I will be going back to Skinic, and specifically to Anna, for as long as I possibly can. I got the Miracle Body Sculpt + Face Sculpt two days ago, have already gotten TWO compliments on my arms, and have recommended Anna and Skinic to two different people since. I genuinely feel beautiful. A little backstory because the context is important: I originally came to Skinic for lymphatic drainage the day before a trip and the treatment itself was incredible. Like 10/5 stars. I was SO relaxed afterward I felt like I was floating. Right after my treatment, Cassie, the manager, was incredibly kind and gave me tea, sat me down in her office, and asked how everything went. I was telling her how amazing it was, and then the conversation shifted into a package offer. I know this is normal in the beauty/wellness industry, but for me personally, it immediately took me out of the blissful state I was in. I just wanted to leave and bask in how good I felt. It bothered me enough that I actually came back inside and told her. I was emotional that day and definitely passionate about how much it had affected my experience, but the actual service had been so good that I wanted to be honest about the one thing that took away from it. We ended up really hearing and empathizing with each other. Cassie wanted to make it right and invited me to come back after my trip for the exact same treatment, completely complimentary. So when I got back from my trip, I came in for the treatment. Cassie greeted me with so much warmth and told me it was going to be the best massage of my life. And it absolutely was. No exaggeration. Anna is unbelievable. She told me she's been doing lymphatic drainage for about four years, but I would have guessed 10+. She showed me what a real lymphatic drainage treatment is supposed to feel like. I'm naturally inquisitive, so she explained the different lymph points and how the lymphatic system works as she went. When she was working on my stomach, I could actually hear and feel the fluid moving. It was WILD. By the time she finished, I immediately felt lighter and flatter. I had also told her my legs were sore from a workout. Without me having to ask her to adjust anything, she picked up on every tiny flinch or moment of tension in my body and changed her pressure accordingly. She has this incredible intuition for what your body needs. I felt completely safe and comfortable with her, both physically and emotionally. At one point, while she was draining my face, I actually started crying. I'd been holding onto a lot emotionally, and something about finally relaxing enough to let it out just opened the floodgates. My nose started getting stuffy and my eyes started puffing up as I cried, and Anna just kept gently working and draining my face through it. By the end, even my stuffy nose was gone. It genuinely felt like she got EVERYTHING out of me. The treatment was incredibly effective but also so peaceful. I felt like I was floating and so much lighter afterward. I left feeling beautiful, in love with myself, in love with the world, and honestly in love with Skinic. I really want to give Cassie credit too. She didn't just say she wanted to make my first experience right, she actually did it. The treatment was truly comped, there was no catch, and she made sure I was taken care of from the second I walked back through the door. What started as a moment that almost made me not return ended up showing me how much she actually cares about her clients, the quality of the people she hires, and how people feel when they leave her business. That gift ended up meaning so much more to me than I ever expected. Cassie absolutely has my business, and Anna has ruined every other lymphatic drainage massage for me forever lol. In simple terms, it feels like you're actually working out your face while also tightening and lifting the skin. Came here for a lymphatic massage before an event. The business was clean and tidy, but as soon as I walked in, they immediately started trying to sell me package deals. Since it was my first visit, I told them I wanted to see how the massage went first. The room was very basic, with too much light coming in, making it hard to relax. I am someone who enjoys food, drinks, have crazy work schedule, and gaining inches by just looking at food. Therefore, I have tried various treatments throughout the years. Why Skinic is different and became the only place I go to now? First, every single person I met there is genuinely nice and overall atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. That type of experience where you come for a treatment in a very bad mood and overwhelmed with stress but come out refreshed, inspired and energized. Second, Cassie - the owner. She is very pleasant as a person and an amazing business owner. She is always on look out for top of the line and most effective machines (such as Emerald - love it!) and make sure you have consistently great experience. Additionally, Cassie customizes the package of services and price to your needs and preferences specifically. There are various payment methods available, including financing options. I used it and the process was very easy, no hard enquiry (= no impact on credit score), no fees (depends on the terms you choose) and you can customize the date you are charged. Voila! Third, high quality of services provided. I have tried many of the services provided by Skinic and chose the package and schedule that fits me the best. All machine services (such as cryo, emerald, vela and etc) are perfectly executed in a professional manner and with the most comfort for you. Also, I have to note that Cassie and her team are more generous with all services (from the timing of the treatments to what is counted as 1 area) than any other places I have been to (going back to the first point, that they truly care). Additionally, I was not sold on miracle sculpt (massage) right away, but believe me - worth it. I would say it is a MUST addition to cryo and emerald, as it has elements of lymphatic drainage massage that will help your whole body work better and get rid of that stubborn fat;) The technique used is so unique and, in my opinion, very effective!
