I was offered a beverage from a variety of choices as soon as I walked in. Shira took care of the microneedling procedure and was extremely kind and kept checking if I felt any pain throughout the process which really calmed my nerves for my first time. She went over each area as she went through which was really reassuring so I knew what to expect and was very thorough in explaining and providing aftercare. I had the best possible first microneedling experience I could have had here despite being nervous at first but Amanda and Shira really made me feel at ease and I will absolutely trust them again with my next treatment!

The receptionist was dismissive, refused to listen or understand the seriousness of my concerns, and ultimately hung up on me. And stated that the advice of my General Doctors is just his basic opinion. For a business providing medical or wellness-related treatments, that kind of response is unacceptable.I would not recommend this spa to anyone seeking responsible care, proper follow up, or basic professionalism when something goes wrong.

I paused my membership late last year after a job layoff and was specifically told that when reinstated, my anniversary special would be pushed back by the number of months I paused. When that wasn't honored at time of service, I spent over two months chasing down customer service, only to finally be told that their "system doesn't accommodate non-consecutive months"... -- Huh? What about a human overriding the computer? -- Despite the fact that I was given incorrect information by their staff (Tyler) at time of pause, there was zero willingness to take responsibility or find mutual resolution. This is especially disappointing after years of loyalty and referring multiple people to Alchemy 43. I completely understand policies, staff, and systems change, but customers shouldn't be penalized for wrong information provided by the company. I would not have paused if I was simply told this was the policy. It's also worth noting I continued to come here after my longtime injector Tiffany left earlier this year along with a majority of the staff. It's the complete lack of consideration and accountability that I've chosen to cancel today. Computers may not accommodate, but humans should -- especially if your humans made the error to begin with.

Every appointment. 1-2 days after getting my nails done, after every visit with her, the gel-x nails would crack or break in half. I've been getting apres gel-x for yearsssss (on a monthly basis at multiple salons all over LA and Canada). This has never happened to me before where they would break, only after visiting this salon.... when i reached out to her multiple times to express my disappointment, for $150+ nails, she deflected, blamed... me? for my nails?! This was my last conversation with her. After I confronted her, she unfollowed and blocked me on social media. I just wanted a refund of the $$ I paid for my nails. As a note, when I get gel-x at Ibiza Nails in WeHo, or Nail'd It in Glendale or Pasadena - those aprex gel-x last me 4-6 weeks, even when I was moving and opening boxes. Sadly, due to how I was treated, and the state of my nails, with lumpy thick coats, and the prep/cleaning of the nails, after every appointment, I cannot, in good faith, recommend this salon.

The Miracle Sculpt treatment is basically manual liposculpture, and I saw results after just one session! I've had cellulite since I was a teenager. It's hereditary. And, honestly, I never thought I could ever really do anything about it. One day, out of pure frustration, I started searching the internet for someplace that I could try and I'm so grateful I found Skinic. I was super skeptical at first, but after only a few of their miracle sculpting massages, I could actually see a difference. So I decided to go for it and signed up for their Emtone and Velashape treatments and I am absolutely sold. Never before, in my entire life, have I been this excited for bikini season!
