I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Nassif's office staff, which ultimately caused me to walk away after months of effort. I began contacting the clinic in September 2024 with firm intent to book a revision consultation and surgery, and I repeatedly followed all stated policies, including the required waiting period for revision cases. Despite my consistent outreach and commitment, I was never allowed to secure a consultation or place a deposit. When I was finally told I could schedule, I was informed that I would now be charged new 2026 rates -- a 71% increase -- as if I were a brand-new inquiry. At no point during the months-long communication was I advised that rates would increase this dramatically or that I could protect my quote by placing a deposit, which is standard practice elsewhere. Had this been communicated, I would have absolutely done so. The lack of transparency, compassion, and professionalism was shocking, especially given how emotionally and financially difficult revision surgery already is. While Dr. Nassif's reputation for skill and empathy is what drew me to his practice, his administrative staff treated me unfairly, wasted months of my time, and showed no willingness to take accountability. What I'm disappointed in is the fact I don't feel that they were honest with me from the beginning regarding the price. The price came in 3 to 4 times higher than I thought it would. If you're looking to go here for any type of facelift, you're looking at well over $100,000. And I mean well over 100,000 closer to 145,000 by the time everything is done. I was once an avid fan of Botched and held Dr. Nassif in high regard. After an accident, I was thrilled to be selected for the show. PLEASE READ! I don't write reviews but in this case I felt I had to. I want to save everyone reading the pain and suffering I went through for years! Dr Nassif is without a doubt the most talented plastic surgeon with unmatched knowledge and skills. Please don't waste your time with any other surgeons that over promise and under deliver. After going to literally every top, well known surgeon in LA for Rhinoplasty and being left so unhappy I had almost given up. Finally after my nose was almost destroyed, my last hope was Dr Nassif for yet another Revision Rhinoplasty. Thank goodness I gave it one last shot! Not only did he fix my botched nose, Dr Nassif gave me the straight symmetrical nose I always wanted. No one else could ever achieve it, but he some how did! It's Shocking! I wish I would have gone straight to Dr Nassif years ago. You just don't know who to trust because you believe what you are told. My advice for when you go through your surgery with Dr Nassif is this: Trust him and the process! He is a perfectionist from start to finish and he is unbelievably talented. No one ever took the steps he did from start to finish to make sure I received the best outcome and results. Also, he's not going to tell you what you want to hear, he is going to state the facts and tell you exactly what he can do! Lastly - accept the healing time, be patient. You're not going to have your bandages taken off without swelling. My nose looked great to me right away but 3-4 months later it's completely different and defined. If you're going to have rib cartilage taken out don't worry out about it. I had a panic attack worrying about the scar because I don't heal well and I was afraid of the pain. OMG it was nothing! There is no scar it's a tiny fine line about an inch in length. The pain felt as if you did a hard ab workout. Definitely worth it for a perfect nose. Oh the Leeches - it's a real thing! Lol, it was crazy but so cool at the same time. I have a whole new respect for leeches. They do their job with swelling and the results were absolutely fascinating. This review is SOLELY based on my septo/rhinoplasty CONSULT with Dr. Nassif Background: I have spent the last two years searching for a facial plastic surgeon for a first time septo/rhinoplasty. I have received a few consults which I did not care for in the past so I decided to step it up a notch with a Beverly Hills expert. Inquiry email for consult request sent 5/27/14 on real self. Follow up call by Ana, was made on 5/28/14 and an appointment was set up for 6/3/14. She explained the consult fee was $300 and if I decided to go with Dr Nassif, it was would used towards my surgery fee. Not only that, because I did my homework on real self, I got $50 off. To allow the process to move swifter on consult day, she recommended to have me pre fill out my patient forms so I would not have to worry about it the day of. She also informed me they have valet parking downstairs with validation. awesome! 6/3/14 Consult Day My car was valeted downstairs as directed by Ana. After entering the office waiting area, the receptionist kindly validated my parking stub so I would not forget on the way out. The office has cookie snacks and mini pellagrino bottles on ice for their clients. The lady gave me three additional forms as the other ones were already pre-filled. I was then given a folder with more information on other procedures, a book, "your complete guide to nose reshaping" and an ipad to look through more photos. Not to mention the already existing books on the coffee table of more before and after photos from Dr Nassif's clients. Within 5 minutes, I was called in and brought to a consult room where Ana reviewed some more information with me. After her, a photographer came in to take photos of my face. Then, a physician assistant (I think) came in to review some more medication history. After all that was addressed, Dr Nassif entered with an observer from Italy. Everyone in the room was super friendly and I was definitely to meet the man himself after seeing him on numerous youtube videos. He asked me what I would like to achieve from this rhinoplasty and any previous treatments I have had in the past. I informed him my nose had juvederm in it now and I am happy with the results. I am just looking for a more permanent approach. In the kindest way possible, he informed me he was not a big fan of injectables as many complications may occur. He told me he had a patient who almost lost her nose due to nerve damage/circulation to the area. This was news to me but I appreciated him giving me his professional opinion in regards to safety. I also informed him of my mystery nose problem which occurred two years ago and I even showed him and his associates the gnarly video. He reported findings to his PA and PA was jotting information according to Nassif's assessment. After getting a better idea of what conditions and precautions he had to work with, he escorted me to the "morphing room." (cool!) An office with three chairs set up in front of the computer, he adjusted the nose photos according to my specificity and compared three different adjustments. He gave me recommendations but in the end, had me choose which one my eye felt more comfortable with and floated my boat. I am going for a more natural approach with bridge projection and he agreed it was the best route to go. He also called in Dr Yoon and had him listen to the information. Nassif informed me not everyone can afford him as we all have budgets. He noticed many previous consult clients would come in, get the quote and end up doing it somewhere cheaper. Then, when they needed a revision, they would come back to him. Instead of having clients pay twice as much to fix the problem, why not get someone who has great skill at a more affordable price. That is where Dr Yoon comes in. Nassif explained he is very good at what he does, and does it at a cheaper cost. I appreciated the alternate option. Dr Yoon then proceeded to explain the procedure with a diagram and answered the questions I had. The only part which I did not really like was Yoon wanted to do it with an open method vs Nassif explained my results could be achieved with the closed method (preferred by me). Without dismissing Yoon's method, he explained the surgeon gets better visualization with open method which is a bit more difficult with closed. However, due to me needing to return back to work within a week, Nassif said it would benefit me in the way as it would result in less swelling (closed). I greatly appreciated the detailed explanation and NOT justifying it because it was the easier approach. I had a long list of questions for him which he answered for me (in depth). There was no cookie cutter answer and I believe he answered honestly to his best ability. After the morphing and detailed discussion, I was returned back to see Ana who provided me with the estimates and additional fee. Two years ago I decided to look into getting a nose job for cosmetic reasons and my upper eyelids lifted. The moment I contacted his office everyone was so nice and helpful. Got right in for a consultation. They gave me an estimate of the cost and my husband and I looked through it and decided to proceed. I thought my nose job would only be cosmetic because all the other plastic surgeons I had been to never did a full exam to notice how deviated my septum was and how bad my breathing was. They said swelling typically goes down ~70% after 3 months but I think the vast majority of the swelling already went down after 1 month! Dr. Paul Nassif was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the whole procedure, including pre-op, post-op visits. Before going to Dr. Nassif's office in Beverly Hills, I had a bump on my nose which I was very uncomfortable with; all I wanted was my nose straight. The results are exactly that! Before surgery, Dr. Nassif showed me on the computer what my nose would look like and I would say he achieved almost a 100% replica from the computer image! Needless to say, I am extremely and entirely happy with the results. Finally, the staff in Dr. Nassif's office are all incredibly nice, you will be blown away by their friendliness! They are welcoming and easy to talk to via phone or in person to schedule appointments. He demonstrated considerable knowledge and experience re the septoplasty / breathing work and exceeded any other doctor in his explanations. Once in the surgery he executed to that plan which had involved my input. The results are much improved breathing and a very subtle tip refinement to improve age related tip sagging and enlargement. Dr. Nassif is a really cool guy. Went in for botox and was reluctant, but the friendly staff immediately made me feel at ease. Dr. Nassif is a terrible surgeon and a con man. He told me it was a medical necessity to fix a hole in my septum to stop constant nose bleeds. He told my Cigna would pay for it since it wasn't cosmetic. He ended up making my nose much bigger and then my insurance wouldn't pay for it because they doubted Nassif's integrity. Nassif used my case (and my name on TMZ) to sue my insurance company for slander and won. Not only did he not give me any of the amount won, but he still charged me the full amount for the surgery, and none of it was still covered by insurance. When I wanted to be reimbursed, he was somehow unavailable. He is a man of low character who doesn't care about his patients. read more
