First things first...I love my eyelashes! I got a classic full set and Kristina was amazing and very professional. She walked me through the process and really spent time making sure she knew exactly what I wanted. Next, she began a very thorough process washing my eyelashes before preparing to perform the extensions. She walked me through each step as she went along. The studio was quiet, cozy and well appointed. I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and was more than satisfied with the results. The only place I'll ever go to for my brows! I did the lamination/tint/sugar for my brows and was so nervous trying out a new person. Kristina provided so much education on aftercare, upkeep, etc. This isnt one of those studios that try to milk you for your money, my services and recommendations genuinely felt like it was recommended in my best interest and not just to play around and add a service. I love her philosophy, everyone's service will be a little different because each persons face and bone structure is so unique so she really works with what you have and tailors yours brows to your features! I had an event the next day and I put so much less makeup and time into my face because I felt like my brows really set the tone for my face that it didn't need much! Ultimately that's the goal is to come out feeling confident and to be educated on how to upkeep the services we invest in! I came in with some overplucked brows on one side and she educated me that our long term goal is to grow those patches out and shape them the way they're meant to be. Kristina is absolutely fantastic with lashes. I have tried several different places and her technique is by far the best. Instead of doing refills, she removes and re-does the entire set every time and they last a really long time!! I go there about every 5 weeks or so. She is gentle and very considerate. My eyes are super sensitive and always have been, but every time I go, she thinks about what can be even better (like offering to get a special shampoo for sensitive eyes, offering to buy a specific kind of lashes to try a new look I was curious about). The result is always amazing! And of course I chose Kristina to do my lashes before my wedding and I couldn't have been happier. It was a beautiful and natural look.
