Where do I even start? I had consultations with four different plastic surgeons when I was on the hunt to find the perfect fit for my mommy makeover after two pregnancies, including twins. I even went to my sister's plastic surgeon and he wasn't the right fit. I started my consultation journey about five months after my twins were born and I was about 30 pounds heavier than my usual weight. Dr. Zarrabi was not only incredibly thorough during the consult but SO SO honest. He was the only surgeon who showed me how I would look if I went into the procedure being heavier than my ideal weight. When asked if I was happy with how I would look if we did the procedure now, I said no. Dr. Zarrabi was the only surgeon who was honest encourage me to try to get to my goal weight before proceeding with surgery. He was also the only surgeon to advise me that I had muscle separation in my stomach which needed repair. One year and 40 pounds later, I had my mommy makeover a week ago. Dr. Zarrabi spent hours with me in multiple pre-op appointments when I couldn't decide if I wanted a breast lift or a lift with implants. Him and his staff also continuously checked in on me prior to my surgery, knowing how anxious I was because I had never gone under anesthesia.
