I've done clear and brilliant in the past so I already knew exactly what to expect. I was greeted by the lovely front desk. The girl asked me to wash my face and the restroom had facial cleanser and towels. I arrived 30 mins before my treatment to numb. And the numbing process was quick and easy. My lovely clinician aria was wonderful. I've had clear and brilliant before and aria asked me about my pain tolerance and concerns. She told me she was gonna do a stronger setting and I'm so glad she did. I felt zero pain and she was extremely thorough. The following day I had a bit redness but nothing too bad. They did talk to me as I was leaving about purchasing a package, I had purchased a one time $300 promo. But when I said I wasn't interested in purchasing a package the girl was totally fine. I will definitely come back again for more sessions

Beverly Hills is the same LaserAway office that sold me years ago on tons…read moreof "no expiration" packages to beat inflation etc., then later criticized me for not using my packages more timely and tried to rip me off, claiming I had nothing left in my account, and on top of that disrespectfully wasting my time by not providing me advance notice that my appointment had been canceled by them--- just a couple hours prior to the time of my appointment when I had already left for the day and was on my way; ironic, since they require 24 hrs advance notice from a client to cancel an appointment without penalty. I then sat around in the waiting room while Giau said she would look into it, only to then be told after waiting another half-hour that I wouldn't be able to be seen or have my issue looked into. Rather than take responsibility for their disorganization and unknowledeable personnel, they just point the finger from one employee to the next and send the client on a wild goose chase with no end. The manager TK claimed he would help me with my account and had scheduled me for that appointment, but later was evasive and refused to help get to the bottom of their errors, saying I would get a call back later in the day, but never calling back, then saying Giau was working on my case and would contact me that afternoon (that never happened). I was told other times by staff that Giau would call me right back the same day or the next day, only to find out later that she was on vacation for the whole week; how is it that their staff does not know when each other is on leave!? Turns out after much back and forth that they had to admit to having erroneously closed my account and had proof in their system the entire time that I had multiple services remaining, but instead of owning up to the gross error, tried to put the blame on me for not having finished the package sooner despite their "no expiration" policy. Seems the policy is just a false promise and ruse to get one to buy more, for since then I have read similar reports from other clients of their accounts being closed and being denied prepaid services because of errors committed by LaserAway.

Less than 24 hours before the appointment they canceled on me with the exact same exact excuse. Really uncool that they charge you 50% if you cancel in less than 48 hours, but then they can cancel with you less than 24 hours with no compensation to make up for it. Wasting peoples time. I wonder if the owners are aware that they are doing this, losing them a lot of money. Get more nurses

I decided to try their injectables rather than continue with my Beverly Hills injector- I hadn't been going to her long enough to really be committed. We all love a one stop shop right? Sunday morning I was like... let me go back to work after this holiday looking *ahem* rested and refreshed (wink wink). Sad to say I am a spur of the moment kind of lady so when I reached out to Cienega Medical for a last minute time slot (as I always do) they didn't have anything available for me in SM buuuuut they could fit me in at the WEHO location in about an hour and a half. Sweet! I made my way over and you know how holiday traffic is in LA ~ a total breeze ~ so I arrived way earlier than I thought I would. They were happy to fit me in for an express facial as well! Winning! They were welcoming and pleasant- unlike the week or two wait I was getting used to at my BH clinic and the exasperation they'd give me when I wanted to add a spur of the moment service. (Girl if you don't take this money and fire up these stray chin hairs, come on... I booked a Brazilian how much worse can the chin be? dang) Anyway... My facial with Nicole was lovely and she was careful of my lash extensions but injectables is what we're here to talk about right? Its hard to mess up a facial but needles? Girrrrl I wanna talk about it first. Yasmin was knowledgeable and personable and not only listened to, but clarified my statements about my concerns. She made some recommendations regarding some areas I had been concerned about but I didn't even know there were treatment options for. Sold, ok? The price came back and I was a little shell shocked but hey- I was literally getting double what I had planned for so its not like it was unreasonable. The process was as quick and about as painless/painful as you'd expect injections to be. I'm only two days out but I already see the results coming. All that sounds great right? Well here is the magic of Cienega Medical: Im currently sitting at work bored because we're in the upside down week before the New Year so I was browsing their website and a special caught my eye... A special I was not offered when I was there two days earlier. Now I'm rarely one to complain or haggle on pricing but I was like- wait a minute. Why didn't anybody tell me about that when I was lubricating my credit card with tears? So I bit the bullet and called them to ask why. Honey... their Manager Brittany was like, OH I'm glad you called - that package just started like yesterday! I'll credit your account and you'll get the difference next time you come in, plus I'll throw in a lil extra sumthin sumthin for the trouble. Um ~ What? She was so sweet and forthcoming that I didn't even want the difference back- I had her throw it onto the tip I had left for Yasmin. (I know it was paltry - I'm sorry baby) The whole point of my call was really an exercise in taking my therapist's advice and addressing difficult conversations before they fester into real conflict or repressing my hurt feelings. Nobody wants to feel hoodwinked or taken advantage of and I must say that Cienega Medical Spa is far and above the best MedSpa I have experienced in LA and as a woman pushing 50 who prides herself on looking unquestionably 35 - these ladies are now officially my secret weapon. Special thank you to Nicole, Yasmin and Brittany for making me feel like a person and not just another pain that's paying. I'll be looking forward to seeing you all again! Thank you!
