As a client I didn't understand where exactly with the general way she was saying lift this are, round this, etc etc. I told them I couldn't afford the quote and they asked me to apply for 2 separate loan applications. Which I did on the spot because they asked me to. Even after saying I couldn't afford to add anymore payments and loans to my monthly expenses. I insisted on doing areas one at a time and scheduled my first appt with a deposit left. A few days later I called to ask and go over what my treatment plan was (exact areas that would be treated ), in what way, with what filler types and what the maintenance would cost me and how often moving forward. She (Nataly) kept saying she was trustworthy and transparent but didn't answer my questions and rushed me off the phone and told me to call back next day. To be fair- On that call she did mention again very minimally some things but only because I continued to ask and explained it wasn't that I didn't trust her, but that wanted to keep track of what was being done to my face/ have a map of treated areas and know all of this to ensure I could maintenance the work I was going to pay a lot to have done. - she continued to push for me to trust her without having answered any of my questions . The next day I receive a text that they t ' canceled my appointment and they would not treat me, stating that I seemed uncertain. They did not offer to refund my deposit so I had to text back to ask them to do so. Really weird. I was excited to be treated here. All I wanted to know was what was being done to my face and how frequently maintenance would be with costs look moving forward. It So weird :/

From the moment I arrived, the entire consultation felt surprisingly impersonal. Most of my appointment was spent with very young staff members rather than the surgeon himself. By the time I actually met with Dr. Barrett, it was only for about five minutes. He was pleasant and professional, but the entire experience felt rushed and transactional. I left almost feeling like it was a fever dream, it was over so quickly that I walked away confused instead of confident. The biggest disappointment was being told that the only way I would have a good breast augmentation result was with a lollipop lift and implants. I wasn't told this as an option it was presented as essentially the only option that would look good for my anatomy. I left feeling discouraged and thinking I didn't really have a choice. Thankfully, I listened to my gut and scheduled consultations with other highly respected, board-certified plastic surgeons. Every other surgeon had a different perspective. I ultimately chose another extremely reputable surgeon who recommended Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle (subfascial). He explained that because I had only mild pseudo-ptosis, the implant itself would provide the subtle lift and upper-pole fullness I was looking for without requiring a lollipop lift. I'm now on the other side of surgery, and I could not be happier with my results. I got exactly the look I wanted, avoided unnecessary scars, and didn't need the more invasive procedure I had been told was my only option. To be clear, I don't think Dr. Barrett was unkind. He was nice during the brief time we spoke. My issue was that the consultation felt rushed, impersonal, and left me feeling defeated rather than educated. Looking back, I'm so grateful I sought additional opinions before making such an important decision. My biggest advice to anyone considering cosmetic surgery is this: please get multiple consultations. One surgeon's opinion is not always the only answer. I'm incredibly thankful I kept looking because I'm absolutely thrilled with the surgeon I chose and my results.

Dr. Kim's work immediately stood out to me, and at one point I realized that almost all of my inspiration photos were actually from his Instagram. That was when I knew it made more sense to travel to the surgeon whose work already matched exactly what I wanted. I started with an online consultation, then traveled for an in-person consultation, and eventually had surgery with him. From start to finish, Dr. Kim was absolutely fantastic. I had a very specific vision in my head: I wanted a fuller chest that still looked natural on my frame and could almost feel modest at the same time. I was very nervous about ending up too large or looking overly augmented, and he understood exactly what I meant. I am now 10 months post-op and I genuinely could not be happier. He got what I wanted to a T. The size, shape, and overall look feel completely right for me, and I'm so grateful I trusted his judgment. One of the things that made the experience especially reassuring as an out-of-town patient was how personally involved he is in the entire process. He handles everything from beginning to end, and he is the person I communicate with directly. He provides his phone number and email, answers questions incredibly quickly, and continues to follow up with me regularly even this far out from surgery. I never felt like I was being passed around or forgotten once the procedure was over. I trust Dr. Kim and his work completely. Traveling from Las Vegas required extra time, planning, and money, but I do not regret any of it. It was worth every single cent to go to the surgeon whose aesthetic I trusted and who made me feel taken care of throughout the entire process.

I was really terrified all my life of plastic surgery and when I was researching doctors it was…read moreeven worse because every time I spoke to an office I always felt like an agenda was being pushed or these crazy unbelievable results were being heavily pushed towards me. Offices were spam calling me back daily or bombarding me with emails like ad agencies lol. Or that typical tiktok "this doctor has THIS special technique" which felt sooo gimmicky and fake. I never felt like I really got to see PS doctors as medical providers and get to speak to them without the shiny Beverly Hills facade. Plastic surgery does have this trendy side.. i get it. But it is still a very big medical procedure and I really felt like I just couldn't trust a lot of these flashy doctors I'd spoken to... I lost around 40 lbs and I always dreamed of fixing my lower pooch area - my case is a little odd because I haven't had kids yet and am relatively lean - I was looking for a really refined result. AND zero BS. just tell me what's possible and what's not. Dr. Kim didn't take a crazy consultation fee. I didn't wait months for a consultation. He didn't try to sell me anything. His office looks and works like an actual (clean and beautiful) medical office. I never waited for my appointments. During my consultation, he gave me plenty of time to ask questions and voice my concerns. I didn't feel like I was being spoken down to or being sold a used car. Finally felt like I'm speaking with a doctor who can actually lay out to me exactly what to expect moving forward, the downsides and upsides of my options, and what was and wasn't possible. Nothing was downplayed or overexaggerated. I had never had surgery before and so I really wasn't ready to have a big procedure like a tummy tuck. I asked if there was a more conservative option for my loose skin/pooch - we settled on a mini tuck with lipo to remove a large portion of my problem area - with the door always open for a full if I ever wanted. Dr. Kim was supportive, nonjudgmental and honest about whatever decision I chose. Results - my mini TT results were BEAUTIFUL. My stubborn lower pooch was totally smoothed out - no lipo ripples or weird creases. I recovered in like 2 weeks. No infections, no broken stitches, no seromas, no hypertrophic scarring, no dead skin, just... nothing. Dr. checked in with me after surgery multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. My garment fit comfortably and I was on just tylenol by the end of day 2. My incision healed into a thin, fine line which was sooo easily covered in a bikini. Way later when I was finally ready for a full tummy tuck surgery to reach the last bits of loose skin, the ease of my decision was in large part influenced by how smooth my past experience was. I trusted I was in good hands, and I was right. AGAIN, the entire procedure despite being a WAY bigger one, was just as smooth as the first time. Drains were easy. Stitches dissolved easily. The new incision is exactly where we planned for it to be - thin, and very very low and replaced my older scar. I entrusted Dr Kim to decide whether muscle repair was needed or not - he said he will if needed, since we're already in there let's make it perfect! I am snatched lol :'D my belly button looks so cute with a little hood, it looks natural and lovely. I'm around 3 weeks out and my incision is already so clean and healing very well. At this point, I can say I have a very good idea of how Dr Kim's office works, the pre op, surgery, the follow up, as well as healing/recovery. All the girls remember me, they make scheduling extremely easy, are fun to talk to, and before and after my operation my nurse really made me feel safe, cared for, and at ease. I was given all instructions and medications promptly and on time, as well as the Dr's personal number for any issues at all. Everyone has their own experiences and surgery is a big decision which can have unpredictable outcomes. But for me, choosing Dr. kim (twice) was the best decision I made for myself. Thank you Dr Kim and team :')

I recently visited Stop Sweat LA Medical Spa for a Morpheus8 RF microneedling treatment and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire experience was top-notch, from start to finish. First of all, the staff at Stop Sweat LA Medical Spa were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions about the treatment. I felt confident that I was in good hands. During the treatment itself, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was. The microneedles were so small that I hardly felt anything at all. The technician performing the treatment was very skilled and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. But what really blew me away were the results. After just one treatment, my skin looked significantly firmer and smoother. My fine lines and wrinkles were less visible, and even some of my acne scars had diminished. I couldn't believe how great my skin looked! In the weeks following the treatment, I continued to see improvements in my skin. It's now been several months since my treatment and my skin still looks great. I've had multiple friends comment on how radiant my skin looks and I always tell them about my amazing experience at Stop Sweat LA Medical Spa. Overall, I highly recommend Stop Sweat LA Medical Spa for anyone looking to improve the appearance of their skin. I recently underwent a PRP hair restoration treatment and I am extremely impressed with the results. The procedure was painless and quick, taking only about an hour to complete. The PRP injection was done using a very fine needle and was virtually pain-free. The entire process was conducted in a clean, comfortable, and sterile environment. After the treatment, I noticed a significant improvement in the thickness and texture of my hair. Within a few weeks, I began to see new hair growth, and my hair looked fuller and healthier than ever before. I also experienced no side effects or complications, which was a great relief. The staff at the clinic were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and they provided me with all the information I needed before and after the procedure. They were also very supportive and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. There are not enough words I can say to describe how happy I am with the service. The office was very clean and inviting and I felt like I was in great hands. It's been a few days since the treatment and I went from very noticeable sweat stains and yellow white t-shirts to not a single drop of sweat. They usually suggest getting 2 treatments at other places but the doctors really went out of their way to make sure they got every single inch not once but twice. I'm beyond happy with the service I got and anybody who has an issue with sweating, this is definitely the place to go to fix it. read more

I'm really glad that I decided to go to Los Angeles from Salt Lake city Utah, to do the treatment on my armpits because I had the pleasure to meet wonderful people who were nice and professional, specially Maria she earned my trust, she made my experience much better and memorable. I really recommend it. I'm really happy with the results, even after my visit she still checks up on me and sees how I'm feeling and answers all my questions! read more

Procedure did not work. It was very expensive and a waste of money. Sooo painful as well. I had terrible swelling for a week (my body reaction) but the swelling went down. I still sweat but like "normal" people lol. Maria and Ronit were so nice and checked up on me frequently. Do this is months after my appt.. and I'm still sweating like before, almost like it never left waste of money read more

I will be going back to Skinic, and specifically to Anna, for as long as I possibly can. I got the…read moreMiracle Body Sculpt + Face Sculpt two days ago, have already gotten TWO compliments on my arms, and have recommended Anna and Skinic to two different people since. I genuinely feel beautiful. A little backstory because the context is important: I originally came to Skinic for lymphatic drainage the day before a trip and the treatment itself was incredible. Like 10/5 stars. I was SO relaxed afterward I felt like I was floating. Right after my treatment, Cassie, the manager, was incredibly kind and gave me tea, sat me down in her office, and asked how everything went. I was telling her how amazing it was, and then the conversation shifted into a package offer. I know this is normal in the beauty/wellness industry, but for me personally, it immediately took me out of the blissful state I was in. I just wanted to leave and bask in how good I felt. It bothered me enough that I actually came back inside and told her. I was emotional that day and definitely passionate about how much it had affected my experience, but the actual service had been so good that I wanted to be honest about the one thing that took away from it. We ended up really hearing and empathizing with each other. Cassie wanted to make it right and invited me to come back after my trip for the exact same treatment, completely complimentary. So when I got back from my trip, I came in for the treatment. Cassie greeted me with so much warmth and told me it was going to be the best massage of my life. And it absolutely was. No exaggeration. Anna is unbelievable. She told me she's been doing lymphatic drainage for about four years, but I would have guessed 10+. She showed me what a real lymphatic drainage treatment is supposed to feel like. I'm naturally inquisitive, so she explained the different lymph points and how the lymphatic system works as she went. When she was working on my stomach, I could actually hear and feel the fluid moving. It was WILD. By the time she finished, I immediately felt lighter and flatter. I had also told her my legs were sore from a workout. Without me having to ask her to adjust anything, she picked up on every tiny flinch or moment of tension in my body and changed her pressure accordingly. She has this incredible intuition for what your body needs. I felt completely safe and comfortable with her, both physically and emotionally. At one point, while she was draining my face, I actually started crying. I'd been holding onto a lot emotionally, and something about finally relaxing enough to let it out just opened the floodgates. My nose started getting stuffy and my eyes started puffing up as I cried, and Anna just kept gently working and draining my face through it. By the end, even my stuffy nose was gone. It genuinely felt like she got EVERYTHING out of me. The treatment was incredibly effective but also so peaceful. I felt like I was floating and so much lighter afterward. I left feeling beautiful, in love with myself, in love with the world, and honestly in love with Skinic. I really want to give Cassie credit too. She didn't just say she wanted to make my first experience right, she actually did it. The treatment was truly comped, there was no catch, and she made sure I was taken care of from the second I walked back through the door. What started as a moment that almost made me not return ended up showing me how much she actually cares about her clients, the quality of the people she hires, and how people feel when they leave her business. That gift ended up meaning so much more to me than I ever expected. Cassie absolutely has my business, and Anna has ruined every other lymphatic drainage massage for me forever lol. If you're going to Skinic, BOOK WITH ANNA. Get the Miracle Body Sculpt + Face Sculpt. I cannot recommend them enough!

In simple terms, it feels like you're actually working out your face while also tightening and lifting the skin. From the moment I arrived, everything felt peaceful, and the staff is genuinely sweet, polite, and attentive. You feel very well taken care of. I could already see a difference after the very first session, which made me even more excited to continue. I can't wait to complete the other sessions and see the final results. Such a lovely experience so far

So, when my instagram feed was blessed with Skin 22's page, I knew I had to come in for a consult. Pro tip: I was a little confused about which floor to go to. The M floor isn't the 1st floor. Head to the elevator, press M and thats where you should be (this tripped me up until I actually stepped into the elevator) Arrived on time for my 1pm appointment and was greeted by John, who signed me in, escorted me to a room, and gave me a run down of how my appointment would go. He was super kind, offered me a beverage and we went over all the areas I wanted toxed and then I waited for Nurse Ted to come in and proceed with the injecting. I then got to meet, the Oh - So - Famous Nurse Ted. Such a kind soul. He looked over the areas I wanted to get done and suggested others. When it comes to tox, you can convince me of most things, so when he suggested masseter botox, I immediately said yes! Such a great suggestion too. I already can tell the difference and i'm excited to see how it improves my face shape in the next few weeks. Before heading out, they sent me home with a few goodies which was such a nice touch. I'm a sucker for some good customer service and Skin 22 had it all. Totally loved my appointment and I think I have (finally) found my new tox home.

I will only see nurse Jo for the rest of my life. That's it. I have found my person! Literally just…read morestop going where you normally go and make an appointment at blush with Jo. She is an absolute genius at what she does, but what makes her so exceptional is that she actually studies your face and your skin before doing anything. There is no formula, no "this is what everyone is getting right now," and definitely no pop in, inject a needle, goodbye. Everything is specific to you and she takes as much time as needed. I've never once felt that she was rushing and that's so important. She has defined my jawline using just Dysport, and she is incredible with filler because she understands exactly where it should go and, just as importantly, where it shouldn't. Her placement is so precise and natural. I also have very thin facial skin and somehow she has never bruised me. Not once. I genuinely don't know how she does it because I bruise when the wind blows. What I trust most about Jo is her restraint. She would never do something just because a patient asked for it if she knew it wasn't going to make them look better. She cares about the end result, not selling another syringe. She's a true artist and she takes her work seriously. She's also helped me with recommendations for my very dry skin, but has never once made me feel like she was trying to sell me something. That matters to me. Everything she recommends feels thoughtful and honest. Jo is incredibly talented, but she also genuinely cares about her patients and how they feel when they leave her chair. That combination is rare. I trust her completely, and nobody else is touching my face. Literally, ever! Blush is also such a great place. It's calming and beautiful and never crowded or uncomfortable. The treatment rooms are inviting with windows and natural light. The women at the front desk all welcome me by name and are so kind every time I see them. They deserve massive recognition as well for being thoughtful and taking care of the me and other clients. I visited JP Aesthetics to treat my hormonal and cystic acne. It was my first time getting…read moretreatments for acne and I was desperate to get clear skin because of how bad it was. The doctor seemed to be nice, so after a free consultation, I decided to trust them and give it a try even though it was EXPENSIVE. The procedures were done by a middle aged Korean man who seems to be nice, but the more I visited and got treatments from him, the more he started making me feel uncomfortable with all his questions. For example, he would ask me things like "do you have a boyfriend" and the next thing he says is something along the lines of "a lot of our patients who have a lot of acne still have boyfriends". Like man what are you trying to say??? In terms of the actual treatments and results, I did not see ANY significant results like they promised. Sure some pimples went away but it never solved the root cause so the acne always came back. Even though I still have around $500 worth of sessions left, I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE EVER EVER AGAIN!! I wish I knew this sooner, but if you're suffering from bad hormonal acne like I did, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and cut or at least minimize your dairy and sugar intake!!! I completely cut out dairy and sugary drinks (i also try to eat less gluten) and MY SKIN HAS NEVER BEEN CLEARER. I stopped having those painful acne and my skin is also way less oily. So don't waste your money on those treatments, and instead be mindful of what you eat! I saw other people in the review also talking about being lied to and treated unfairly, and I 100% agree with all of them. Before each treatment, the same middle aged Korean man took pictures of me with his iPad. I made sure with him every time that I don't want to be posted on any of their websites. He insisted every time that those pictures are just for me and that they won't post those pictures anywhere. Months later, I see pictures of me in their Yelp photos. So PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I genuinely don't understand how they have such good reviews.
