before and after emsculpting! Unedited and not sucking in or flexing my abs. The actual circumstance of my waist is noticeably smaller
    Celisa F.

I came to iglow for emsculpting. My goal was to get an ab crack and definition that I simply wasn't achieving through my pitiful home workouts. Not being able to go to the gym wasn't going to stop me from having the abs of my dreams. From everything I've read about emsculpting i was expecting it to be a bit uncomfortable and have gradual results. I arrived for my first treatment and the staff was such a vibe! Everyone was really cool and made me feel very comfortable. As they begin setting up the treatment I realized they weren't messing around! This was not going to be be as easy as I had anticipated. They attached the flat metal emsculpting machine to my abs and fastened it to me.. oh sh*t this is real! I begin panicking (I have a very low pain tolerance) and I wasn't emotionally prepared for what followed. Nurse Nataly counted down "3.. 2.. 1" ZAAAPPPP, I immediately screamed in the most dramatic way possible. I was not expecting it to feel like much but I felt everything. It was hard for us not to laugh at how dramatic I was. The first few minutes I didn't think I could do it. It felt like I was doing a million sit ups and my body was over it. But the emsculpting keeps on zapping. 30 minutes felt like way too much time to lay there but I somehow made it through. By the end of the treatment I was somewhat used to it but definitely happy it was done. I got a package of 5 treatments and I was nervous I wouldn't be able to do it.. but once I started seeing results all my suffering was worth it! It only took a couple treatments before people started noticing the my abs. I mean my entire waist was shrinking! All my outfits incorporated crop tops. My abs were insane my tummy was flatter and more toned than it's ever been. Each time I went in I let out a little yelp for the first few shocks and insisted someone hold my hand and then I mellowed out. All my workouts became easier my ab crack (and dare I say 6 pack) really started showing around the 4th treatment. I begin looking forward to my visits (or electrocutions and I called it) and even rewarded myself with a little avocado rice bowl at the restaurant across the street after each session. The location is the best, parking is never an issue, and the staff is very professional and relatable. They babied me when I needed it and laughed with me. I will definitely return when I start slacking on my home workouts, before seeing an ex or before a photoshoot!

No filter after my treatments. My skin is so clear and glowing

Incredible place and even better staff. This medspa is absolutely amazing. The location is great, 1 block from Rodeo and next to great restaurants. The spa itself is beautiful and clean. I got an amazing stem cell facial from Renata followed by some injections by Nurse Nataly. They really know what they are doing. When it comes to medspa treatments dont skimp out. You should go to someone who specializes in this and this spa is really top notch and premier spa in LA. See photo I posted with no filter. Incredible

Incredible service from start to finish! With all the parties coming up for the holidays, I was looking to get a facial to revive and brighten my skin. I was having issues with mild breakouts and bags under my eyes due to a hormones and stress. I have had facials before in spas but I was looking for something a bit more medical. After some research, I decided to schedule an appointment iGlow Med Spa in Beverly Hills. Located on the second floor of a medical building, I was pleased to find the office to be cozy and immaculately clean. Renata is MY GIRL. I highly recommend requesting her for a facial. She meticulously unclogged all my pores and restored my skin's youthful glow. She also took the time to educate me on products to enhance my skin and tips to stay healthy. SUNSCREEN people. Never leave the house without sunscreen. They also offer other services like botox, laser hair removal, chemical peels and a variety of other noninvasive skin treatments. I had a chance to consult Nataly, one of the nurses, who also gave me some solid advice to take care of my skin. She was very honest and didn't try to push any services I didn't need. Service was incredible from start to finish and I look forward to incorporating facials more regularly into my life. Parking was easy in the public BH lot down the street, though there are plenty of meters in the area.

Amazing bedside manner. *Staff is 10/10 - everyone is super nice and supportive. They prep you so well for the surgery and what to expect, so I never even felt nervous. *Results are actually perfect - looks just like the reference photos I provided and so natural. Only 2 weeks out and I can't believe how good it looks. Dr. Barrett really listened to what I wanted (and what I didn't want), and I could not be happier. *Recovery was so easy it was shocking. Never had to take pain killers (just Tylenol), and I felt almost back to normal within just a few days. My surgery was on a Wednesday and I was back at work by Monday!

From the moment I arrived, the entire consultation felt surprisingly impersonal. Most of my appointment was spent with very young staff members rather than the surgeon himself. By the time I actually met with Dr. Barrett, it was only for about five minutes. He was pleasant and professional, but the entire experience felt rushed and transactional. I left almost feeling like it was a fever dream, it was over so quickly that I walked away confused instead of confident. The biggest disappointment was being told that the only way I would have a good breast augmentation result was with a lollipop lift and implants. I wasn't told this as an option it was presented as essentially the only option that would look good for my anatomy. I left feeling discouraged and thinking I didn't really have a choice. Thankfully, I listened to my gut and scheduled consultations with other highly respected, board-certified plastic surgeons. Every other surgeon had a different perspective. I ultimately chose another extremely reputable surgeon who recommended Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle (subfascial). He explained that because I had only mild pseudo-ptosis, the implant itself would provide the subtle lift and upper-pole fullness I was looking for without requiring a lollipop lift. I'm now on the other side of surgery, and I could not be happier with my results. I got exactly the look I wanted, avoided unnecessary scars, and didn't need the more invasive procedure I had been told was my only option. To be clear, I don't think Dr. Barrett was unkind. He was nice during the brief time we spoke. My issue was that the consultation felt rushed, impersonal, and left me feeling defeated rather than educated. Looking back, I'm so grateful I sought additional opinions before making such an important decision. My biggest advice to anyone considering cosmetic surgery is this: please get multiple consultations. One surgeon's opinion is not always the only answer. I'm incredibly thankful I kept looking because I'm absolutely thrilled with the surgeon I chose and my results.

I had almost lost hope until I found Dr. Zoë Indigo. By pure luck, I was able to secure a last minute appointment at her Inglewood office, and I can honestly say it was one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I was impressed. The entire process was seamless and modern. I love that everything is completed electronically before your visit, eliminating the endless paperwork and allowing you to focus on what really matters..,.your care. Donna is truly the backbone of an exceptionally well run practice. Her communication is second to none. Every time I've had a question or needed assistance, she has responded incredibly quickly, usually within an hour, and I have never waited more than two. That level of responsiveness is almost unheard of in healthcare today. She is efficient, organized, kind, and always makes you feel like a priority. It is clear she genuinely cares about patients and takes pride in what she does. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Juni (J-U-N-I), who immediately made me feel comfortable. The office itself is beautiful, clean, calming, and incredibly relaxing. It feels like a place where healing begins the moment you walk through the door. Then I met Dr. Zoë Indigo. I came in feeling defeated about concerns. After searching for answers for so long, I had started to lose hope. Dr. Zoë changed that within minutes. She is one of the most compassionate physicians I have ever met. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She listened without rushing me, answered every single question thoroughly, discussed every treatment option in detail including potential side effects and never once made me feel like just another patient. She genuinely cares, and it shows. What stood out to me most was that she doesn't just treat a condition she treats the person. She makes you feel seen, heard, valued, and understood. She advocates for her patients and always puts their health and long-term well-being first. It's the little things that leave the biggest impression. On an extremely hot Los Angeles day, she even offered me a bottle of water to make sure I was comfortable. That simple act of kindness speaks volumes about the type of physician she is. Before I even made it back to my car, my prescriptions had already been sent to the pharmacy and my visit summary was waiting in my patient portal. Everything was efficient, organized, and incredibly thoughtful. If you are looking for a dermatologist for your skin, hair, or nails, I cannot recommend Dr. Zoë Indigo enough. And if you are a person of color searching for a physician who truly understands your unique needs, stop searching and book the appointment. If Beverly Hills doesn't have availability, check the Inglewood office or schedule one of her virtual visits. Sometimes we lose hope as patients. The right doctor gives it back. Dr. Zoë Indigo gave me hope again, and for that I will always be grateful. Thank you, Dr. Zoë, and thank you, Juni, for making me feel so genuinely cared for. I look forward to continuing my journey with your team, and I pray your practice continues to grow and bless countless more patients. You are truly phenomenal.

It was clear she is deeply knowledgeable and genuinely invested in delivering the best possible outcome. The results speak for themselves and I could not be happier with how my skin looks and feels. Her office alone is worth talking about. It is sleek, aesthetic, and absolutely stunning. Everything feels pristine and intentional, almost museum level beautiful. I remember walking in and thinking the space was so immaculate that I might accidentally ruin it just by existing in it. You can tell she shows up one hundred percent in every aspect of her practice, even down to how her office is designed and maintained. Everything is in its place, clean, calm, and visually perfect. No back and forth, no confusion, just efficient and professional. Dr. Zoe herself is the perfect balance of professional and warm. On top of all of that, she also accepts insurance for certain procedures, which is not something you see often, so it is definitely worth asking her about that directly. The focus should be on transparency as well as patient's health and well-being - not GREED. They also violate boundaries. Dr. Ahdout gave me her word that Jamie would not contact me further. Yet, Jamie contacted me despite my numerous written and verbal requests to cease contact. I believe I may be able to file a police report for harassment. Additionally, I believe Jamie even went as far as providing DECEPTIVE MISINFORMATION about matters that can affect health in further attempts to not refund me. I believe this is highly unethical and concerning conduct especially for a dermatologist office. I am posting this review after multiple attempts to resolve this matter. I left a message and sent emails the first time and I did not receive a call from Dr. Ahdout. The same thing happened a second time. I posted a review the first time and Jamie called right away so I removed it. When I went in to show Dr. Ahdout the result of her work - I felt gaslit because she was questioning me as to why she would do a job like this. She again asked on the phone yesterday as what I think happened - a question she herself should answer. She then said there are no before and after photos. I reminded her AGAIN that I have before photos on my phone that her own assistant took. Dr. Ahdout then asked if I would agree to a credit. I declined. She then said that they have a "policy" that once a patient asks for a refund they can't return to the office. I informed her that I would not want to work with a business that has punitive policies. I believe both her conduct and Jamie's conduct revolved mainly around keeping my money. When I first brought up the refund, Jamie immediately became aggressive on the phone and used what felt like patronizing repetition. She kept repeating my name aggressively as soon as I mentioned a refund, which felt like an attempt to cut me off and silence me. Jamie even went as far suggesting that the tightness was "normal". She even pointed to her face claiming she felt the same. I knew the tightness was not normal. When I asked Dr. Ahdout, she confirmed that it was not normal. I do not appreciate being gaslighted or having my concerns normalized as though this is something I should simply tolerate. This involves health and providing misinformation to patients can have great liability. Jamie also asked if I would want to do a correction. I declined. I noted in my review and also in an email to Dr. Ahdout's as well as during her call yesterday that I do not want to interact with Jamie at all. Dr. Ahdout GAVE ME HER WORD that she will call me back herself. Dr. Ahdout did NOT keep her word. Instead Jamie called and went back and forth attempting to claim that it wasn't 2 items I purchased and it was 1.5. She said Dr. Ahdout said there was "a confusion" and it was 1.5 items. I informed her that's false. Besides Dr. Ahdout's own prior confirmations - the invoice is more than clear. I explained, again, that Dr. Ahdout confirmed with me TWICE, once in front of her own assistant in person and again on the phone yesterday, that it was 2 items. Jamie went back and forth for at least 10 minutes arguing. I kept asking her to ask Dr. Ahdout. She refused 3 times and continued to argue. I kept mentioning what I paid for. She finally checked my invoice although she had ALREADY SEEN my invoice as she is the one who charged me AND even emailed it to me. She FINALLY agreed it was 2 items. I believe these practices are EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE and GREEDY. Then Jamie said their "corporate" is going to send me an email to sign "a form". I told her I'm not signing a release form as I need to see another doctor. Patients should not be forced to sign a release form to receive a refund. Jamie said their corporate "requires" this and that they will contact me. AGAIN, she displayed a pattern of violating boundaries and as soon as I would say their corporate did not have my consent to contact me - she would BLATANTLY REPEAT they will contact me. I informed her that at this point I have to do a full chargeback on the 2 items. I contacted my bank and did a full chargeback on the agreed upon amount. If they create ANY extra emotional distress and dispute the chargeback - I will immediately involve my counsel without further notice and use ALL legal remedies to not only obtain my money in full, but to also hold them fully liable for all damages including corrections needed and the emotional distress caused related to this matter and their conduct. I will also expand my online review to other platforms as I see fit.
