Underpressure hyperbarics and the chamber operators are really solid and knowledgeable folks. They truly made me feel welcomed and not just "another patient/customer" like we all worry it's How your going to be treated or at the very least Feel which sucks Especially when your in need of a service like hyperbaric oxygen therapy, for the most part This type of therapy ISNT for patients that everything is going fine great and wonderful.. I'm going thru what I'm going thru and it sucks that i am and it's something that doesn't just fade fron your thoughts and sometimes your like "oh ya Ive got ....." if you know What i mean, Whats going on with me Doesn't fade from thought and so being inside of a chamber alone for an hour/+ gives you Plenty of time to dwell.. ‍ BUT Nicole and her crew i felt really noticed "ME" and made me feel important or,, ya know thought about like a fellow person and not just a #. My daily joke with either of the chamber operators was "which fish tank do i get to be in today??" They have 4 hyperbaric chambers and each has the same type of clear acrylic tubes so it's like your in a big fish tank which is Super helpful because Who loves being in a space that some people mayyy be a little intimidated by at first.. But both my "fish tank lifeguards" Really make me feel at ease and Frank has REALLLY gotten me and has found me some of the best movies to watch while i get to get into my favorite movie watching position with the movie volume EXACTLY how i Like it AND NO ONE is allowed to bother me unless Frank says so!! (I'm a father of two beautiful young children whom i love unconditionally butttttt at home itd paw patrol and other wonderful tv shows i absolutely love getting to experience with my children... (I LOVE my children Dearly and with allll my heart But getting to joke around with adults like Nicole and her crew at UnderPressure Hyperbarics is a god send,, i just wish they got the joke or I'm glad they Don't get it when i say "looks like Chase is on the case.." (If your parents of young kids currently you'll totally get the reference, be thankful if you Don't get it...). ‍‍ Highly recommend this center and their crew/staff, extremely comfortable and Always clean. It's a place I'd feel 100% comfortable having ANY of their staff and/or doctors to treat/care for my wife, my daughter and/or my mother which are the three MOST important people/things i care for in this whole world. 3 stars . Mainly because GAVIN's attitude with ppl is unacceptable . That dude does not belong in nobody's front desk or answering phones. Customer service is not his thing. Ppl pay a lot of money to come here and he makes the experience leave a sour taste in your mouth. Basically won't be coming back here solely based on experiencing his lack of customer service. Under Pressure is a stellar facility. It's very modern and clean - it feels very state-of-the-art. If you're worried about feeling claustrophobic in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, this is the place for you! The room where the chambers are is huge, with high ceilings and big windows. This means when you're in the hyperbaric tube, you don't notice you're in a confined space. It's VERY comfortable (lots of pillows and blankets!) and you can watch movies and TV while you're in your session - they have Netflix, Hulu, and more. They give you scrubs to wear and there are nice lockers to put your belongings in. You won't want your sessions to end, it's the most enjoyable and relaxing treatment. The highlight of Under Pressure are the people who work there. Specifically, on my first visit I was really nervous. Frank explained everything to me, checked on me, and made sure I was ok. It totally put me at ease. Frank and Tony - the people who will set you up for sessions - are truly amazing. They are knowledgable, kind, and extremely thoughtful. They'll make sure you're comfortable and have a great session. I could not say enough about how amazing these two are. At other hyperbaric centers, your time is sometimes cut short because they're booked back-to-back and they need to get someone else in right after you. Since Under Pressure has 4 chambers and Frank and Tony are very organized with scheduling, you always get your full session and don't feel like you're part of some assembly line of patients. Prior to surgery I was unfamiliar with HBOT. My surgeon recommended 1 before and 4 after surgery. I couldn't have made a better decision to book the package. I am one week post op and my wounds are closed and my body is healing well. The chambers are peaceful and the office staff is really helpful. Nicole was able to answer all of my questions and make me comfortable with the treatment. The office is very clean and the chambers are medical grade. This is a great facility with a caring and dedicated staff. I had the technician Brendan and he was caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable. To begin with I was not at all familiar with hyperbaric chambers. My doctor had instructed for me to receive multiple sessions because I suffer from low iron deficiency and I am severely anemic. I went in for a session because I heard it was good for people that have had covid. I was skeptical, but I gave it a try. I could not believe it when I felt so much better after one session. My doctor said my lungs looked a lot better and my road to recovery could be much shorter just by doing this treatment.
