I'm so glad I wasn't deterred by the negative reviews. I was looking for a new place to do some of my favorite facial treatments and stumbled upon a promo for clear and brilliant. I've done clear and brilliant in the past so I already knew exactly what to expect. I was greeted by the lovely front desk. The girl asked me to wash my face and the restroom had facial cleanser and towels. I arrived 30 mins before my treatment to numb. And the numbing process was quick and easy. My lovely clinician aria was wonderful. I've had clear and brilliant before and aria asked me about my pain tolerance and concerns. She told me she was gonna do a stronger setting and I'm so glad she did. I felt zero pain and she was extremely thorough. The following day I had a bit redness but nothing too bad. They did talk to me as I was leaving about purchasing a package, I had purchased a one time $300 promo. But when I said I wasn't interested in purchasing a package the girl was totally fine. The worst of the worst. Beverly Hills is the same LaserAway office that sold me years ago on tons of "no expiration" packages to beat inflation etc., then later criticized me for not using my packages more timely and tried to rip me off, claiming I had nothing left in my account, and on top of that disrespectfully wasting my time by not providing me advance notice that my appointment had been canceled by them--- just a couple hours prior to the time of my appointment when I had already left for the day and was on my way; ironic, since they require 24 hrs advance notice from a client to cancel an appointment without penalty. I then sat around in the waiting room while Giau said she would look into it, only to then be told after waiting another half-hour that I wouldn't be able to be seen or have my issue looked into. Rather than take responsibility for their disorganization and unknowledeable personnel, they just point the finger from one employee to the next and send the client on a wild goose chase with no end. The manager TK claimed he would help me with my account and had scheduled me for that appointment, but later was evasive and refused to help get to the bottom of their errors, saying I would get a call back later in the day, but never calling back, then saying Giau was working on my case and would contact me that afternoon (that never happened). I was told other times by staff that Giau would call me right back the same day or the next day, only to find out later that she was on vacation for the whole week; how is it that their staff does not know when each other is on leave!? Turns out after much back and forth that they had to admit to having erroneously closed my account and had proof in their system the entire time that I had multiple services remaining, but instead of owning up to the gross error, tried to put the blame on me for not having finished the package sooner despite their "no expiration" policy. Seems the policy is just a false promise and ruse to get one to buy more, for since then I have read similar reports from other clients of their accounts being closed and being denied prepaid services because of errors committed by LaserAway. read more

I've been a loyal LaserAway customer, visiting both the Beverly Hills location and another branch. The staff have always been professional and very friendly. However, a recent experience has left me reconsidering. When LaserAway reached out about a $6/unit promotion, I responded expressing interest. I mentioned I was undecided between paying in full or using their monthly plan, but would make that decision at my appointment the next day. What happened next was a bit off-putting. I received multiple phone calls pressuring me to commit to a payment method before my appointment--which was less than 24 hours away. I couldn't understand the urgency. I was planning to pay before any treatment began; I simply wanted to think about it and review my options in person rather than making a financial decision at 7:30 PM on a Friday night. When I declined to commit over the phone, the representative informed me that she couldn't give me the appointment. This was particularly shocking--I was being denied service for the promotional offer I'd been contacted about, simply because I wanted to finalize payment details in person rather than on a Friday evening. Again, everyone there has been really nice and this person was probably just following their company policy. But I found the sales tactic to be too aggressive. I sent her the pictures and on the picture she asked me to pinch the fat around my stomach, I did and she replied is that all you can pinch? And she never replied after that. I'm a model, so my appearance and treatments are a serious investment for me -- but LaserAway has been nothing but scams and false promises. I was sold products they didn't even have, given substitutions without my consent, and treated horribly when I complained. The treatments I did receive were ineffective, and even records I paid for haven't been sent. They even scheduled me for appointments at locations that were closed, so I showed up for treatments and no one was there. If you care about results, professionalism, or honesty, go to a real plastic surgeon or reputable medspa. This place is all smoke and mirrors. I ordered a bank of Xeomin. I'm writing about my second appointment. First of all they cancelled it in 5 minute before my arrival. And rescheduled for next day. I have a baby, I have a work and I scheduled my visit in advance. Also I asked specifically the same nurse as first visit Neda Oshidery. When I came next day Catherine Martinez meet me and said she will be my nurse today. Well, ok. Next they did me a Botox instead of Xeomin (that I payed for and asked for). And didn't notified me about this prior injection. And the cherry on top those Botox effect lasted a month!!!! I typically see effect of neurotoxins for 12-16 weeks. Not 4 weeks. This is crazy! The Catherine was unprofessional I guess. I hope someone from Laser away will contact me and will make things right. read more

Love Giau, love Erica, love handsome receptionist at this location, love Laser Away. This review is specifically for Jessica, lip filler and Botox injector. Debated for a long time before writing this, but looking at myself in a mirror just reminds me of awful results. Every day. I usually go to WeHo location this time I was scheduled at Beverly Hills for the first time. Jessica was extremely aggressive with the needle and made me bleed a lot, as I bled a lot she would pinch my lip into the oblivion, extremely painfully as I couldn't believe it's actually normal as I never had similar experience with anyone else before. Like a good sport I took the pain and by the end of the session she realized I have a bump. She tried to fixed it but she didn't succeed, so we decided to wait for follow up appointment. Still at this point I was hopeful and I wasn't upset and we proceed to Botox. At my follow up appointment I got Erika. Barely felt any pain, barely bleed, same wonderful experience as my previous injectors at WeHo. Erika tried to fix bump but it kept growing. Bottom line. Have to dissolve in the future the whole thing and redo. Very upset. Can't get over it. I truly tried. Jessica never again. Not me, thank you. They were great until they weren't. I've been coming to this laser away for at least 5 years. I've booked multiple treatments with them, I've bought multiple packages from them. I've done everything here from thermage to laser hair removal to Botox and filler. They cannot get their schedule policy around thermage straight. I bought a package for neck thermage and I did all of those without a hitch. They told me I could come back every 3 months to get those done. Great. Then I bought a thermage package for lower face. I had one session, then I came for my second session 3 months later which was booked ahead, and they told me I had to wait a minimum of 6 months between sessions. I explained that it was a 3-month gap between sessions for my last thermage and they insisted that I had to wait 3 months. They would not treat me on September 2nd 2025 and made me reschedule my appointment. The soonest I could do because of holidays and pre-existing surgeries was March of 2026. Now it's March of 2026 and apparently my appointment does not exist at all. They insist that I received treatment in September even though I came in and they refused to treat me. All because they cannot agree if the policy is to do thermage every 3 months or 6 months. Because I made the mistake of buying a package that was for multiple services they have accidentally closed out my services insisting that I got my second service on September 2nd 2025 when they absolutely refused to treat me and told me I had to wait 6 months between treatments not 3 months. Now they insist that I did receive my treatment so ultimately they are stealing around $800 from me which is the cost of a single thermage treatment. If you go to this laser away just because it's convenient or in the neighborhood make sure you keep meticulous records, if they refuse to treat you get that on video because corporate will never ever agree that they made a mistake. Only pay for services here as they are rendered, do not make the mistake of buying a package ahead. It turns out that if they make an error they will literally steal your money. Better off going to cedar Sinai or somewhere with accountability. read more

Of course my update is that I reached out to this Brian man who replied to my review at the email provided, but no, still being ghosted :) Absolutely DO NOTTTTT get tattoo removal at laseraway, or any service at laseraway based on how they have treated my situation personally. I chose them for my tattoo removal initially, because I thought it was the more affordable option (mistake #1). After each session, which has been the most pain I've ever felt in my life so far, (and I am VERY good with pain) I noticed minimal results. Not only me, but when I showed my friends and family updates on my tattoo removal journey, they were confused as to why results were not happening - barely any fading, still as black as ever. I had already gotten manipulated into buying packages at this point because they kept insisting results would come. There is a reason there is no guarantee here, even though they tell you that "it'll take 7 to 8 treatments, less than 10 to get rid of your tattoo." On just one of my tattoos I went a total of 13 TIMES for tattoo removal. Still BLACK. My other four tattoos I went 7 times. First appointment here was Jan 2023, last appointment here was March 2025. Not only is my money gone with no results, but i've also lost 2 years of my life here. After being fed up with the company, I went to Removery twice and saw results that I did not think were possible, even after the first time. Not to mention it didn't hurt at all because they have the most up to date tattoo removal machine (Removery uses PicoWay, LaserAway uses Q Switch). I have spent over $5000 at LaserAway over 2 full years and after going back and forth with not one, not two, but THREE of their corporate employees, they gave me some credit that I don't even want to use because I don't want to do ANY services at this company anymore. I wanted some sort of refund, literally anything would have made me feel better about the situation, especially when I have unused sessions. Not to mention, while I was going back and forth with corporate, 1 of their emplotees left, which led me to another. Then, the new one I was talking to left as well which led me to a third. So while 1 employee promised me a refund for my unused sessions, the other would say no that's not possible, and then eventually disappear. This situation is honestly laughable at this point for me because I've come to accept it, but I hope this review helps steer people away from this place. The only positives were the front desk staff and my nurse Jess who I had a lot of times, it wasn't their fault their machines aren't meant for results and that their employees lie to customers to make them keep buying packages. read more

BEWARE OF BULLIES HERE!! Unprofessional and extremely inappropriate behavior! Witnessed two employees harassing a disabled woman, as she sat in her chair waiting for her appointment. They were loudly discussing her disabilities, for all to hear which is very unethical. Leticia got up to say rude comments and sat back down, while Donna was running back and forth to a private room to make phone calls and then back to the patient to demand for her to buy stuff! All while she's begging them to please apply the numbing cream, she was patiently waiting for. Said it had been over a half an hour! Their only concern was to convince her to buy more packages, such as becoming a VIP member! No regard to the fact that she got there early, for numbing and was being denied that due to her stating she will make purchases after her treatment only and not before. This obviously upset them both. They even got someone to call her cell phone during the debate, to tell her she should purchase a package now and become a VIP member! They showed zero respect to anyone in the building. She begged them over and over, to just be appropriate! But they just became more aggressive. Inexperienced Injectors who are just learning and gaining experience. I asked for basic lip shape to lift and fill and they did not know how to do this- they put a miniscule amt of Juvaderm in my lips and had me return in 2 wks- I return and they had poor technique and gave me something I did not want. They are super conservative and inexperienced and unconfident Injectors. I will go back to Dr Sadati plastic surgeon in Newport Beach in the future for experienced service. I've been going to LaserAway for a year and a half and have received numerous treatments and so many compliments! I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, the treatments, the atmosphere, everything! I literally love going! Obviously the laser hair removal is amazing, but the filler is amazing (they are so good at making sure it looks good on you and you don't go overboard) microneedling, clear and brilliant, cool sculpting, thermage! I had an extremely disappointing experience at LaserAway on Robertson in Beverly Hills, specifically with an employee named GUIA. During my initial visit in April 2024, GUIA gave us a very long sales pitch for laser hair removal for my 17-year-old daughter. The quote was just under $5,000, and she tried hard to push me into signing up for financing services that LASERAWAY uses, claiming this special "deal" would expire by the weekend. This felt like a high-pressure sales tactic, especially since I've noticed their so-called "70% off deals" are popping up everywhere constantly ?????!!!!!!! I really don't understand the 70 % deal as there was absolutely no way that I'm getting any discount or deal at all. (Full legs,bikini,arms & underarms) Fast forward six months, I called back to ask some questions about the previous quote, and GUIA happened to answer the phone. First GUIA Starts of saying that the quote is not valid anymore as that was a quote from many months ago. Her attitude was super rude, dismissive, and she spoke to me in an unprofessional and degrading way. When I tried to clarify my concerns, she became increasingly hostile and ended up hanging up on me. I was shocked by how disrespectful she was. (I believe laseraway records calls for training purposes, so hopefully LA will be able to trace the call under my name and phone number) This experience has left me with no confidence in LASERAWAY. High-pressure sales and unprofessional behavior don't inspire trust, especially when you're being asked to spend thousands of dollars. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for laser hair removal - Dr.Laser on Sunset, Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica or Sherman Oaks are service minded, very polite and professional. This company needs to be more genuine with potential clients and show real care, instead of just being all about money and trying to meet quotas- I scheduled a video consultation with LaserAway in August 2025 after seeing their ad for a new-client discount. An intake person called me about an hour before the appointment. I explained that my grandma had recently passed and that I wanted to know the pricing first so I could plan financially. Once she heard I wasn't ready to pay yet, she canceled my consult and told me to just call back whenever I'm ready. And hit me with this disrespectful and dismissive comment -- 'sounds like you have a lot going on' -- instead of offering any real condolences or empathy.
