Update: After seeing the company's reply, I want to clarify a few things. At no point did they "try to find a solution." The second I got on the phone, the woman repeated the same line to me over and over: "You received a service and now you must pay for it." I specifically asked if we could look into what happened, since two different staff members had previously told me I still had credits left. She refused to check and just kept repeating that line like a script. I paid and left. Their claim that I was refusing to pay is a complete fabrication. On top of that, they also took away one of my leg sessions claiming it was a "no-show." I 100% called and left a voicemail to cancel within the policy window, but they never credited it back. Their system is disorganized at best and dishonest at worst. They also kept telling me I could "just check MindBody" to see my sessions, even though I never once booked through MindBody, nor was I ever told that was how I should be tracking credits. read more

I'm on the monthly subscription and usually stick to microneedling or ClearLift, both of which I highly recommend. Recently, I tried PRP for the first time. It's been almost five years since my review of Luz Lounge, and I'm so glad to be back after spending the last year or two in Palm Springs. I'm back on the membership and am happy to report they are just as awesome as ever. I've seen Eliana the last couple times and she's given me expert Botox injections (believe me, I would know!) as well as the best hydrafacial of my life. I just had microneedling today with the PDRN and Eliana was patient and really took time to cover every bit of skin on my face. I had an extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable experience at Luz Lounge. I had purchased a package in advance, but when I arrived for my appointment and was already inside, my card unexpectedly declined for the package. I went ahead with my appointment, but during my laser session--while I was undressed--the front desk lady walked into the room twice. Both times, she was on the phone with the manager, Patty. Manager Patty showed zero professionalism, customer service, or business sense. Allowing a staff member to walk into a treatment room while a client is exposed is extremely violating and unacceptable. This entire experience was unprofessional, poorly handled, and deeply disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend Luz Lounge to anyone. read more

She was concise and I feel like she targeted all areas needed and made you feel comfortable during treatment. The receptionist though was not very friendly and welcoming. I have been hear for years. They took care of some stubborn pigmentation I had a laser. I haven't done any injectibles. Only lasers, micro needling, and some vitamin shots. It's a no frills type of place. I still go here, but not as much as I used to only because I have moved further away. Great to start some preventative skincare treatments for general anti-aging. Of course, if you have any more serious or medical skin stuff, a derm is best. But if you want something that's a step above a basic facial and good anti-aging stuff, this would be the place to go. read more

Will not honor Groupons, poor customer service. When I booked my appt, I mentioned that I had a Groupon. Upon arrival, they told me they would not accept the Groupon bc I had used a Groupon in the past (for a different service over a year ago). They said that's their policy if you read the fine print. I am frustrated bc 1) they should have called me beforehand to let me know. I took time off work and drove 40 min round trip for this appt that never happened. 2) their fine print should be more specific (eg customer may only use 1 Groupon AT THIS BUSINESS, the current language is vague and would suggest you can only use 1 for the specific service, see my picture of fine print). 3) girl at front desk was extremely rude and dismissive - no apology, "you should have read the fine print, other customers were able to return, shouldn't be an issue" (Groupon's policy is that you must cancel without 3 days of purchase in order to get a refund).
