Bed side manner for most treatments at this place are at best mediocre. This isn't your fancy spa like treatment if that is what you're looking for. I went in for my scheduled Botox after they confirmed my appointment multiple times only to be told once I arrived and was already in the room they were out of Botox and that I needed to come back. This has happened TWICE for me. Then I went to go get a micro needling facial with PRP (fairly costly) and she took my blood for PRP then didn't put a bandaid on it left the room and I was dripping blood only to have to go find her to ask for a bandaid which she gave me gauge & tape. Then she wiped my face with a cotton round to put on the numbing cream after 20 mins told me to go to the communal sink to wash my face, handed me a towel with a hole in it to blot dry when finished. I had water all over the sink bc she didn't give me a towel to catch the water from washing my face. The over all "treatment" was ok but as a customer you don't feel like you're getting treated the way you should at the cost you're paying. Staff here is constantly rotating so you never know how or how experienced you're going to get. This place lacks consistency and just common overall bedside manners for a " medical spa". I recommend going elsewhere. read more

They talk you into purchasing a "package", take your money, then there's no way to schedule an appointment. They've gotten rid of their online scheduling, so you have to email or call them, but when you call they don't answer the phone so you leave a message. They don't respond to their emails or voicemails. I guess once they get your money they are in no rush to let you schedule. After speaking with receptionist Sarah and requesting a callback from supervisor/operations coordinator Kacie Schweikhardt, I never received a call back despite multiple attempts to follow up. DONT GO HERE FOR FILLER DISSOLVER. Their bathrooms don't work. I told the nurse I wanted all of the filler in my chin dissolved (about 1/2 syringe placed ~6 months ago). I also explained this was my second attempt dissolving the area because the first time barely did anything, so I was expecting a more thorough approach. She brushed that off and insisted she would "only do a few units," saying it can dissolve your natural collagen--without really addressing that the prior dissolving didn't work. When I asked how many units she planned to use, she said 8. That immediately didn't feel right. After looking it up in my car, I saw that typical amounts discussed online for dissolving can be much higher depending on the situation. It left me feeling like they were under-treating me so I'd have to come back and pay for multiple visits, instead of doing it properly the first time. read more

My appointment with Mary Grace today was about 5 minutes and that included her going over all the checks before too make sure I would have good results and the checks after to make sure I remember how to care for my skin afterwards. This place is filthy. You can go and see for yourself - just a heads up that you have to give them your credit card number in order to make an appointment. So if you show up and see, for example, another person's pubes on the bed you're supposed to get undressed and lay down on, and if you refuse to follow through with the treatment on the basis that the place is unsanitary, they won't refund you because "all sales are final." Are they desperate for your cash? Probably. Doesn't seem like business is exactly booming there. If this is how they choose to deal with an individual person who's had a bad experience (as opposed to refunding them their $125), then that individual person owes it to other people to warn them that this business is gross and shady. The lady of the front told me that because my skin color the hair it's more difficult to remove!!!! I have been going in for laser hair removal treatments and during my last treatment, the laser for hair removal hit my shoulder tattoo in 3 places and is now scabbed over and I'm in pain. the nurses have always said that they would not get anywhere close to my tattoo. It's my understanding they're supposed to be an inch away. However, they clearly didn't maintain the distance required and more than likely have ruined my tattoo. I called several times and left messages. They just told me to send photos to an email address I've now sent the email five times and haven't heard from anyone. No follow up from their office, no responses to my emails. Doesn't seem like they care at all and there has been no resolution on their end or advice on how to treat. I'm on my own. Do not go here for laser treatment I got the worst case of cellulitis. I explained to them that I needed to be seen at an urgent care twice due to cellulitis. The second time I had to get a stronger antibiotic because my case was so bad. The worst part is I only asked to have my money back and I would have been had happy. I did a Formosi package, which included laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation laser. When I went in, the woman at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. When I went into the room for the treatments, it was awkward. The girl stood there as I was getting undressed for the laser treatment, I had to ask where to lay/sit, she didn't ask me about any prior experience with laser hair removal and was going to start on a random level. I informed her that I had recently completed 8 treatments, so I will be on a high level, which she said "good to know." From my experience, the professional should be asking the proper questions. Moving on to the facial rejuvenation laser. There was no information given for what she was actually doing, and in my experience with facial treatments, the professional explains the step by step process of what they are doing and why. I had to ask multiple questions to understand. I also asked what aftercare I should do, and if I was going to peel or experience any difference in my skin for a few days. She just said moisturize, but didn't seem confident in answering my questions. Overall, I didn't notice any difference and wouldn't return for that specific treatment. It is important for the professionals to give proper information and care, especially when people are paying a lot of money for places like this. read more
