gives you a free keychain... spoiler alert i didn't get nor do i want the free chain.* When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was the front door boarded up, which wasn't exactly the warm welcome I was hoping for in downtown Santa Monica. The technician was busy with another client, and when I mentioned I didn't have an appointment, she told me to come back in 40 minutes. I returned only to find her still occupied with someone else, and I felt invisible while waiting for about 30 minutes. When I finally mentioned I might leave, she said it would only take her 5 minutes to finish up--though it ended up taking longer than that. In hindsight, I should have walked away then, but I kept thinking about that glowing rating. The salon had a nice vibe, but sadly, that didn't carry over to the service I received. The main pink couch had a few stains, which started to give me a bad feeling about the place. I've had this procedure done before, so I knew what to expect, but when the technician placed the tape on my skin, it felt completely different--and not in a good way. My under-eye area started to swell, which raised a red flag for me. I noticed there was no cotton buffer, something I always had at other salons. Instead of using cotton swabs, she attempted to get my lashes to stick with just her fingers, which led to a burning solution getting in my eye. To make things worse, she left me alone to attend to another client, checking in occasionally with a timer. I wish I could have opened my eyes to see how much time was left because it felt like an eternity. After her first attempt, my lashes looked barely touched. She suggested we could try again, but by the third attempt, I was exhausted, in pain, and just wanted to be done with it all. Eventually, she noticed my frustration and only charged me for the lash tinting, but honestly, I didn't see any difference at all. She offered to fix it another day, but at that point, I was done and politely declined. I just wanted to get out of there. On a positive note, the bathroom was clean and had a pleasant smell, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. But I can't help but wonder if the technician was even licensed. Perhaps they excel in extensions, but when it comes to lash lifts, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I wouldn't go back even if it were free, and I'm still feeling pretty upset about the whole experience. read more

Loved my experience here with Rachel. she listened and actually did my eyebrows dark as i requested, something ive had a tough time with in the past at other places. I use a self-tanner on my skin that accidentally lightens my brows so I always go extra dark when tinting my brows. since I have blond hair I have found it tough to get anyone to dye my eyebrows dark even when I explain this to them. luckily Rachel listened and did the most incredible job making them absolutely perfect! read more

Tram did some brow tattooing in August which made such a difference as I have no eyebrows. I returned Dec 13 and she began the intricate work of adding "hair" to the brows. It is fantastic, so natural looking. I will be returning for more "hair" soon as possible. Tram is an artist!! read more

Lash Pilot in Santa Monica does an excellent job. As we get older, eyelashes can turn gray too, so it is really nice to be able to see them again after a tint. The result looks clean, subtle, and very natural, especially for a man. Nothing overdone, just a refreshed and polished look. The service is professional, easy, and consistently high quality. I am very pleased with the results and I can with confidence recommend Lash Pilot to others. read more

I originally left a 1-star review after having lashes done for my wedding. I'd asked for a natural, wet & wispy look--but walked out with heavy Russian volume lashes. Completely different from what I wanted or asked for. I was also charged significantly more than expected, with no prior discussion. However, I want to say a huge thank you to the owner, who personally reached out after I left my initial review. She was incredibly kind, took full accountability, explained the actions she's taken with staff so this doesn't happen again for future clients. I was also refunded the difference so I paid what I should have on the day. I genuinely felt heard and supported. While it was a stressful experience at the time, I'm really grateful for how thoughtfully and professionally it was handled afterwards. That kind of care and integrity goes a long way. read more

Great service and high quality ! Tram and her team are professional and make sure the customer is comfortable and happy.

The best part about this salon is the owner, who truly goes above and beyond for her business. I wasn't fully satisfied with my initial eyelash extension results, and without hesitation, the owner personally stepped in to make it right. She fit me in quickly despite already being full, took the extra time to fix everything, and made sure I left completely happy. You can walk in knowing you'll be taken care of here. This is a friendly and professional place . I had a consultation. I haven't done anything yet, but they did a sample of what my brows could look like. The person who helped me was really wonderful. I have been considering lash extensions for a while. I know a few friends who have them. They make a tremendous difference in one's appearance. Once I decided to pull the trigger, I was able to get a same day consultation. I selected lash pilot because of its proximity to my house and the good reviews. Ciel explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and explained about their membership program. I didn't realize they had one, but it makes perfect sense and I appreciated the info read more
