However, Removery's corporate protocols and booking systems are deeply frustrating and until recently no reliable way to validate or confirm that your appointment is actually in their system before you show up. You also don't know if you will have your treatment as you are not asked key questions before you show up. The system does not verify medication changes or other factors that would prevent you from having your treatment done. It is incredibly frustrating to have such a disconnect between an amazing local staff and a corporate system that lacks basic verification protocols. Five stars for the Westminster team, but corporate needs to ensure their appointment validation asks the key questions needed in order to ensure that the treatment can be performed immediately.

I believe Dr. Fedonenko is either diluting the Botox or not giving you all of the units she claims to. I was initially impressed by her being a doctor and not being too pushy, but I was being scammed.
