I had an appointment for Infrared sauna, cryotherapy, hyperbaric chamber, and IV Therapy. I'm no longer a member after 3 years because I moved, but when I do come back to LA I like to get my appointments in all at once. Total was coming out to $805 before tax or add ons. I asked if there's any package or discounts available. Front desk said no, so I canceled the hyperbaric $350, instead of infrared sauna for $150 did Equinox Steam Room same difference burned 600 calories in 30 minutes there which is a $30 day pass (as an equinox member it was included for me), so only IV drip with extra hydration, glutathione push, and vitamin D shot total was $358. Usually I got all of these services plus an additional IV for $300 a month as a member. I didn't want to renew because it's a 3 month contract. Alternative solution:I just downloaded class pass instead who have places that do all these services for reasonable prices ad-hoc with more available times. I asked the front desk if I could get an IV earlier since I'm cancelling a lot of the other appointments and they said no I would have to wait 2 hours which I did. As much as I loved being a NextHealth member, it's not worth it as a non member with the pricing and lack of availability. On a positive note, the nurse was knowledgeable, nice, upbeat, positive, and friendly but she's usually in century city not West Hollywood. read more

Great, fast service! Clean facilities, and very interesting services. I tried the cryotherapy - you stand (or in my case jump around really hard to try to fight the cold) in a snowy refrigerator for 3 minutes. You get to listen to a song that pumps you up to distract you. You come out feeling rejuvinated. I recommed this after a good workout! I also tried the pressure change therapy. It's supposed to help with healing. Thankfully I had nothing much to heal except a new piercing. Can't tell if it helped. I loved the coffee machine - a variety of different plant-based options, including a delicious, velvety and soothing tumeric latte at the push of a button! Im so in love with this facility. It didn't give the usual health spa feel. It's so modern and luxerous. Once in, you're greeted by friendly receptionists. They'll get you checked in and give you instructions for some forms that can be done right on your phone. I came for my first ever cryotherapy session and let me tell you. I'm SO obsessed. It costs $50 for 3.5 minutes. The entire experience from beginning to end was so fun. They walk you to your changing room, provide you with a gown, socks, gloves and some slippers. Once you're done changing, they give you headphones and you get to pick your own music. The chamber was awesome. You can see how cold it is inside from all the frost on the floor and on the glass. You're in there for a total of 3.5 minutes. It was a total shock to my body but such an amazing feeling. They don't lock the door so If it's too cold and you can't stand it, you can walk out to take a break at any time. But keep in mind that the timer is still running. I didn't realize this until the end but inside the chamber there's a little place for you to put your phone so you can record your whole experience. Such a bum I didn't get to do that !! They also have a bunch of different IV therapy treatments, infrared saunas, ozone therapy and some beauty treatments. I'm looking to get a membership here because there's so many other fun beneficial treatments to try out. Street parking is a pain. There's a parking structure $2 for every 12 minutes. read more

No wave to acknowledge you or a simple communication like "hold on we'll be with you in a moment." Nothing. They're just going to pretend you're not there. So after being treated like shit, why would anyone want to go in there?! Lackluster employees. They are sooooo cringe. Someone named Sarah from Next Health tried to contact me about my review- probably trying to ask me to take down this post. She said she wanted to know more about what happened. I posted the conversation text message from their employee trying to gaslight me to justify why i was being ignored when I was in front of their door. The front doors and walls are see-through. I actually tried the Culver City clinic, and it was amazing because of the customer service, staff, and the clinic was so clean and modern. My fiance and I loved our first experience. Then went to the West Hollywood last month and luckily we got the same nurse who did our drip last time, Joyce is so amazing! So I decided to get the membership, this morning I called made my appt for 9:15 am with the call center and informed them that need to be back to wrk by 10:00 am, if we can make it happen great, if not no worries. I got there at 9:15 am, the door was locked, all the staff was Jst standing there, and the girl was finally unlocking the front door. I checked in and gave the guy my credit card, explained the exactly what I wanted, but I shouldn't have to bc the girl who made my appt said she was going to puts note for my appt. 1) no one greeted me 2) staff looked like they Jst all woke up, no greeting, nothing, they looked miserable, which made me more uncomfortable when they Jst all looked at me as if I was a burden. 3) then the guys said my card was declined, I asked for Apple Pay, I asked if he can send me an invoice link for me to pay, or to Jst my card again and he didn't want to do that. He was basically like no, making me feel like a peasant. I had to call my fiance to ask to use his credit card, then the guy finally rang up my card again and it went through. Clearly he entered the wrong card number and didn't want to admit that or apologize. 4) then I sat on the drip area, the nurse was just typing on her laptop, then another girl was Jst staring at me 5) so I told the nurse I can Jst take a shot and do drip another bc I need to be at work a certain time. She says sure I'll get you started for drip, then I'm still waiting. The guy in front had to walk back and said what's going, why is she still waiting 7) nurse comes over, no blood pressure taken, totally again hippa regulations, bc I work for a doctors office that's how I know. 8) she couldn't find my veins and the vein she injected is now bruised and it was uncomfortable during the whole drip my arm, but I didn't want to make a big deal bc I'm on a time crunch. 8) iv drips are supposed to be relaxing and therapeutic, 9) I felt more anxious and uncomfortable about me being late to wrk and Jst me not having my experience like I did with next health. All I do was kept starring at the bag and time, feeling so much anxiety 10) patients finally came for their appt and they were seen right away and given vip treatment. 11) I noticed that there was blood coming through veins and she says it's normal, so I give her the benefit of the doubt, Honestly, I don't want to ever come back to this clinic, bc at my company we understand brand standards, rapport, customer service, and vibes. From the minute I walked into Next Health, I just knew I was going to love this place! It's a very beautiful and spacious place with the best vibe. Music is great and everyone is very welcoming and outgoing. I stopped by to do some quick vitamin shots. I got the Lean B, which is good for metabolizing fat and converting into energy and my monthly Vitamin D shot. Medical staff is very professional and kind! My gf and I went there because they claim that by testing our blood they would be able to help us optimize our health and in my GF's case, help her with her allergies. So we went in and they took 12 vials of blood from each of us. But beforehand, they wanted payment which was about $300 each. A few days later when we had left LA and were in San Francisco, they called and wanted us to come back in so they could draw another 12 vials of blood each because the previous vials were not stored correctly and "probably" no longer good. When I told them, we were in San Francisco then would be heading back to Hawaii, the person on the phone said she could send us a kit and all we needed to do was prick our fingers and put a drop of blood on a piece of glass in the kit. What ??? You just took 12 vials of my blood and now you're saying all you need is a drop to do the job? No red flags here. I declined and asked for a refund which they did. Here's the kicker, hope you're sitting down because a few days later, they called again and said as it turned out, our blood was still good after all and asked if we wanted to complete the testing. Yeah you guessed it, I rolled my eyes and declined. To this day, I have no idea if their technology works or not but just based on my experience, I've seen enough to stay away. read more
