Dr rosenburg and my nurse were very kind and welcoming. The place is very clean and everyone is extremely educated in medical aesthetics.I went for the Palomar laser the results were good but darkened my hyperpigmentation which was what I was trying to get rid of. It did wonders for my texture and my skin is glowing, but maybe I need to try a different laser for my hyperpigmentation. I had a great experience but I just need to do more research on what laser works for me. I purchased a Groupon for 3 tattoo removal sessions up to a 15 square inch area. However, when it came time to use the Groupon, they opportunistically attempted to charge me on a "per tattoo" basis even though the aggregate area was still less than 15 square inches. In my opinion, that is extremely greedy, unethical and directly contradicts the terms in the Groupon. After hearing that from Sophie, I cancelled the Groupon as I no longer wanted to do business with them. Considering tattoo removal generally takes more than 3 sessions, that move just cost them thousands that I'll be taking to a more reputable business that has integrity. I visited this place 3 times since I had a package deal for three tattoo laser removal appointments. I arrived for my fist SCHEDULED appointment (over the phone) and they were confused with my check in. Clearly they forgot to book me in their system and had me return an hour and a half later because they didn't have anyone to see me. Once I returned the front desk lady apologized again took some photos of my tattoo and offered a complimentary 20 minutes on their EMSELLA, I had no idea what it was but she explained it was great for the pelvic floor so I decided why not I had plenty of time to kill anyway. They have their machine outside of an exam room so you get to sit there awkwardly while staff walks by and where anyone coming in or sitting in the waiting area can see you. That was so awkward, sitting out in the open while you're literally getting little zaps/pulsing up your private areas. I sat there for a few minutes and out comes my nurse and rudely asks "is this complimentary" I replied yes so she turned it off and directed me to the room. There she proceeded to offer me botox and filler, I understand this is a business but I didn't ask and that made me feel bad about my appearance. Her up selling didn't stop there, she tried getting me to pay for numbing I said no, then she offered a patch so that they're able to go over with the laser more than once. I declined THEN she scares me into buying a sample set of wash cream and sunscreen $60 claiming I NEED it for my healing since I will blister. I didn't blister and did not need any of these products but she was so pushy I caved. Second time I had nurse Mona and she was great. I called to make my last apt and I was on hold for 35 min and the man I spoke to claimed they were fully booked the day I asked for then a woman picked up and set my apt for the day he told me was fully booked so that was weird. Third time I had pictures taken and I had a different nurse, my experience wasn't pleasant. Once I was finished I walked out to the woman that took the photos when I checked in and she handed me a post it with the prices for more sessions, a post it. No one showed me my before and after photos to see the progress nor did they give me an estimate on how many more sessions I would require. The prices weren't horrible but due to the subpar treatment I was given I will not return. read more

I came here to see Victoria the cosmetic nurse practitioner for tattoo laser removal on very specific facial cosmetic tattoos (faux freckles and microbladed eyebrows). This is a very complicated process as you have to understand how to assign the specific wavelengths necessary to remove cosmetic pigment, as it differs from regular tattoo ink. Victoria was able to successfully remove all the ink I had requested to be taken off on my face and my skin healed perfectly. Other laser tattoo removal places in LA would reject my requests because of how complicated this process is, but here, I was able to remove everything I needed and I cannot thank them enough. I also met Dr. Rosenberg personally and he gave me a free session since we were doing test spots to ensure the safety of the lasers on my tan skin. Victoria was always so sweet and concerned for me (I came in crying from my botched cosmetic tattoos a couple times ) and she had amazing bedside etiquette and professionalism. I also love Diego who helped me with my appointments and Ally who was my pricing consultant (she gave me such great quotes for all the removals). I liked Dr Rosenberg even though I didn't like the results of my revision surgeries that he did. A few years out and I started having some issues on the one side so I went to see him straight away. He was pretty dismissive about the red, warm and swollen tissue saying it was due to a 'skin irritation or a bug bite'. I asked for an antibiotic which he reluctantly agreed to, saying that I didn't really need it. The antibiotic seemed to help for the week that I took it but then everything went back to red, swollen and warm again a few days after I finished it. So, I decided to go see my regular doctor instead. She ordered an mri that same day to see what was causing the problems which showed up as excessive inflammation. This explained the pain I'd been in for several weeks. She also referred me to a different plastic surgeon for evaluation . This surgeon did an ultrasound at the first appointment and then a surgery the very next day to remove the implant as he suspected an infection that was only going to get worse. I was put on another antibiotic for 10 days and also had a post surgical drain put in. Two weeks later, I was referred to an infectious disease specialist as the cultures from the surgery showed a non tuberculosis mycobacterium infection for which I was put on a difficult regimen of oral and IV antibiotics for several weeks. My current plastic surgeon said he's never seen anything like this. The infectious disease specialist however said that this happens somewhat commonly if you go to say, Mexico, for a 'cheap' surgery. That was quite unsettling to hear. Anyway, the actions that these three doctors took stand in stark comparison to Dr Rosenberg's casual attitude. This absolutely was nothing to be dismissive about at any point in time and I'm demoralized by his lack of professional concern. *In response to the business owner, it's not a fictitious review at all and it's my business to keep my identity private if I so choose. As expected, he has responded with his usual and unprofessional sass. That may make him feel better in the moment but it doesn't change the fact that his work AND his attitude leave much to be desired. read more

I have to say that this place is a true gem and class act from Torrie & Sophie , at the front desk, to the Dr himself.
