Thank goodness I chose not to move forward with my breast implant exchange here. The receptionist doubled as the person who draws your blood, but only after you pay. Also, she poked me on both arms about 6 times. I tried to tell her not to use my right arm, but she did anyway. When she was giving me prep-op directions by saying ", nail polish, no, lotion, no", I realized she maybe didn't understand me. I texted the office back yesterday, 7/7/25, about some reservations I was having due to Yelp reviews that had similar things listed. Iris texted back by saying they would schedule a phone appointment with me today at 10:15 AM to relieve those concerns, and they never called me. At this point I'm out the $250 I paid to hold the surgery date of 7/16, and I just wanted a refund after 11 AM rolled around today and nobody called. So I called, and Juanita, who I was transferred to after I was transferred to Iris after talking to the receptionist, was a really rude woman who sounded like she was driving and only identified herself as an administrator. She said the doctor was running behind and still in surgery. Suffice it to say they don't want to give me a refund, and offered to do Botox or anything else their surgery centers offer. With service like that I wouldn't even let them give me a facial. Ten months ago a reviewer, also having just had breast implant surgery, wrote nearly the same thing as me. It's been over 8 weeks since I had a breast reduction and I'm still in horrible pain. One breast looks a fills bigger than the other. Even though the doctor said he took out all the stitches, I feel plastic things coming out of my breast area and I'm scared and freaked out. There isn't a medical team at BeverlyHillsphycians.com. It's a visiting doctor and nurse that only come once a week for surgery. There was never a nurse I could talk and ask medical questions. There's a receptionist that doubles as a LVN, but I doubt she has real medical education. She couldn't take me pulse correctly, and the worst part was when the doctor told her to get me pain medication refill and she forgot!!! I was in so much pain the first 4 weeks and cried my self each night. I'm too humiliated to let my doctor know about this surgery. I don't know what to do. This place doesn't even offer the best prices. You have to pay another $600, which they don't tell about until after you pay your non refundable deposit . If they were a truly medical centers they would issue you one. Go to Kaiser. They have the best prices and a whole care team that can help with your healing and recovery. i spoke with Jackie but she can't do anything she's the finance advisor and has zero medical knowledge. I made a consultation and when we met I knew He was the doctor for me. his energy was great! I felt so comfortable with him. His work speaks for itself. His Tummy tucks are very natural looking from the belly button to the hourglass shape. The breast argumentation and BBL also very natural looking. Nothing over done! I myself got a tummy tuck, lipo and Breast. I absolutely LOVE my results. The recovery wasn't as bad as I anticipated. I will say, when I woke up I did feel so horrible. I was loopy and nauseous (ugh). The pain wasn't too bad. I literally only took 1 and a half pain pills and that was only to help me sleep the first night. I was up walking and using the restroom on my own the next day. however, u will need help getting up from ur bed. Now, as far as the staff at BHP they are all Great! very friendly, kind and helpful. This review is mostly based on their customer service. Mark Anthony, is a customer service rep who works for the call center. He is the rudest person I have ever talked to. He insulted me and hung-up on me in less than 2 minutes. He used a condescending tone and language in our conversation. After asking him about the price RANGE of a procedure he responded with "Oh honey we have never seen you, it is ridiculous to think we can tell you how much it is." I asked him to maintain a professional tone with me and explained that I only wanted to know what they START at. He replied, "I am very professional and we don't have time for this," and hung up on me. I know every case is different and you can't give an exact price before a consultation. However I also know that many reputable places don't struggle with giving you a price RANGE. Mark Anthony's behavior was appalling and disgusting! The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because when I called back to file a formal complaint, Souhiti and JP responded with kindness, professionalism, and understanding. Souhiti and JP, you both are amazing! Unfortunately though, I researched 2 of their doctors, Dr. Berger, and Dr. Hodnett and found they have many negative reviews. Dr. Lee does incredible work and he has a very broad skill set, along with being extremely honest. He will not recommend a procedure that won't benefit you, and I would trust him with any cosmetic procedure after seeing him for liposuction and Botox so far. Having never had any surgical procedures, I was a bit nervous before liposuction but he and his staff made the entire process easy and stress-free. Honestly the first few days after the procedure were not fun, but the staff at Beverly Hills Physicians were readily available when minor issues arose. Afterwards, my healing process was a breeze and after just 2 weeks my results were seriously amazing. In fact, I saw a massage therapist for post op lymphatic drainage who commented on how amazing I looked, saying she sees post op patients every day and some even have bruising still after 3 months while my bruises and swelling were so minimal after only 10 days. The entire team is so caring, I couldn't recommend them enough. The surgical coordinator also helped me through this process the entire way and the anesthesiologist and nurses are so dedicated and knowledgeable. If you're considering any cosmetic surgery at all in the LA area, make Dr. Lee at BHP your first choice! read more

Needless to say with my one star rating, my experience at the Thousand Oaks location was dreadful. I drove all the way from Orange County for a post op service only to be met by the physician who told me that the only woman capable of doing the job had simply not shown up. When I asked how late she was, they told me she was an hour late. Within that hour they could've called me to tell me she hadn't shown up and shaved more than an hour off my three hour trek. When I asked if they were had the right machine for the service the doctor smugly said "of course it is my machine". Which begs the question, if it is your machine why can't you do it! They didn't seem sorry at all, and said they would just "give me a call" when they could about setting up another appt. I will not be going back even if they do give me another call. Dr. Lee...He's absolutely amazing! I'm 42 and this was my 4th breast surgery. The first 3 surgeries were with 2 other drs... Here's a bit of my story. 2007 had my first breast augmentation and lift due to losing a large amount of weight. The surgery resulted in a horrible scar around my areola and I ended up having to do a revision ( surgery #2) because my left implant wasn't sitting right (it kept bulging towards my armpit). In 2017 I had another surgery because after 2 kids and weight fluctuations my breast sagged. The Doctor suggested going with a bigger implant (350cc to 600cc) and so I did. Not only did this not help the sagging but I found out later with Dr. Lee that the surgeon did not put in the size he claimed he did. Now 2020 one of my implants ruptured I came to Dr.Lee for help. He did everything I wanted. I now have a beautiful lift, he fixed my horrible scar and gave me perky boobs! I am over the moon. They won't return my calls even when I had left a few voicemails re:of scheduling an appointment for my third surgery with them. There are no words to describe how happy I am with my experience with Beverly Hills Physicians. I consulted 5 different doctors before meeting Dr. Bruno.
