So I've had my lashes for over 6 years, I just moved here from Florida. I searched for SO many artist- and then I got referred to Britni. When I tell you, HER HANDS ARE MAGIC.... I'm not joking! I genuinely do not feel when she puts them on me, she is so gentle with her hands (I've had the opposite in the past). When I leave with a full set after an appt, the lashes last me 3 weeks. The retention is impeccable. I am used to getting it done every week or 2 weeks because they never last! I get compliments daily- but the ones I love the most are when I get compliments after having the lashes for 2 weeks- bc that's how good the retention is!! Britni is true lash artist, I am so happy to be one of her clients. If you're looking for lashes in LA, or are new to the area like me, TRUST ME in what I say, book with Britni or her associates. She is always booked, so don't wait lol read more

I have been going to Britni for years and there is no one better! The meticulous detail to her lash techniques and just how beautful and luscious they look after consistently makes me feel beautiful every time. My lashes have always been sparse to some degree and she somehow is able to make them look full while still looking natural. Britni is incredible. I'm absolutely obsessed with the lashes she does for me! She even did a special set for LA Fashion Week that just blew my mind! Been going here for years and they just added two new lash girls. Their jr stylist London is amazing at classic sets (and honestly her prices are SO GOOD) and their senior stylist Ellie is a pro at volumes. Both of them are really experienced and wont do any BS like clumps or lashes stuck together, their work is super meticulous and the best of the best. read more

I've been coming to see Britni since 2014... her meticulous attention to detail is what elevates her work apart from the rest. I met Britni through a referral while living in Playa Vista, I was in need of major TLC from a previous set that we're terribly done from the previous lash esthetician. After my first session with Britni & her miracle rehabilitation treatment, she completely transformed my lashes?! Never have I seen them so damn good. I was immediately hooked & never looked back lol. She has perfectly mastered her fluffy light weight volume set. Over the years my style has changed, but for what ever look we've decide I've always been impressed. Always looking forward to those few hours to myself of much needed therapy Lashes not only builds confidence, but for me it's an easy way to still look "put together" for those who are always on the go ‍ like myself. Most of the time, I have little to no time to do put on make-up, so lashes just make me feel at least 1/2 put together! So thank you for making my life easier! One product I highly recommend is adding the Lash Fluff Guard, The spray bottle is so beautiful and shiny?! read more

I have been to many places and BB Lash is hands down the best. I have had the pleasure of both Britni & Isabel doing my lashes and I cannot recommend this place enough. They are professional, create a relaxing environment, and simply put do the BEST lashes ever. I have been going for over a year now, and will continue forever because I love it so much. Can't recommend it enough! Thank you, Britni & Isabel! -Alexa read more

Britni is the master of lashes, I won't let anyone touch mine besides her. Everywhere I go, people compliment my lashes and ask where I got them done! Britni's Volume fills last a solid 5+ weeks for me with proper care, using lash wash and brushing them daily. Paying $120 every 5+ weeks for lashes is an excellent value in time and money if you ask me. Her location is also great, with easy parking next door in the structure with 2 hours free. Go to Britni!!! read more

Great atmosphere, and SO affordable. I have the classic lashes and they stay on for at least 3-4 weeks and they still don't look bad. Definitely recommend! read more

Both Savi and Britni are amazing lash technicians. Britni has been doing my lashes for some time now and I can say that the quality is superior to all of the other lash studio's I have tried. I moved to LA not too long ago and was searching for a lash studio that could hold up all the sweating that I do with working out. I teach hot yoga and take class almost every day. Every lash studio I tried only lasted at the most 10 days to two weeks. With Britni my lashes always stay intact for 3 weeks. They have an efficient booking service through mind body and they are efficient and fast with application without compromising quality. read more

This review is long overdue. BB Lash Boutique is amazing! Every time I have my lashes done there, whether it's a full set or a fill, I get so many compliments. I normally see Britni. She creates beautiful lashes, (seriously stunning!) but all of the lash techs there are fantastic! Also, the salon is impeccable. Go get your lashes done at BB Lash Boutique! I've been going to Britni for my lash extensions for years, and been so pleased with her professionalism and quality of service that I continue to see her after all this time. I've also sent her multiple referrals who have similarly been impressed with the service she provides. More recently, I've also had the pleasure of getting my lashes done by Jasmine, who also provides a high quality service and customer experience. Overall, I cannot recommend BBLash Boutique enough! From the customer service, quality lashes and technique, and professionalism, these ladies are the BEST. read more

Britni and Savvy are both amazing and I highly recommend getting your lashes done by either of them. I've been getting my lashes done by Britni for over two years now and she keeps me looking flawless. I appreciate how meticulous, speedy and personable her service is. She's the sweetest woman ever and I look forward to seeing her every month because she makes me feel pampered. Having healthy lashes is also incredibly important to me and Britni takes that part of the service very seriously. I was concerned my lashes would become weak or damaged but two years in they're healthier than ever! Plus, their services are incredibly reasonable especially for what you receive for the price so my wallet is also happy. read more

Britni is the absolute best at doing lashes. She takes her time and is a perfectionist which creates the best result.

Beat lash place in town. They look gorgeous every time and don't need fills for about four weeks

Visited for a second time to get my eyelash redone and everything went great! They were super accommodating! Turns out that my eyelash just needed a second go around because it didn't take properly the first time, as it's shorter than my other eye. Thanks so much! read more

Londen is amazing at what she does. She gets it right every time! Whatever glue they use is great - this is the first salon I've been to where my lashes last so long and still don't ruin my underlying lashes. I LOVE BB LASH!! I've been going here for almost a year and a half now. I've had sessions with Britni, Savi, and LonDen. All of them were amazing! There's a parking lot close to the building that's free for 90 mins (make sure it's a city parking lot not the building's lot). The lash studio is clean and comfy. They have make up remover too if you don't have time to take off your makeup before going to your session. There's only two things I like to spoil myself with... massages and lashes. Totally worth it. Mine usually last like 3-4 weeks! read more

You know that dream of finding someone you can count on doing a fantastic job every single time and gets exactly what your going for? Yeah, that's Britni. She really nails the customization part of lash extensions, and has such a great range of beautiful results. When I first started going I was unsure of what I really needed to get the look I was going for and she walked me through it and used her skills and knowledge to let me totally put my trust in her hands. I've been going to her ever since, whether I have a big event and want some glamour statement lashes, or just want to look naturally wide eyed without mascara. She delivers, and I get compliments all the time! Plus they last so long! I've gone 3-4 weeks between needing fills. Do yourself a favor and stop in!!! Ps. Street parking with meters, city lot and two other private lots right there starting from $6! Go in Salon Republic and turn left. Can't miss her suite! read more

Love this place! I go to B.B. lash boutique every few weeks and they consistently always do a great job. People always stop me and ask who does my lashes and I happily refer them to Britini and Savi because they're sweet and talented! Def the place in SanMo for lash extensions read more

I have been to Britini for 3 times in the last 6 months. Her lashes look so natural! Britini did a wonderful job every time and the lashes can last me a while if I took care of it. Her service is professional. Her salon is calm, beautiful, and quiet so that you can really relax while being taken care of. Parking garage is right next door or meter parking on the street. One advice is that there's an open market on Wednesday mornings, so parking can be a little difficult. Other than this small problem, Britini is the go to person for lashes. read more

When I moved back to LA in March, I had a hard time finding a really good eyelash salon who do volume/3D lashes well. I had a phenomenal eyelash specialist in Vegas, Manette at iAllure Lashes... I did a lot a research and came across Britni Bionca Lash Boutique in Santa Monica. Britni is great!!! She knows a lot of about lashes and extremely good at knowing what works for you!!! Everywhere I go, I get so many compliments and people ask where do you go even when I need a fill. The lashes stay on soooo long!!! Britni is also very reasonably priced for the superb quality. That is especially hard to find in expensive LA. I love Santa Monica but it is a pain to get to and get out of. However, I do not mind because Britni is well worth it. I am very picky about my lashes. She exceeded my expectations!!! Her boutique is very cute and client friendly. Britni is very sweet and friendly!!! I will not go to anyone else in LA!!! read more

I'm OBSESSED with my lashes every. single. time. I get them done. I've been coming to Britni and Savi for a year and half religiously every few weeks. Britni Bianca Lash Boutique does the BEST lash extensions in Santa Monica! Honestly they're the best I've found in all of Los Angeles! All the girls are great. Before coming here I'd had a few horrible experiences getting extensions. I tried 3 different people and each time resulted in my lashes being extremely damaged and my eyes looking naked. I had just about given up on lashes altogether until I found Britni! I'm sooo grateful to have found her, I couldn't recommend her more! I always leave looking and feeling amazing! Thank you Britni! read more

FINALLY!! I found an amazing lash stylist!! Originally I had lashes put on at another salon but stylist could not speak English and I returned 3 times for fixes in one week. I did a ton of research and picked this salon and they recommended Savi. She's nothing less than AMAZING! She got the length and thickness perfect and I'm in love. The lashes are sooooo much better than the other ones. Also they will match the yelp discount without the coupon! I've set a standing fill appt read more

I have been to many lash "experts" in the past 3 years. Britni Bionca Lash boutique are the only lashes I have had that remain comfortable..last the full time till my refill. I've been getting my lashes done with Britni every 3-4 weeks since December 2015. Before her, I hopped around to different salons and could never find anyone who consistently did a good job, listened to what I wanted, and was decently priced. I am honest when I say, I can't go anywhere without compliments on my lashes. I am in love with not wearing so much eye make up , but looking way better! I have had lash extensions done in the past, but this is by far the best job I have had. Fast, great job and you can trust her opinion about your look. Cute little boutique and professional! I highly recommend! have been going for awhile now and have sent others. I had to give a shout out on Yelp for great work. Britni is a magician! I have light blonde eyelashes, and without mascara, I feel like I look like a different person... Not in a good way! Britni is quick and efficient when it comes to her craft of eyelash extensions! She knows exactly what will look best on me, what lashes to use based on my needs and also allows me the satisfaction of wanting a cat eye shape, which she has perfected! I feel very safe and comfortable throughout the hour long process, and I tell her every time I go that "it's the best she's ever done"!! I swear, the lashes look better and better every time! Britni is sweet, professional and on time. Oh, and did I mention that her pricing is extremely fair, she is not trying to gauge her clientele, which is rare to come by! I highly highly recommend her... I just hope she doesn't get that popular that I can't get an appointment! read more

I'm reluctant to write a review because I don't want this place to become impossible to book but these gals deserve a shout out. I've been going to this lash studio for a couple of years and have always walked out feeling great; they nail it every time. I consistently receive compliments about my lashes and I've never experienced any irritation or any of the other scary things you read about. These ladies are also honest about the kind of lashes that your specific eyes can handle so that no damage occurs and you can continue to wear extensions, which I greatly appreciate. I'd give them 6 stars if I could! read more

Absolutely amazing! I will never go to anyone else except Britni from hence forth. My previous lash stylist did a mediocre job, my eyelashes were a hot mess (heavy, uncomfortable and most of all, not long lasting at all). I cannot express how happy I felt after paying a visit to this salon, for my lashes now look so neat and beautiful. Britni was friendly and professional - started off the appointment with a quick consultation on the kind of look I was going for. I expressed that I wanted eyelashes that will help open my eyes and curlier than the average ones since my original lashes were straight + pointing downwards. She was gentle in her application and I promptly fell asleep during the process lol. The end result was spectacular! I got the exact look I requested for, and Britni even said that if I wanted them to be longer next time she could definitely do that. I might take her up on that suggestion but it's good that she actually listens to her clients and incorporate their vision. Britni's place was recommended to me from someone at work. After admiring how amazing that person's lashes was, I decided to give her a try and I'm so happy I did! read more
