I continued increasing my dosage (and spending hundreds more each time) to just get the same poor results. I finally went somewhere new and they suggested I try even fewer units than I was getting before and my results are incredible and lasting. I've now been seeing a new injector for almost a year and the difference is night and day (and much cheaper too). I believe Dr. Fedonenko is either diluting the Botox or not giving you all of the units she claims to. I was initially impressed by her being a doctor and not being too pushy, but I was being scammed. I believe most of her good reviews are fake as I've spoken to other unhappy customers in real life, and we were all fooled by the great reviews.

I had bad skin--acne--for 25 years; yes, that's 25! Over the years I had tried every sort of medical treatment and facial available, and nothing worked. I thought that when I turned 30 that my troubles would be over: 30 is too old to have pimples! Wrong again! I started wearing more makeup. When I was 39, still with bad skin, I started teaching Bikram Yoga: the hot kind, and my skin got even worse. A fellow teacher took me aside and recommended that I go see Tamara, and when I did, FINALLY my problems were solved. Thanks to Tamara, and her products which she formulates herself and has several patents for, my skin is clear and beautiful for the first time since I was 12! It's unbelievable. I have referred many people to her, all with different types of skin, and she never fails to make them more radiant and beautiful. She is truly amazing. Friends who have known me, and my skin, through the years, have made appointments based on my success. They have been universally delighted by their results. If you have acne, go to Tamara. I was referred to Tamara from Day Spa Beverly Hills Aesthetic Choice by a friend after I got a terrible case of acne and break outs (consequences of stress in personal and professional life). I did not go right away and it was a big mistake because I tried multiple professionals and services while my skin became worst and worst. When I went to Tamara, I did not have much hope. However, I was very impressed with everything - from her caring personality to comfort of her boutique salon, from her personalized treatments to her skin care line right away. After she examined my skin, she said very firmly, "I will help you, but you have to follow my instructions from A to Z". One month later, my acnes were gone. Two months later, my skin was flawless. Five months later, my skin became porcelain and glowing. I've been going to professionals with my skin problems for last seventeen years. I can say very confidently that Tamara is THE BEST specialist I've ever met. I started breaking out in my twenties badly. It was really depressing and it was affecting my work. I'm an actor and it made me really self conscious, I had low self esteem, low confidence and I really didn't know what to do. Find someone who knows what they are doing and knowledgeable in treatments of skin and skin conditions beyond just minimal skin care or acne - anyone can do that. Because in my experience if she sees something related to your skin and that may require attention she could give a damn about it - My face exploded in severe melasma as I was being treated by her. I came in trusting her and never did she asses my skin or make me aware of my skin condition. How could someone hide this from you, not show you pictures, not advise you to see a dermatologist, not educate you but instead give you an incorrect protocol. On top of that expect everything to be OK and then say I told you to stay out of the sun. The SUN is EVERYWHERE!! Meaning this could have happened at freaking Disneyland or over a prolonged period of time without my awareness. You know what you did was wrong Lily. And to also say how could I have known you'd be careless etc - that's exactly the point you don't know !! But what you do know as who is supposed to be an "expert" is I have a condition and unless you make it clear to me and l understand just as much as vou - this wouldn't have happened! Your not a good person even if you come off as "Nice". All the things you said after this happened.She told me "Put makeup on live your life " and after I asked her for photos which she never showed me she tells me in an e-mail "now that you are aware of my condition " - HORRIBLE!The fact that someone could dare to even touch someone's face knowing that this could happen without discussing it and letting ME the client aware and take my own risk! I've spoken to very knowledgeable estheticians who all say what she did was wrong , they would never touch someone who has a condition with microneedling treatments that could trigger it -period!Clearly she took advantage of my ignorance of skin just to make money - had I known I had it I probably wouldn't have touched my face and would have been taking much care of my skin because I would have understood and be compliant -I would never risk putting myself in a situation that would have caused this -NEVER!There is NO CURE FOR MELASMA - 1 hope you know that because it seems like you lack knowledge or common sense !!!l look back and think she has no formal assessment or nothing written down just verbal and starts touching your face without having a plan no questionsNOTHING. to anyone reading PLEASE find someone else who is honest and has extensive background and education , and can prove it not these estheticians that have limit education and do not say much and are tight lipped. I even would have to ask her questions because she wouldn't say much. For example I asked her should I be using anything to improve my skin when clearly there was a problem yet would tell me no. Not even because she works alongside a dermatologist did she even care to ask, recommend me to her, do something !!. And after the fact saying she's giving me a free treatment & emotional support - like that will fix this. Even after this happened she gave me ZERO recommendations on what to do or advise absolutelv nothing !There's nothing that will make this better when from day one you should have told me what's going on, just like if was YOUR face and want to know EVERYTHING and how to take care of it OR say I'm not going to touch your face until you get diagnosed - that's what someone with a brain does !. My face will never be the same Lily, I wasn't perfect even if I had it.But is something you never hide whatever it may be your not doing any favors or protecting someone your doing harm - especially when it comes to someone's face. There is absolutely no reason for this to happen when being treated by someone who is in this profession and is the expert - yet want to blame their client !

She started with a steam, then scrub and cleanse, followed by extractions and then the complete HydraFacial process with serums. After that she used an ice hammer tool that glides over your skin for a really nice cooling effect and then followed by applying a mask. Before finishing with serums, moisturizer and SPF, she provided a really nice face and neck massage. It was by far the best facial experience I've ever had and will definitely be back soon! Her spa/studio is located in a residential neighborhood outside of her home. It's spacious and very comfortable. The location is easy to find and free street parking is available right in front.

At that point, I had been to over 10 different aestheticians, dermatologists, and ultimately had been offered accutane for my skin, which left me sort of hopeless. We had a consultation where we went over everything, possible treatment paths, health conditions, dietary restrictions, and my skin's condition overall. After my first treatment, years of acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, and redness had already gone down. I was in disbelief and still am. I see her every 4 months for a treatment but use the products on a daily basis and my skin has never been this perfect in my life. My hyperpigmentation in all probably cleared up by week two in its entirety. My health conditions, which are the main reason for my acne, have also been kept at bay and I rarely have breakouts now.
