Prior to meeting with him, I have had consultations with three other surgeons. Two were board certified plastic surgeons one was a facial plastic surgeon. Extensive research and a lot of coaching from my sister who is a nurse (not in plastic surgery) I find out that facial plastic surgeons are usually ENT surgeons. The ones that operate in your ears, nose and throat. On your sinuses and tonsil and ear drums. Then they take a year to learn how to do the cosmetic stuff on your face. Some go on to take some classes on lasers and then they say they are triple board certified or quadruple if they take another class. So please check the board certifications and where its coming from. I saw online a dermatologist and even a dentist claiming they were facial plastic surgeons with multiple board certifications. I would also be very wary of those who are board certified in Cosmetic Surgery. Done ranting and now back to my review. I met with Dr Kim as I wanted fo address the drooping along my jawline, loose skin on my neck and my hooded eyelids. I searched online and found Dr Kim and my sister had a friend who also was a nurse who had surgery with him. Later, I also found out my real estate agent knew someone who had surgery with Dr Kim as well. He was very thorough during the consultation. Addressed different surgery methods for my face neck and eyes. He didnt think I needed a full browlift but that a temple lift would help open up my eyes along with the upper eyelid surgery. Face and neck lift (extended deep plane preservation method). Surgery took five and a half hours with general anesthesia. Which feminds me, make sure where you are having the procedure is Certified as well and who will be administering your anesthesia even if it is twilight. That's from my sister. After the procedure, surprisingly not as painful as expected. Pain, yes, but not excruciating. Aching dull pain and neck felt very tight. During the after surgery visits, Dr Kim was very attentive, careful and delicate. He made me feel at ease and guided me through the rough first few days. The ladies at the office were all very sweet as well. I am now six months out and really liking the way it all turned out. The scars are perfect. Those I could tell from day one how well things were sewed together. The stiching looked like a machine did it very precise. The first week my husband was like OMG and very worried. But just the other day he said I looked beautiful with a big smile. I can't thank Dr Kim enough for his attention to detail, his reassuring confidencs, his caring bedside manners and most of all his awesome surgical skill and precision. I look like myself but very very refreshed, natural, not pulled, but definetly 100% improved. I am thrilled with my results. Thank you Dr Kim!

From my initial consultation to surgery day (when I was understandably a little anxious), through my post-op appointments and all the texts and phone calls in between, Dr. Yamini and his team have been incredibly supportive. Everyone has been patient, friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. No question has ever felt like an inconvenience, and I have always felt comfortable reaching out whenever something came up. During my consultation, Dr. Yamini walked me through my options. At 5'3" and previously wearing a 34G, I was hoping to achieve a result closer to a 34C/D once fully healed. Rather than opting for a traditional breast reduction and lift, I ultimately chose liposuction based on Dr. Yamini's recommendation that it would be a good option for me, with the added benefits of minimizing scarring and recovery time. While I'm still healing and my final results are yet to come, I'm already very pleased with how things are progressing. I was very nervous at my consultation, but the counter staff were all so comforting and uplifting. Before my surgery, the counter staff was INCREDIBLE at answering all my questions to make sure I was prepped. They were helpful in getting my financial arrangements set up. Every question I had, they were so kind, patient, and went out of their way to support me in my requests. I was even able to get my pre-surgery bloodwork/labs done in house. Surgery was scary, but the nurses were so kind and understanding. They were able to settle my nerves and it made going under so peaceful and easy. Surgery went beautifully. Dr C. made me so snatched I almost blew away in the wind. When I woke up my nurses helped my partner and I prep for caring to my wounds at home. During recovery, my partner called the office daily with questions and the staff again was SO helpful. They were incredible at helping me schedule lymphatic drainage massages, follow ups, and even procuring the shapewear I needed. They provided to-do lists and general dos/fonts for an easy recovery. The price of everything was very fair for the area and the scope of work. The results are beautiful, and the care of the staff took this over the top. Plastic surgery is no joke and not a casual affair, and I went back and forth for YEARS about whether or not to do it. I'm so glad I did it, and especially glad I did my research and picked a place with such empathetic staff. I don't think this experience would have been as comfortable without them, as the recovery is intense. Worth the investment and I don't think I'd trust anyone else with my body.

I'm 6 months post op, and while I know I could have had a rhinoplasty elsewhere for a quarter of the price, I wasn't interested in gambling with my face and my quality of life. I'm in my mid thirties and have never been able to breathe. As a runner, singer and... human... this is super inconvenient. My left nostril was completely blocked, and large turbinates plus a deviated septum meant I could only sniff little bits of air, and I was a champion snorer. Dr. Nima was patient with me when creating my mockup and really listened to what I had to say. This was important bc other Beverly hills docs are very pushy about just putting the nose on you they've decided is "right." I followed every instruction to the T and really took advantage of the open text line any time I had a question or curiosity. The entire staff was always so kind and never once made me feel like I was aggravating them. I'm really happy with how my nose looks, and no one can believe I've had work done unless they see my before picture. But the best part to me is that I can breathe!! Really and truly breathe! Now when a yoga instructor tells me to take a deep breath through my nose, I'm borderline emotional when I actually can. And I had no idea my sense of smell was so bad pre-op! The day I got everything out of my nose I used some lip gloss I've used 100x before and had no idea it smelled the way it does! If you want a teeny tiny and obviously fake nose, I'm not sure Nima would be the right fit for you, but if you want a nose that looks natural and straight and fits your face, he is. I'm happy I found him and can't wait to see what it looks like in another 6 months.

I had my first rhinoplasty when I was 16, and while it wasn't botched, my nose was still noticeably crooked. Now at 27, I decided to have a revision, and Dr. Nima did an incredible job straightening my nose while still keeping it looking natural and like me. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was the level of care throughout the entire healing process. With my first rhinoplasty, which was performed by a different surgeon, I remember having very little follow-up after surgery. My experience with Dr. Nima has been completely different. He and his team check in consistently, schedule multiple follow-up appointments, and genuinely seem to take the recovery and healing process just as seriously as the surgery itself. I've felt very taken care of from beginning to end. My recovery has gone incredibly well, I can breathe better, and most importantly, I feel so much more confident in my nose. Dr. Nima is extremely talented and, after going through rhinoplasty twice, he is the only surgeon I would personally trust with my nose. Revision rhinoplasty is definitely an investment, but your nose is such a central feature of your face that I believe choosing the right surgeon is incredibly important. I'm so happy I chose Dr. Nima and would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering a rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty.

I have lost about 100lbs overall, and have had 2 c-sections. I work out and eat healthy, but I had this apron of skin hanging. I have never been thin until the last couple years I guess. I have been following Dr. Schwartz for a few years now on social media along with a few other drs I had in mind. He was my first and only consult I went to! I felt completely at home in his office, his bedside manner is amazing, and he doesn't push you into other procedures, or make you feel any less then. I knew he was the 1 from the get go. Post surgery was a struggle to be honest. I had more swelling then I had anticipated, but Dr. Schwartz and Maggie assured me it was just swelling. Maggie adjusted my compression, and within a week it's like I'm a whole different person! Again, Maggie is amazing! I still have some swelling to work through, but I am completely in aww of my new body that I never new existed. I put in the work, but the talented Dr. Schwartz helped uncover it! Dr. Saul Lahijani has been one of the most amazing doctors I have ever known. My friend did research on all the doctors in the Los Angeles area and told me about him. I was hesitant because I really wanted my body to be "all natural" and I chose not to have any plastic surgery. I went to an appointment with my friend to support her and I was curious to see how this process worked. She went forward with her surgery and I did not. I still was not sure. Through her process of breast and smart lipo, we met Lulu and she was exceptional. She made us feel completely comfortable. Sinai was over-the-top kind and accepting too. I watched my friend interact with Dr. Lihijani and I admired him in many areas. He was warm, he interacted with us kindly and with respect. He listened to what we wanted and responded with patience and humility. I felt like he was in tune with us. I previously had numerous lumps removed from my breasts from cysts and had a doctor tell me in 2001 that I will just have to have more and more lumps removed the older I got. I was not okay with that. The more lumps I had removed, the less breast I had left. After a lot of thought, (total of eleven years of contemplation), I chose to move forward. In April of this year I did it! Now, three months later, I have to say that I did not expect to look this good. I always worked out and was fit my whole life, but now, I am amazed at the way I look in the mirror. We joke around because Dr. Lahijani honestly made me look "too" good. My breasts are soft and they look natural and my tummy is tight and firm. I cannot tell you how amazed I am at Dr. Saul's work. If you are thinking of doing this but you do not know where to start, meet with him. He is the best. A Failed Surgery and a Horrible Experience I feel compelled to write this review to warn others not to make the same mistake I did. Dr. Saul performed a completely botched surgery on me, leaving me not only in physical pain but also deeply disappointed with my appearance. However, Dr. Saul insisted that these complications had nothing to do with the surgery, completely shirking responsibility. Dr. Saul is very persuasive, and he convinced me that these issues would resolve on their own. I had to give up because I couldn't let him continue experimenting on me over and over. What infuriated me the most was that when I requested my medical records and surgical photos, Dr. Saul and his team not only refused to cooperate but also made the process unnecessarily difficult. This lack of transparency and dishonesty completely shattered my trust in him. He clearly doesn't care about his patients' health and safety--he only cares about making money. He has no idea what he's doing and comes off more as a salesman than a professional doctor. I strongly advise anyone considering Dr. Saul to think twice before entrusting their body to someone so dishonest, unprofessional, and money-driven. His surgery not only failed to improve my appearance but also left me in deeper pain and distress. Please do not make the same mistake I did. It seemed like a crazy idea to pick a plastic surgeon simply based on a Groupon, but when I started reading Dr. Saul's reviews, my worries faded fast. Now I get to add my praises to the many others! I went to Dr. Saul for blepharoplasty, which is removal of excess skin on the eyelids. My eyes were not only in a constant state of looking tired and droopy, but one eye was worse than the other, making me look kinda like Popeye. At my consultation, Dr. Saul and all his staff were kind and comforting, and I knew I was in good hands. The surgery was done under local anesthesia (a bonus in my book), and it went smoothly with very little discomfort. I was told the recovery time for going in public again would be five days, and that was spot on. There was next to no bruising around my eyes, and no pain. Dr. Saul checked on me the evening after the surgery, and Lulu did as well the next morning, and I was happy to report to both of them that I was doing great. It's now been about 10 days since my surgery, and not only do I look awake and bright-eyed, but my eyes are much more even in size, and best of all, my vision has also improved! I didn't realize before how much the extra skin was affecting and blurring my vision. I got a plastic surgery by Doctor Lahijani. Bad points about this doctor: -not patient -misinformed me or miss the important information about risks -not accepted the groupon voucher -not communicative -think for himself, not me The place took me one hour to arrive from the home and I had to wait in the room for two hours to get the consultation with the doctor. The discussion lasted five minutes and he hurriedly get the quota for the surgery price. He also told me that I am beautiful right after the surgery and my friends and family didn't say that I am beautiful. After the surgery, he gave me a pill without me knowing what it is. It was oxycodone which was dangerous and I had the horrible side effects from it like throwing up ten times after I took a second pill. Good god that I am not addicted. To be honest, I cannot trust him anymore because of how I experience through this thing without knowing the risks and no guidance from the doctor. I never thought I would get any type of cosmetic work done, but when problem areas arose and exercise wouldn't get a rid of that stubborn fat, I started calling around to see what types of services and results Doctors in the area provided. After calling around and being told very high quotes, I was then referred to Dr. Lahijani and was impressed with how easy and cost efficient my procedure would be. A Life-Threatening Experience - Avoid Dr. Saul at All Costs I deeply regret choosing Dr. Saul for my surgery. The procedure left me with severe complications and lifelong consequences. I nearly lost my life due to the botched surgery and had to be rushed to the emergency room via 911. Thanks to the quick response of the medical team, I survived, but the aftermath has been devastating. To this day, I am left with unsightly scars that serve as a constant reminder of the trauma I endured. The physical and emotional toll has been immense, and I would strongly advise anyone considering Dr. Saul to think twice. Do not risk your life or well-being by entrusting it to this doctor. In my opinion Office is nice and support staff attentive. As far as procedures I am still trying to trying to recover. I bought a Groupon and thought I had a great deal with a highly rated doctor. Correction of the procedure cost about the same price , but the correction did more damage, is lumpy and I have spent soooo much more money trying to correct this. Now due to the over correction of the initial area I will have to bite the bullet and fix the whole rest of the area surrounding it. It has been. Bit of a nightmare and I wish i had never came here. In addition they did not give enough of the meds to numb you so it was extremely painful. Almost 1.5 years later I am still dealing with this. I wish I had read more of the negative revi read more

Dr. Saul and his staff are absolutely wonderful. It's only been a week and a half since my procedure but the results are already leaving me speechless. I've had prior experiences with plastic surgeons before and this has been one of a kind. Every time I go into the office, I feel like they truly care about me and almost like I've known them for a long time. I had the smartlipo done on my abdomen and flanks. Areas that I've tried for years to get rid of but they don't budge. I'm so happy so far with the results and I've shed a tear or two. I highly highly recommend this doctor and his staff. This is probably the friendliest staff I've ever had that will take care of you. They're very attentive and helpful.. I'm a nurse myself. They're very patience with me.. my procedure went a more painful than what I expected but Dr. Saul is very very patience with me in the operating room and he takes his time. Lulu listened to my concerns and guided me through it, And so far I've never been happier with my result on my post op.. thanks to Dr Saul, Lulu, Annelize (I hope I spell her name correctly) and all the staff that's been taking care of me. I got breast augmentation by Dr. Saul Lahijani, on Dec. 26, 2016. Its been a few weeks since. I am still recovering. But i just want to say that i'm so far extremely happy! few things: I had planned to shop around to meet different P.S. but when i met Dr. Saul, I loved his vibe. He was nice and idk i'm all about the energy. I also super liked everyone at the office. And super thanks to Andrea as well. Dr. Saul and ALL his staff/nurses are "absolutely" wonderful. So friendly and understanding. I appreciate this soo much. Its so nice to not feel like a stranger coming into the office and welcomed with happy faces Dr. Saul has been consistently providing the best honest care throughout my recovery w/ all my follow up visits and quick responses to texts regarding any concerns that I have. With having many follow up visits I am happy and very comfortable here. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. If you are interested in getting a breast augmentation this is the place to go. The level of care I received was out of this world and I am in love with the results which are better than I could have ever imagined. Dr. Saul is an amazing doctor who took extraordinary care of me. I had no bruising and no scars, such an easy procedure with minimal soreness. This man has a passion for what he does and the results show. Beware Beware Beware!!!!! I found this guy on Groupon and he is a JOKE. This guy lied about giving me a 30% TCA peel, he gave me a 10% TCA peel, I took photos of the bottle. He said he leaves his 30% TCA bottles in the Operating room. Liar Liar Liar. They had me wait over an hour in the lobby. He has a page of reviews that he pays himself. They are fake reviews. This guy is a crook. Watch out people. Worst kind of people are doctors with no integrity. He wiped my face down with water and pretended it was a chemical peel. Dr Saul did an amazing job!!! I'm so glad I ended up in his hands! I realized results are never guaranteed, so boy was I lucky. I got better results than I had asked for. And the entire process from start to finish was made very comfortable. I was immediately put at ease. He patiently addressed all my concerns. He & the staff made sure I was completely ready for the procedure. I would recommend anybody to dr. Lahijani.. Best decision I ever made in my life. He also has some of the most friendliest/happy staff you could ever meet. I made an appointment for gynecomastia (man boobs) had them since I was in junior high school and I'm 25 now... Took me a while to just decide to make it happen. I'd recommend dr. Where do I even start? I had consultations with four different plastic surgeons when I was on the…read morehunt to find the perfect fit for my mommy makeover after two pregnancies, including twins. I even went to my sister's plastic surgeon and he wasn't the right fit. I started my consultation journey about five months after my twins were born and I was about 30 pounds heavier than my usual weight. Dr. Zarrabi was not only incredibly thorough during the consult but SO SO honest. He was the only surgeon who showed me how I would look if I went into the procedure being heavier than my ideal weight. When asked if I was happy with how I would look if we did the procedure now, I said no. Dr. Zarrabi was the only surgeon who was honest encourage me to try to get to my goal weight before proceeding with surgery. He was also the only surgeon to advise me that I had muscle separation in my stomach which needed repair. One year and 40 pounds later, I had my mommy makeover a week ago. Dr. Zarrabi spent hours with me in multiple pre-op appointments when I couldn't decide if I wanted a breast lift or a lift with implants. Him and his staff also continuously checked in on me prior to my surgery, knowing how anxious I was because I had never gone under anesthesia. He even ensured I had the best anesthesiologist to ease my anxiety. Following the surgery, he called me multiple times from his cell phone even FaceTiming me when I told him I had low blood pressure to check my incisions to make sure everything looked okay. His bedside manner, warmth, care and comfort for his patients is truly unmatched. While I can't see my full results yet, I know I'm going to be obsessed!! Thank you for changing my life Dr. Zarrabi!
