I had my BBL done with Dr Dass in May 2016. I'm not happy with my results overall. My shape looks fine but the problem is that the lipo left my midsection extremely lumpy and not smooth. I called several years later to scheduel another round and he told me that would not be possible because he took all my fat cells from the first round and that i would have to use the fat from my arms this time!! I got bbl done here about 2 yrs ago and the doctor did a great job on the curve part however he did not do enough lipo on my arms so its still bulging out and when i twist my arm it shows dimples. As for my rib area it seems like now I have an overcast shadow that looks like dirt in the photo when I wear a bikini. My belly part is still bulging out too still showing the kangaroo pouch while other doctors make their clients belly very snatch and tight. My doctor likes to leave some leftovers?? I never got to see the doctor on my post aftetcare but the staff instead. They said he was sick but after reading other similar problems like mine, makes me wonder does he even care to see his patients or he pick and choose who he wants to see? No one ever follow up with me at all. You basically gotta do it yourself. FYI one side of my hip has more fat than the other side too. read more

This review is taking allot of courage to write, I really had to think about this one. I made the decision to get liposuction and a BBL done by Dr. Dass. He himself was very nice and I really don't have anything negative to say about his bedside manner, but the results that I received from my surgery left me permanently disfigured. I had my Lower, Upper, Sides and Flanks lipoed and the fat transferred into my glutes, my sides were/are left very disfigured - they have severe indentations from where the fat was removed, this indentation has defeated the purpose of ever have done the surgery as I have not allowed anyone and will not allow anyone to ever see my abdomen again. I had local anesthesia so I was awake for my procedure and I remember when it came to sucking the fat out of my sides Dr. Dass commenced the lipo while using his other hand to press down firmly over the the area he was treating and this resulted in every drop of fat to be scraped out leaving uneven pockets on my sides. What's more is that the fat-transfer did not take. I followed the post-care to the letter, and ultimately wasted a few grand for no reason whatsoever. This aspect could have just been my body rejecting the transfer, but after the results I received from the lipo, it could have very well been the technique that was used to inject the fat. The amount of nerve pain that I suffered well after the disclosed recovery time was so unbearable that I could not even sleep most nights - my nerves felt as though they were on fire, every time I sat up or attempted to move, my sides screamed and sent a chain-reaction through the entire area - this went on for over 12-months. My abdomen will never recover without the help of some very very expensive fillers and/or Sculptra injections to help re-establish the big dents that I have been left with - my heart breaks, because had I just looked into CoolSculpting or something much less invasive, I would have gotten the results I was looking for, but I was taken in by Dr. Dass and his consultant and ultimately paid a much higher price than intended, by way of my self-esteem. read more

It's taken me a long time to want to write this review due to the trauma I endured at this man's hands and without going into great length. Fear has stopped me for amending to myself and warn other women. I woke up in surgical ICU intubated with one Brest implant in and one removed. After being released from nearly dying of anaphylaxix, he treated me poorly, proceeded to charge me for the removal, which I was going in for several procedures including implant reduction a $30,000 procedure and after almost loosing my life I was still charged $5000. I was told it was anaphylactic shock due to bacitracin irrigation but have recently found this is not possible by 2 very experienced doctors experienced in apaplaxis reactions, bacitracin is a nearly impossible statistic and upon recently asking for my records so I can find out what it was I had the reaction to, to make sure it is noted for any future medical issues, I was not responded to, told he was out of town and blown off. His bed side manner when having to remove my other implant that felt shaming, clearing out the office of other patients, no empathy and lightly sedating me with what I think was xanex and feeling every bit of the explant, tubes pulled in and out. It was a beyond bad experience and there was zero follow through to see how I was doing!ever. I would take major caution. Dr. bruno was much kinder when professional doing a fat transfer to my deformed breast and I had no complications and a fruit flower bouquet the next day. It's an intimate experience and should. I have emailed the front staff a few times over the 8 months with regards to me healing and being a type 1 diabetic. I still have not received a response. The results of the procedure are okay. This Dr. is literally the best Dr. in California. I am 59 years old and this doctor's work literally changed my life. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is totally professional. When you arrive, there is no wait time; the nurses are attentive and know their jobs well. After a year of BBL research, I virtually consulted Dr. Dass. He reviewed my photos and agreed I was a good candidate to perform lipo 360, chin lipo, and BBL.
