Which I did on the spot because they asked me to. Even after saying I couldn't afford to add anymore payments and loans to my monthly expenses. I insisted on doing areas one at a time and scheduled my first appt with a deposit left. A few days later I called to ask and go over what my treatment plan was (exact areas that would be treated ), in what way, with what filler types and what the maintenance would cost me and how often moving forward. She (Nataly) kept saying she was trustworthy and transparent but didn't answer my questions and rushed me off the phone and told me to call back next day. To be fair- On that call she did mention again very minimally some things but only because I continued to ask and explained it wasn't that I didn't trust her, but that wanted to keep track of what was being done to my face/ have a map of treated areas and know all of this to ensure I could maintenance the work I was going to pay a lot to have done. - she continued to push for me to trust her without having answered any of my questions . The next day I receive a text that they t ' canceled my appointment and they would not treat me, stating that I seemed uncertain. They did not offer to refund my deposit so I had to text back to ask them to do so. Really weird. I was excited to be treated here. All I wanted to know was what was being done to my face and how frequently maintenance would be with costs look moving forward. It So weird :/

From the moment I arrived, the entire consultation felt surprisingly impersonal. Most of my appointment was spent with very young staff members rather than the surgeon himself. By the time I actually met with Dr. Barrett, it was only for about five minutes. He was pleasant and professional, but the entire experience felt rushed and transactional. I left almost feeling like it was a fever dream, it was over so quickly that I walked away confused instead of confident. The biggest disappointment was being told that the only way I would have a good breast augmentation result was with a lollipop lift and implants. I wasn't told this as an option it was presented as essentially the only option that would look good for my anatomy. I left feeling discouraged and thinking I didn't really have a choice. Thankfully, I listened to my gut and scheduled consultations with other highly respected, board-certified plastic surgeons. Every other surgeon had a different perspective. I ultimately chose another extremely reputable surgeon who recommended Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle (subfascial). He explained that because I had only mild pseudo-ptosis, the implant itself would provide the subtle lift and upper-pole fullness I was looking for without requiring a lollipop lift. I'm now on the other side of surgery, and I could not be happier with my results. I got exactly the look I wanted, avoided unnecessary scars, and didn't need the more invasive procedure I had been told was my only option. To be clear, I don't think Dr. Barrett was unkind. He was nice during the brief time we spoke. My issue was that the consultation felt rushed, impersonal, and left me feeling defeated rather than educated. Looking back, I'm so grateful I sought additional opinions before making such an important decision. My biggest advice to anyone considering cosmetic surgery is this: please get multiple consultations. One surgeon's opinion is not always the only answer. I'm incredibly thankful I kept looking because I'm absolutely thrilled with the surgeon I chose and my results.

$5,000 for Under-Eye Filler -- An Experience I Still Regret…read more This review is long overdue, but I believe it's worth sharing. In 2021, I visited EpiOne for under-eye filler. It was my first time receiving this particular cosmetic treatment, and I admittedly wasn't well-versed in what the procedure should reasonably cost. I was charged $5,000, which I was required to pay upfront, before receiving any treatment. As I recall, the price included an initial treatment and a follow-up appointment approximately three months later, during which I could receive additional filler at no extra charge. At the time, I trusted that the pricing was reasonable and reflective of the service I was receiving. It wasn't until later, after learning more about the typical cost of under-eye filler, that I began to question just how much I'd paid. To make matters worse, I left my second appointment with a black eye. Looking back, what disappoints me most isn't simply the amount of money I spent. It's the feeling that, as a first-time patient unfamiliar with the procedure and its pricing, I wasn't in the best position to make an informed financial decision. I understand that cosmetic treatments are elective, that providers set their own prices, and that bruising can occur with injectable procedures. Still, $5,000 was a substantial amount of money, and I wish I'd taken the time to compare providers, ask more questions, and better understand what I was paying for. Five years later, this experience still bothers me. I share it not out of malice, but in the hope that someone considering a similar treatment will do their research, compare prices, and feel empowered to ask questions before committing financially. Unfortunately, I would not return to EpiOne based on my experience.

I started with an online consultation, then traveled for an in-person consultation, and eventually had surgery with him. From start to finish, Dr. Kim was absolutely fantastic. I had a very specific vision in my head: I wanted a fuller chest that still looked natural on my frame and could almost feel modest at the same time. I was very nervous about ending up too large or looking overly augmented, and he understood exactly what I meant. I am now 10 months post-op and I genuinely could not be happier. He got what I wanted to a T. The size, shape, and overall look feel completely right for me, and I'm so grateful I trusted his judgment. Offices were spam calling me back daily or bombarding me with emails like ad agencies lol. Or that typical tiktok "this doctor has THIS special technique" which felt sooo gimmicky and fake. I never felt like I really got to see PS doctors as medical providers and get to speak to them without the shiny Beverly Hills facade. Plastic surgery does have this trendy side.. i get it. But it is still a very big medical procedure and I really felt like I just couldn't trust a lot of these flashy doctors I'd spoken to... I lost around 40 lbs and I always dreamed of fixing my lower pooch area - my case is a little odd because I haven't had kids yet and am relatively lean - I was looking for a really refined result. AND zero BS. just tell me what's possible and what's not. Dr. Kim didn't take a crazy consultation fee. I didn't wait months for a consultation. He didn't try to sell me anything. His office looks and works like an actual (clean and beautiful) medical office. I never waited for my appointments. During my consultation, he gave me plenty of time to ask questions and voice my concerns. I didn't feel like I was being spoken down to or being sold a used car. Finally felt like I'm speaking with a doctor who can actually lay out to me exactly what to expect moving forward, the downsides and upsides of my options, and what was and wasn't possible. Nothing was downplayed or overexaggerated. I had never had surgery before and so I really wasn't ready to have a big procedure like a tummy tuck. I asked if there was a more conservative option for my loose skin/pooch - we settled on a mini tuck with lipo to remove a large portion of my problem area - with the door always open for a full if I ever wanted. Dr. Kim was supportive, nonjudgmental and honest about whatever decision I chose. Results - my mini TT results were BEAUTIFUL. My stubborn lower pooch was totally smoothed out - no lipo ripples or weird creases. I recovered in like 2 weeks. No infections, no broken stitches, no seromas, no hypertrophic scarring, no dead skin, just... nothing. Dr. checked in with me after surgery multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. My garment fit comfortably and I was on just tylenol by the end of day 2. My incision healed into a thin, fine line which was sooo easily covered in a bikini. Way later when I was finally ready for a full tummy tuck surgery to reach the last bits of loose skin, the ease of my decision was in large part influenced by how smooth my past experience was. I trusted I was in good hands, and I was right. AGAIN, the entire procedure despite being a WAY bigger one, was just as smooth as the first time. Drains were easy. Stitches dissolved easily. The new incision is exactly where we planned for it to be - thin, and very very low and replaced my older scar. I entrusted Dr Kim to decide whether muscle repair was needed or not - he said he will if needed, since we're already in there let's make it perfect! I am snatched lol :'D my belly button looks so cute with a little hood, it looks natural and lovely. I'm around 3 weeks out and my incision is already so clean and healing very well. At this point, I can say I have a very good idea of how Dr Kim's office works, the pre op, surgery, the follow up, as well as healing/recovery. All the girls remember me, they make scheduling extremely easy, are fun to talk to, and before and after my operation my nurse really made me feel safe, cared for, and at ease. I was given all instructions and medications promptly and on time, as well as the Dr's personal number for any issues at all. Everyone has their own experiences and surgery is a big decision which can have unpredictable outcomes. But for me, choosing Dr. kim (twice) was the best decision I made for myself. There was no one at the front desk, and only one employee appeared to be working. I went in for PDO threads, and unfortunately, I am unhappy with the results. The threads are now visible through my skin, which is very concerning. I contacted the office manager to discuss the issue and seek assistance, but I have yet to receive a response. Another concern was that the PDO thread packaging was not opened in front of me. For a sterile medical procedure, I believe patients should be able to see that the products being used are new and unopened. That raised concerns for me. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I encourage anyone considering treatment here to do their research and proceed with caution. Update: After voicing my concerns, I was told they would redo the threads at no additional costs. The day before I was scheduled to have them redone, I was told that they weren't going to to this after all. Now my face looks 20 times worse then before. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

Five stars !!! Had my procedure done this Sunday 8/27 Really Thankful Maria got to accomodate me To a Sunday appointment !! Worked well with My timing & schedule having to commute a 5 hr drive Can be a bit complicated at times.. It was worth the drive brusing/swell !!!! I have been dealing with this sweating problem for 3 yrs now ,been through numerous costly botox injections ,and prescribe deodorants nothing ever seem to worked for me as a young adult makes your self esteem drop down When being out in public and hidding your condition always under black clothing ... over all Super excited for this weekend going shopping again for color clothing yayyy.... I've had two visits for Morpheus 8 with Ronit, and I just love coming here! I have some skin laxity issues and stretch marks after having two babies, and I felt like Morpheus 8 was a great, non invasive option for tightening and smoothing my mama tummy. The prices here are amazing and within my budget so I'm actually driving all the way down from the Central Coast. SO worth it!! Both Ronit and Maria are very body and beauty positive and it's such a loving and supportive atmosphere. I went here to het morpheus 8 on my forehead for some scars and the lady Maria convinced me to get up to my nose and I didn't want to but she said it was safe. Ronit did my procedure and when she was doing it she kept saying I was beautiful and one time said, " oh yea you're beautiful and poked my eye 3 times and nose multiple times deformed it and after i couldn't open my eyes because she poked my left eye it was burning and leaking for days and weeks and they did nothing to help me i could swear to god maria said as i was walking out, " thats what you get for being so pretty." Being that shes a nurse its malpractice regardless of her causing me serious harm and disfigurement out of spite and malice or for her own personal reasons. She obviously didn't care she is a Nurse Practitioner and thinks she can get away with this. read more

My technician, Maria, was absolutely amazing -- she was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. The procedure itself went smoothly. I did experience some pain afterward (nothing unbearable), so I'd definitely recommend taking some painkillers for the first day. There are not enough words I can say to describe how happy I am with the service. The office was very clean and inviting and I felt like I was in great hands. It's been a few days since the treatment and I went from very noticeable sweat stains and yellow white t-shirts to not a single drop of sweat. Like 10/5 stars. I was SO relaxed afterward I felt like I was floating. Right after my treatment, Cassie, the manager, was incredibly kind and gave me tea, sat me down in her office, and asked how everything went. I was telling her how amazing it was, and then the conversation shifted into a package offer. I know this is normal in the beauty/wellness industry, but for me personally, it immediately took me out of the blissful state I was in. I just wanted to leave and bask in how good I felt. It bothered me enough that I actually came back inside and told her. I was emotional that day and definitely passionate about how much it had affected my experience, but the actual service had been so good that I wanted to be honest about the one thing that took away from it. We ended up really hearing and empathizing with each other. Cassie wanted to make it right and invited me to come back after my trip for the exact same treatment, completely complimentary. So when I got back from my trip, I came in for the treatment. Cassie greeted me with so much warmth and told me it was going to be the best massage of my life. And it absolutely was. No exaggeration. Anna is unbelievable. She told me she's been doing lymphatic drainage for about four years, but I would have guessed 10+. She showed me what a real lymphatic drainage treatment is supposed to feel like. I'm naturally inquisitive, so she explained the different lymph points and how the lymphatic system works as she went. When she was working on my stomach, I could actually hear and feel the fluid moving. It was WILD. By the time she finished, I immediately felt lighter and flatter. I had also told her my legs were sore from a workout. Without me having to ask her to adjust anything, she picked up on every tiny flinch or moment of tension in my body and changed her pressure accordingly. She has this incredible intuition for what your body needs. I felt completely safe and comfortable with her, both physically and emotionally. At one point, while she was draining my face, I actually started crying. I'd been holding onto a lot emotionally, and something about finally relaxing enough to let it out just opened the floodgates. My nose started getting stuffy and my eyes started puffing up as I cried, and Anna just kept gently working and draining my face through it. By the end, even my stuffy nose was gone. It genuinely felt like she got EVERYTHING out of me. The treatment was incredibly effective but also so peaceful. I felt like I was floating and so much lighter afterward. I left feeling beautiful, in love with myself, in love with the world, and honestly in love with Skinic. I really want to give Cassie credit too. She didn't just say she wanted to make my first experience right, she actually did it. The treatment was truly comped, there was no catch, and she made sure I was taken care of from the second I walked back through the door. What started as a moment that almost made me not return ended up showing me how much she actually cares about her clients, the quality of the people she hires, and how people feel when they leave her business.
