I've been going to SKINnovative Laser and Aesthetics for about two years now and can't recommend them enough. The owners genuinely care about their clients and are refreshingly honest -- they clearly explain what's realistic and never overpromise. I started with laser hair removal, and the process was thoroughly explained from the beginning. While not every area was 100% hair-free after 10 sessions, I'm extremely happy with the results and never felt misled -- which hasn't always been the case elsewhere. I've also done Botox, which was performed with great care and professionalism. Everything was explained clearly, I felt completely comfortable, and the results looked natural and well done. I also had a facial treatment that left my skin glowing, refreshed, and renewed -- such a noticeable difference. The experience is always top-notch: you're welcomed with a smile, offered coffee or tea (plus a little treat), and the space is absolutely spotless -- truly "Monica clean." The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel safe and well cared for. I'll definitely continue being a client at SKINnovative Laser and Aesthetics and look forward to trying more of their treatments. read more

I went in for my first Morpheus8 treatment and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked into the spa, I was greeted warmly at the front desk and immediately felt like I was in a luxury environment. The space is spotless, modern, and calming - it honestly feels more like a high-end boutique hotel than a medical office. Irina was my provider and she is absolutely wonderful. She explained everything in detail before we started, making sure I understood how the treatment works, what to expect, and what kind of results I could realistically achieve. She applied numbing cream and gave me plenty of time to feel comfortable before starting. Honestly, I was nervous it would be painful, but with the numbing, it was very manageable. The treatment itself felt like quick pulses, and Irina constantly checked on me to make sure I was doing okay. Afterward, she gave me clear aftercare instructions and recommended products to support healing. It's only been a week and I can already see tighter skin around my jawline and smoother texture overall. I can't wait to see how the results progress with more sessions. This place is absolutely top-tier - 10/10 recommend. read more

My skin has always been a little uneven with some acne scars, so I decided to try Microneedling with Exosomes. From start to finish, nurse Irina made it such a comfortable and even enjoyable experience. When I arrived, the front desk offered me water and whole vibe of the spa was calming - beautiful decor, everything spotless, and music instantly puts you at ease. Irina started with a consultation, explained the science behind microneedling, and how exosomes speed up recovery and improve collagen. The treatment itself was surprisingly tolerable. She applied numbing cream, so it felt more like a light scratching sensation than anything painful. Irina's technique is so precise and gentle - you can tell she's is highly experienced. And afterward, my face was pink but not scary-looking, and she finished with a soothing cream. She gave me aftercare instructions and even followed up to see how my skin was doing, which was such nice touch. Within just a few days, my skin looked brighter and smoother, and after couple of weeks, my scars looked less noticeable. I already booked my best session - i'm hooked! read more

I decided to finally try CO laser resurfacing (CoolPeel) to treat some sun damage and texture issues I've had for years. I booked with Ruth, and she made the whole process seamless. When I walked in, the vibe was luxurious but also warm - they balance that Beverly Hills glam with genuine hospitality. Ruth took her time explaining the procedure, the settings she'd be using, and exactly what I'd feel during and after. She also went through what kind of downtime to expect, which I really appreciated. The treatment itself was not nearly as uncomfortable as I thought it would be. I had some warmth and tingling, but Ruth was gentle and checked in the entire time. Afterward, my face looked a little pink, but nothing crazy. She applied soothing products and gave me detailed aftercare instructions, including what to avoid the first few days. Within a week, my skin was already glowing and some of my sun spots had lightened dramatically. I can't believe the difference in such a short time. Ruth is amazing, the spa is gorgeous, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with this type of treatment. read more

So, I've been doing Morpheus8 sessions here and honestly, it's been such a good experience. The team explained everything really clearly before I started, how the procedure works, what it feels like, and what results to expect. During the treatments, they always check in to make sure I'm comfortable, which makes the whole process so much easier. The procedure itself isn't bad at all, there's some heat and a little discomfort, but it's quick and you got the numbing cream which is really helpful. The spa is super clean and has a calm vibe.
