I have been seeing Jill for over five years, and she is the only one I trust with my face! She has the most gentle, calm demeanor, and along with her incredible expertise, she has always made me feel so safe from my first Botox and filler treatment to other skin treatments! Her treatments and product recommendations have helped me get the skin I never knew was possible for me, and feel the absolute best on my wedding day! I cannot recommend Jill enough! read more

I will keep this review short and sweet. With all honesty here are the reasons why I trust Jordanna with my face: 1. She is conservative with her care and honest. 2. She has never pushed additional unnecessary treatments. She is always professional and suggestive; never pushy. 3. She takes her time and is compassionate when listening to my concerns. 4. Listening is the most important component but not feeling rushed is as well. It is imperative that women trust one professional with their face and not go somewhere with the intention of any treatment that is "cheaper". 5. Results are always precise with Jordanna. She gives you the most thorough education based on her personal ongoing education when it comes to whatever is up and coming or whatever might be outdated. 6. Go for a consultation if you are doubtful, you will not regret planning any treatments with Jordanna. She is amazing! read more

Update: I recently went in to see Jill for my under eyes and she recommended PDGF. She was sooo sweet and kind and made me feel super comfortable. I'm extremely sensitive and a little terrified of anything involving needles on my face, and her and Chandra literally held my hand throughout the process lol. I'll definitely be back to update on how I'm loving my PDGF results! Also have to shout out Chandra because she always recommends the absolute best products Skin Thesis carries in shop. Every product I've gotten based on her recommendations has been a major upgrade for my skin. read more

She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout the treatment, and had such a gentle but confident approach. My skin already feels refreshed and tighter, and I'm excited to see the full results over the next few weeks. Her assistant Albert is super sweet and gentle too. Highly recommend Jordanna if you're considering Softwave, PRX, or any skin rejuvenation treatment. She is amazing! read more

My experience at Skin Thesis has always been excellent every step of the way. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful and make me feel comfortable the second I come in the door. And Jill is simply incredible! I've been seeing her for almost a decade and I think my face looks a decade younger because of her! Just the other night I was talking to some people at my friend's party and they complimented me on my beautiful skin. Then somehow I mentioned I was about to turn 50 and one of them spit out his drink. Then we all laughed and he said that he is 35 and he thought we were the same age. Then I gave them both Jill's information - obviously! She is an experienced NP and a true artist when it comes to botox and fillers. She has also told me that I don't need things a few times and she was totally right. On top of all of that, she is really kind, funny, and easy to talk to which makes my appointments such a pleasure. In terms of additional treatments, I recently tried softwave on my neck and it was such an improvement. Go for it! And go see Jill! read more

I had been very loyal to my plastic surgeon for the past 20 years, to do dysport and Botox but when he retired, a good friend referred me to Skin Thesis--and I'm so glad she did! Mellissa was absolutely amazing. She lifted my droopy eye, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She did such a beautiful job and made me feel completely comfortable. I 100% recommend Skin Thesis. Be sure to ask for Mellissa--she is the best! read more

I've been going to Skin Thesis since it opened on Robertson and Santa Monica. I'd followed the owner from Kate Somerville, and have never looked back. Melissa has built an incredible team of aestheticians. She trains each of them personally, and employs the cutting edge machines for the various treatments. Yesterday, Katie provided me with the Everesse treatment -- and the results speak for themselves: my skin is tighter all around, the deep folds of my marionette lines are softer, and it was relatively pain free. In truth, there were just a couple of "hot spots" on my face where nerves were closer to the surface of the skin, but for a treatment to be this effective and that tolerable without downtime is extraordinary. I can't recommend Katie, Melissa, and the rest of the team highly enough! read more

The space she works in is beautiful and serene, and the whole experience always feels calm and relaxing. What I appreciate most is how well she understands my preference for a very natural look. She has been the only person who has ever touched my face, and I trust her completely. She knows exactly how to enhance without ever making anything look overdone or fake. If you want someone who is talented, honest, and focused on subtle, natural results, she is the one. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face read more

I had the most amazing experience with Jordanna Burke at Skin Thesis. She recently did a PRX treatment on my skin and I'm honestly beyond thrilled with the results. My skin looks tight, glowy , plump, hydrated, and completely rejuvenated -- it truly is the definition of a "no peel peel." No down time just a little tight and with the creams I put after my skin just loved it more! The treatment was totally painless, which I loved, and I'm so glad I trusted her (as always). Jordanna really knows exactly what she's doing. She's conservative in the best way -- never overdone, always natural -- but somehow still gives you those flawless, realistic, glowing results every single time. That's why she's been my go-to injector for years. And the new Skin Thesis office? Absolutely beautiful. The whole space feels elevated, calming, and chic. I absolutely loved the green everywhere! I couldn't recommend her more. read more

I truly can't say enough good things about Skinthesis. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is warm, professional, and incredibly kind. Jordanna is who I see for everything and she is exceptional. What I appreciate most is her integrity she will absolutely talk you out of something if she doesn't believe it's right for you. She genuinely cares about long term results and keeping everything natural and balanced. I trust her completely, and when it comes to my skin, that means everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I don't think there's enough room to brag about Jordanna. What she has done for my face is life changing. Aside from her gorgeous soul inside and out, she is so smart and keeps up on educating herself with the latest and greatest techniques and procedures. It's because of her that I look 15 years younger than I am. When I have questions, she is upfront and honest. She tells me exactly what I need and don't need. I trust her with my life! I just had the Moxi laser and Daxx done. It has been one week and I am so pleased with the results so far. I highly recommend Jordanna and Skin Thesis. The staff is so nice and friendly as well. She has a great team behind the desk and in the treatment room. read more

Obsessed with Nurse Tiffany!! I love getting my skin treatments like PRP and laser facials from Tiffany at skin thesis. The laser facial literally had me feeling like my skin was glowing By the time I left the office and the building is so beautiful and serene. It was a really nice experience. Highly recommend booking with Tiffany Tiffany if you are looking to make some improvements with your skin/ beauty! She never steers me wrong read more

Disappointed with the front desk receptionist who was curt and dismissive. As a potential client, I expected simple questions to be answered before committing to a $150 consultation. She did not offer to ask the practitioner my questions, nor did she ask what those questions were. Instead, I was given an ultimatum to either book the consultation or not be seen at all. I understand that each provider has their own techniques, but I was only asking about general microneedling practices such as preferred pressure and the areas typically treated. That information should be easy to provide and helps clients make informed decisions. read more

I've done a few treatments with Jordanna Burke and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my face. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I did Moxi laser for melasma as well as SoftWave, and she walked me through each step, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. She's very attentive, detail-oriented, and truly cares about her clients and their results. I felt safe, supported, and confident throughout the entire process. I'm very happy with my experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional, thoughtful, and honest care. read more

I recently went to Skin Thesis to see the infamous injector "Jordanna" that all my clients were raving about. First of all, Skin Thesis is one of the most beautiful offices I have ever been in. The attention to detail and luxury was spot on. After sitting with Jordanna, I took her advice and did Growth Factors in my under eye. WOW, I immediately saw the change happen. My under eye not only gained volume, but the dark purple color decreased significantly. The best part was I didn't even feel a thing. She distracted me with some tapping and I was able to stay completely relaxed. Run, don't walk to Skin Thesis, it will be addicting but well worth it. read more

I had a really disturbing experience when I was told there would be no fee for a service and then expected to pay it when checking out. Funny part is that I ended up NOT doing the service at all, yet was still being charged for my the time. I had proof in text that the visit was supposed to be free but that didn't stop them from demanding I owed them. I would say that make sure you are aware of the pricing ahead of time, however, that is exactly what I did and it still didn't make a difference. read more

Melissa is truly one of a kind. From the moment you meet her, you can feel her warmth and genuine kindness. She's gentle, patient, and incredibly considerate -- the kind of provider who immediately puts you at ease. What makes Melissa especially exceptional is her deep understanding of the human face and how to enhance natural beauty in a way that looks effortless and authentic. Horrible experience at SkinThesis. I went to the store one hour before closing time and the store was locked. I rang the door bell but no one came. I called the store several times to see if they were open. I then drove back there 5 mins before closing time and saw two employees close the store. I rushed to tell them I had been waiting an hour to buy products I use and purchase every month as a regular customer. The woman seemed tempted to let me in but the guy who was closing the store with her had a horrible attitude and said he had already set the alarm and walked away without even making eye contact. What a terrible customer service experience. Why lock the store an hour before closing time only to turn customers away who just want to buy a few products and give them business? I don't understand that flawed business mentality. I'll never use this place again. This happened on Saturday July 18 between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. So disappointing. read more

Katie is the best "Botox stylist". I've been seeing her since 2021. I trust her so much and I really respect that she doesn't try to over inject me. She addresses my concerns and doesn't push for more. I've got the "you're aging so well, you must stay hydrated" look. Morpheus 8 on my neck, Botox on my forehead, crows feet, nose bridge, and the occasional lip flip. This is 41! :) read more

Friendly staff and Jordanna is excellent. Jordanna is gentle, professional, and a dedicated aesthetics nurse.

Love it here. I followed my favorite cosmetic nurse here when she joined the Skinthesis team.
