If I could give Dr. Kim six stars, I absolutely would…read more I spent about two years consulting with different surgeons, and Dr. Kim was the only one I returned to for a second consultation. No matter who else I met with, I kept coming back to his work. Since I was living in Los Angeles, his pricing was very much in line with other surgeons in the area, I'm currently about eight weeks post-op. While my final results are still developing, I can confidently say that through every stage of healing so far, my results have been exactly what I envisioned. I was initially very nervous about undergoing surgery, especially since this was my first major procedure and I wasn't unhappy with my natural size (starting at a full B cup). However, I have absolutely no regrets--if anything, I would make the same decision again without hesitation. I'm already hoping that when the time comes years from now to replace my implants, Dr. Kim is still practicing in Beverly Hills, because I truly wouldn't consider going anywhere else. One of the key reasons I chose him was that he was one of the few surgeons willing to perform the procedure through an armpit incision, which was a non negotiable for me On the day of surgery, I did feel quite anxious, but his pre opt team was incredible, I first met the pre-op nurse that had such a warm, calming presence--she was incredibly reassuring and made me feel genuinely cared for. She explained how experienced Dr. Kim is, how easy of a surgery this is and how I'd just be taking a short nap and wake up with my dream body! Shortly after meeting this amazing woman, I had another wonderful experience with the anesthesiologist as well, who took the time to walk me through everything and reassure me. He emphasized that he would be monitoring me the entire time, fully present and attentive, which gave me a deep sense of comfort and safety. That I greatly appreciated due to the fact of being EXTREMELY nervous that morning Before the procedure, Dr. Kim came in, carefully marked everything, and made sure we were completely aligned on my goals. I felt very confident in his hands. From my hours of research on breast augmentations I had heard that results can look concerning in the first few days post-op, so I was hesitant to look at my results right away, but even on just day 3 or 4, when I was able to shower, I was honestly AMAZED. Even that early on, I loved how they looked. Since then, they've only continued to improve. Each week they look & feel more natural. The results have continued to exceed my expectations. I can not even count how many compliments I've received on his work so far As someone who excessively reads reviews before making big investments or financial decisions, I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering Dr. Kim. Every question I had, they were so kind, patient, and went out of their way to support me in my requests. I was even able to get my pre-surgery bloodwork/labs done in house. Surgery was scary, but the nurses were so kind and understanding. They were able to settle my nerves and it made going under so peaceful and easy. Surgery went beautifully. Dr C. made me so snatched I almost blew away in the wind. When I woke up my nurses helped my partner and I prep for caring to my wounds at home. During recovery, my partner called the office daily with questions and the staff again was SO helpful. They were incredible at helping me schedule lymphatic drainage massages, follow ups, and even procuring the shapewear I needed. They provided to-do lists and general dos/fonts for an easy recovery. The price of everything was very fair for the area and the scope of work. The results are beautiful, and the care of the staff took this over the top. Plastic surgery is no joke and not a casual affair, and I went back and forth for YEARS about whether or not to do it. I'm so glad I did it, and especially glad I did my research and picked a place with such empathetic staff. I'm in my mid thirties and have never been able to breathe. As a runner, singer and... human... this is super inconvenient. My left nostril was completely blocked, and large turbinates plus a deviated septum meant I could only sniff little bits of air, and I was a champion snorer. Dr. Nima was patient with me when creating my mockup and really listened to what I had to say. This was important bc other Beverly hills docs are very pushy about just putting the nose on you they've decided is "right." I followed every instruction to the T and really took advantage of the open text line any time I had a question or curiosity. The entire staff was always so kind and never once made me feel like I was aggravating them. I'm really happy with how my nose looks, and no one can believe I've had work done unless they see my before picture. But the best part to me is that I can breathe!! Really and truly breathe! Now when a yoga instructor tells me to take a deep breath through my nose, I'm borderline emotional when I actually can. And I had no idea my sense of smell was so bad pre-op! The day I got everything out of my nose I used some lip gloss I've used 100x before and had no idea it smelled the way it does! If you want a teeny tiny and obviously fake nose, I'm not sure Nima would be the right fit for you, but if you want a nose that looks natural and straight and fits your face, he is. I'm happy I found him and can't wait to see what it looks like in another 6 months.

I have lost about 100lbs overall, and have had 2 c-sections. I work out and eat healthy, but I had this apron of skin hanging. I have never been thin until the last couple years I guess. I have been following Dr. Schwartz for a few years now on social media along with a few other drs I had in mind. He was my first and only consult I went to! I felt completely at home in his office, his bedside manner is amazing, and he doesn't push you into other procedures, or make you feel any less then. I knew he was the 1 from the get go. Post surgery was a struggle to be honest. I had more swelling then I had anticipated, but Dr. Schwartz and Maggie assured me it was just swelling. Maggie adjusted my compression, and within a week it's like I'm a whole different person! Again, Maggie is amazing! My review is just an email that I sent my family related to my experience on 5-7-13. Sarah is 2 and 1/2 and my wife is Karen. Sarah had 7 stiches performed by a plastic surgeon named David S. Rosenberg who came recommend by another plastic surgeon name Andrew Cohen who is clinical chief of plastic surgery at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. My dad says I don't listen but over the years I have heard him say if you need stiches have them put in by a plastic surgeon. We will keep the cut covered and out of the sun and use a special cream called TNS recovery complex which will maybe help prevent any scar. Dr. Rosenberg graduated from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore and is board certified in Plastic Surgery with 9 years of experience. Sarah was a great patient and since she is so cute it seems that everybody takes special care of her. Dr. Rosenberg did a great job and hopefully his work will never be seen. I was in the backyard working with my gardener for a few hours. Sarah had been outside with me and should not be surprised to see me but was inside the house. For some reason she was excited and ran towards the backyard and fell and hit the side of a monitor and cut her head. Karen stopped the bleeding and I took a picture for feedback. (3) Doctors viewed the picture before any work was done on Sarah. I dropped the gardener off while Karen prepared to go to the hospital. Before leaving for the hospital I checked with my neighbor if he knew a plastic surgeon at Cedars Sinai. He texted me (2) names and I called the first name. After telling his office I was a patient he called me back while attending a game at UCLA with his family. My big concern was I wanted to have a plastic surgeon put in the stiches. He told me regardless of insurance that Cedars Sinai always has plastic surgeon on call and I could have plastic surgeon put in the stiches. It was a great experience at Cedars and since Sarah was born their they had all her information and received the best possible care because she was born there or because Dr. Andrew Cohen called ahead. Either way knowing a plastic surgeon was performing the work was the most important thing to me. Text messages: 7:03 Received names of Doctor's from Cedars from neighbor. 8:43 Sent Dr. Cohen picture of Sarah saying we are waiting to see Dr. 8:44 Sent Dr. Cohen "Dr. Rosenberg on call" 8:46 Dr. Cohen says " Excellent. He will do a great job." 8:51 Dr. Cohen says " He is there now." 8:53 Dr. Cohen says " Happy to see your little one in my office if need be but I am sure it will heal fine. Looks like it needs a few stitches It was great that he had the ability to see a real time picture of Sara 8:55 Since Dr. Cohen was with his family I had offered ice cream since he called me while he was off. I wrote "Ice cream store is waiting for you to come now thanks for your help. 8:55 Dr. Cohen says " I picked some up and left a nice tip! Thank you! Kids eating it now! ." Having Dr. Cohen stop by my store with his kids was very rewarding. I knew he was at a UCLA game near my store but to take the time to connect with me by going to my store was very important to me. I had called him while he was with his kids and he responded by taking care of my kid. Dr. Rosenberg was great and will follow up with his office to get the cream he told me to buy. Knowing that Dr. Rosenberg was in contact with Dr. Cohen was great. A recommendation from a neighbor is important but a recommendation from another Doctor about your Doctor is even better. I recently had a procedure at Rosenberg Plastic Surgery, and while I'm still in the healing process and awaiting my final results, I can't say enough great things about my experience! I'm confident that in just a few more weeks, I'll have the results I've always wanted. From start to finish, the entire team at Rosenberg made me feel incredibly comfortable and well cared for. My initial consultations were with Ali, the practice manager, who answered all my questions, connected me with the surgeon, and made me feel completely confident about moving forward. After 16 surgeries and attempts to find resolution to my nerve pain on 3 continents and in about 6 countries Dr. Rosenberg simply said I can help you. He didn't make a grand promise of 100% success like others and it was that candor that helped me pick him for the 17th and last surgery to fix the nerve damage and resultant chronic pain from surgeries 1-3 that were presumably to fix my injury. And approach that yield a successful outcome, finally. Dr. Rosenberg is always available to talk, answer questions and to see him in person is like a burst of Spring when you are feeling lousy. When you are feeling great, it is even better because you know he has been on your team and he is the reason I have been feeling great since he operated and replanted some peripheral nerves in my groin on 9/19/12. He is on our insurance and was not one to order unnecessary procedures and tests unless it was relevant to the work he is doing. Off the cuff as I was telling Dr. Rosenberg how good I felt, I asked how he was at scar revisions. In 4 visits, and about 10 minutes total treatment time, he made a hideous scar on my hand and wrist barely noticeable with a laser tool. The scar was a leftover from another well known BH plastic surgeon who was pissed that he could get an infected hand numb and literally took it out on me resulting in a botched healing and scar tissue build-up. If you want caring, comfort and competence I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rosenberg. Otherwise, good luck. read more

A few years back, I broke my nose and was dealing with breathing issues ever since. I had to travel with Afrin everywhere I went, otherwise I was forced to be a mouth-breather. Dr Rosenberg helped me realize that a simple septoplasty would fix my septum, realign my cartilage, and allow to breathe again. It's been 5 weeks now, and it's truly a made a world of difference. I don't even know how I managed so long as I did, but Dr Rosenberg treated me like a king and now I can breathe easy and fully. From booking to follow-up, David and his staff exhibited A-class service and answered each and every question and concern. First things first I have to say how wonderful the staff and front desk people are! They've always been friendly every time I've had an appointment and are easily accommodating if I have to change mine. I first went in for botox, and ended up getting Juviderm filler too while I was in the chair. Had no bruising after (which has happened to me at other med-spas) and barely felt any pain during. His staff are really skilled at what they do! And when it comes to injections and filler, the better skilled someone is the more natural results. And I loved mine! I loved it so much, I'm even now in the process of doing PRP, which Dr Rosenberg is administering himself, which will help with my balding. And unlike Propecia, this has no side effects. I'm on my 2nd of 3 treatments and can't wait to see the results (this one will take longer to see results obviously) I'm just happy I've found my one-stop place for anything I need. I had seen so many plastic surgeons in both Beverly Hills and Orange County before I decided to go with him and it was the best decision I've ever made for myself. Dr. Rosenberg is does an absolutely amazing job at making you feel comfortable and at ease at his office. His assistants Richie and Jorge are extremely friendly, welcoming, and an overall delight. I was in to receive PRP (Platelette Rich Plasma) treatment for hair regrowth; this basically meant dozens of scalp injections. But Dr. Rosenberg numbed me to perfection and the discomfort was completely minimal. My treamtment even came with with "stress boob," a silicone implant I could squeeze in case of pain, and a head rub once the procedure was complete. I broke my left foot a couple of years ago and it lead into Peripheral nerve damage at the top of my leg next to my knee from the cast. Dr. Rosenberg was able to release the nerve and get rid of the pain. I would highly recommend him because he is very caring, listens to your problem and truly wants to help you. STAY FAR AWAY! BOTCHED WORK AND REFUSAL TO ISSUE A FOUR FIGURE REFUND WITHOUT A RELEASE FORM! Due…read moreto repeated and highly concerning conduct, I believe Jamie's conduct, as well as Dr. Jennifer Ahdout's conduct and practices, SERIOUSLY LACK ETHICS, MORALS and INTEGRITY. In my experience, Dr. Jennifer Ahdout performed BOTCHED work and then attempted to GASLIGHT me about its appearance by BLATANTLY suggesting that the area had already looked that way before the procedure. During two separate conversations, she stated, "There are no before photos," even after I told her that her own assistant had taken before photos on my phone. Those photos CLEARLY show that the area did not look that way before her botched work. Further, when I raised the issue of a refund, Jamie first attempted to SILENCE, then attempted to COERCE even going so far as to MANIPULATIVELY and UNETHICALLY suggest that the physical discomfort I was experiencing was normal. Jamie then attempted - yet again COERCIVELY and MANIPULATIVELY to reduce the amount owed even noting that Dr. Jennifer Ahdout said the amount was less even though Dr. Ahdout had already confirmed the correct amount with me directly TWICE - once during a follow up visit and again a second time a day prior to the phone conversation with Jamie. Then Jamie finally agreed to the correct amount, and ultimately refused to issue the refund without requiring me to sign a release form. I am leaving this review in addition to my review of Dr. Jennifer Ahdout because this matter is twofold. Dr. Jennifer Ahdout stated that she is "just an employee", but that she will talk to Jamie when I voiced my concerns about how Jamie became immediately aggressive when I mentioned a refund. The Roxbury Institute collected the money for her work, yet has been extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and greedy, in my opinion, regarding the refund. Dr. Ahdout also promised to get back to me but has remained silent and has done nothing to ensure that I receive a refund for the botched work she performed. In my experience, Dr. Jennifer Ahdout performed a botched job, and the Roxbury Institute has refused to properly refund me for it. It's also a large amount. Instead of standing behind its work and simply returning the substantial amount of money I paid for the botched treatment, I have been forced to go back and forth with the office and my bank for weeks. Jamie has been aggressive, rude, and unprofessional, and, in my opinion, extremely dishonest, shady and greedy throughout this process. Sge even went as far as providing false information that even Dr. Ahdout agreed was false. The office has repeatedly made what should have been a straightforward refund unnecessarily difficult and has attempted to avoid returning a large amount of money that I believe is clearly owed to me. Jamie finally agreed to the amount, but was attempting to force me to sign a release form. I refused. She says that can't refund without a release form. In my experience and opinion, this conduct reflects a serious lack of integrity and ethics. A professional office should perform competent work, stand behind that work, and promptly make things right when something goes wrong. not put a customer through weeks of unnecessary back and forth to recover her own money. I highly recommend finding a professional office that provides competent treatment, treats its customers with respect, honors its work, and takes responsibility when that work is not performed properly.

My last three appointments, all booked more than a month in advance, have been rescheduled by the office. The reason given each time was that they had to close due to "building maintenance." While I understand that unexpected issues can happen, it's frustrating when it becomes a pattern. Most recently, an appointment that had already been rescheduled just two days prior, I received a message less than four hours before my new appointment saying they had to cancel once again because the scheduled nurse had an emergency. What made this especially disappointing was how the office handled it. Their cancellation policy states that clients who cancel or modify an appointment within 48 hours are charged a $50 fee. Given that my appointment was canceled by the office well within that same 48 hour window, after already having three appointments disrupted, I asked whether they would extend a comparable courtesy or credit. Instead, they offered just 10% off, which amounted to only $7 on my scheduled services. The issue isn't that emergencies happen, those are understandable. It's the lack of consistency and accountability. If clients are expected to honor a strict cancellation policy, the business should hold itself to a similar standard when repeated last-minute cancellations significantly inconvenience its customers. Unfortunately, the repeated rescheduling, last-minute cancellations, and minimal effort to make things right have left me with little confidence in booking here again.

It felt awkward and premature to write a review after just day one, so I waited. Now, a full month later, I can confirm there was never any follow-up or check-in from the practice to see how I was progressing or if I had any questions. If they had checked in over the last month, maybe my experience would be different, but it's clear that high-pressure review requests matter more to them than actual patient care. I won't be returning.

I arrived on time and was left waiting for almost 50 minutes, only for my appointment to suddenly be CANCELLED . The explanation I was given was honestly shocking. I was told I could not receive the laser facial because my moisturizer "contains acids" (which actually don't) and that I would need to wait TWO WEEKS before being treated. The cream in question is a basic barrier repair moisturizer containing ingredients like hyaluronic acid and fatty acids, common hydrating and skin barrier ingredients found in countless moisturizers, including products often recommended after cosmetic procedures and laser treatments. Calling these ingredients "unsafe acids" showed a very concerning LACK OF EDUCATION and professionalism from someone performing cosmetic laser treatments! And if this truly is their policy, then clients should absolutely be warned BEFORE the appointment that they must stop using products containing hyaluronic acid or similar ingredients for two weeks. Most skincare products and moisturizers today contain these ingredients, so this is not some unusual or rare situation. None of this was mentioned while booking, during confirmation, or even while I sat there waiting almost an hour. The entire situation felt extremely disorganized and honestly more like an excuse for running behind schedule than a legitimate medical concern. There are many professional laser clinics in Los Angeles, and unfortunately this location did not inspire confidence, professionalism, or trust. I will definitely not be returning.
