If I could give 0 stars I would. I saw Nataly because she was referred to me from a friend. Came in to get my under eyes dissolved to get them re-filled. Her assistant (I believe her name is Danielle) who was in training had gave Nataly the incorrect syringe to inject my under eye. Nataly said it was Epinephrine and not the dissolvent. She told her assistant she "needed to label the syringes" because she injected me with the wrong product. I left the office with my under eye WHITE, numb and swollen and still was charged for 1 of the 2 syringes used. Fast forward, I come back which I should've listened to my instincts to NOT come back but again heard Nataly was good and it technically was the assistants fault. Came back today and AGAIN, an issue with her assistant. I was about 16mins late which I communicated. Sat in the chair and the assistant said "Nataly hates when people are late" so I replied "well I hate being injected with incorrect things". Nataly came in and was combative with me about the overall situation instead of sympathizing and continued to minimize the entire situation. Mind you, I had to go to Urgent Care because of all of this. Ultimately, I left because I could not fathom spending my money here after this entire nightmare. Will be seeking legal advice. read more

You go in with your head down and bow down to Nataly and they will do what THEY want because they are self reportedly "the best" and will get annoyed with you if you have questions or preferences. They were so rude to me and wouldn't explain anything to me. They asked me to leave their office after I asked to take 5 minutes to think about paying $2500 just to dissolve. Highly don't recommend. a long overdue review for Renata! (hope that is her name) i came in a while back wanting to get a chemical peel for the first time. i struggled with bad acne and did a lot of research on what would help with scarring and acne. I came to iglow for emsculpting. My goal was to get an ab crack and definition that I simply wasn't achieving through my pitiful home workouts. Not being able to go to the gym wasn't going to stop me from having the abs of my dreams. From everything I've read about emsculpting i was expecting it to be a bit uncomfortable and have gradual results. I arrived for my first treatment and the staff was such a vibe! Everyone was really cool and made me feel very comfortable. As they begin setting up the treatment I realized they weren't messing around! This was not going to be be as easy as I had anticipated. They attached the flat metal emsculpting machine to my abs and fastened it to me.. oh sh*t this is real! I begin panicking (I have a very low pain tolerance) and I wasn't emotionally prepared for what followed. Nurse Nataly counted down "3.. 2.. 1" ZAAAPPPP, I immediately screamed in the most dramatic way possible. I was not expecting it to feel like much but I felt everything. It was hard for us not to laugh at how dramatic I was. The first few minutes I didn't think I could do it. It felt like I was doing a million sit ups and my body was over it. But the emsculpting keeps on zapping. 30 minutes felt like way too much time to lay there but I somehow made it through. By the end of the treatment I was somewhat used to it but definitely happy it was done. I got a package of 5 treatments and I was nervous I wouldn't be able to do it.. but once I started seeing results all my suffering was worth it! It only took a couple treatments before people started noticing the my abs. I mean my entire waist was shrinking! All my outfits incorporated crop tops. My abs were insane my tummy was flatter and more toned than it's ever been. Each time I went in I let out a little yelp for the first few shocks and insisted someone hold my hand and then I mellowed out. All my workouts became easier my ab crack (and dare I say 6 pack) really started showing around the 4th treatment. I begin looking forward to my visits (or electrocutions and I called it) and even rewarded myself with a little avocado rice bowl at the restaurant across the street after each session. The location is the best, parking is never an issue, and the staff is very professional and relatable. They babied me when I needed it and laughed with me. I was recently looking to get a facial, my face was looking a bit dull with a few blemishes. iGlow Med Spa came highly recommended. I took the elevator up to the second floor. Upon entering the office it looked very familiar...so familar that I could swear I was in my living room, see side by side comparison! lol Although I was about 5 min. late due to L.A. traffic I was not reminded but instead offered a coffee or water by one of the owners Oren who was very friendly and personable. I quickly filled out the required paperwork and was greeted by Nataly's friendly smiling face. She escorted me to a back room with lovely music playing in the back ground, she instructed me to change my top and slip on the robe. Nataly was excellent at explaining the process and more than accommodating with answering all of my questions. The services that I received were Microdermabrasion, extended extractions, a tailored mask for my oily skin, oxygen, vitamin C, removal of my black heads (yuck) and sunscreen as the last addition. After my treatment my face felt so smooth, happy, and full of life again. I also had a consultation with Renata who explained their Vampire Facial for my next visit. A few days after my facial my skin is still glowing. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart iGlow, this is by far one of the best facials that I have ever had! !!!1600th REVIEW!!! If heaven does exist on Earth, it may very well be right here at iGlow Med Spa on Brighton Way! Reviews about food and travel are great, but one thing is for sure everything you eat and everything you do affects your skin in one way or another. It's always a treat to take some time to take care of YOU, so you can relax and feel your best - I can't think of a better time to do so than right around the holiday season when all of us can be a little off of our normal routine. My appointment with Renata far exceeded any expectation I could have had for a facial. I'm a wash my face in the morning, throw some moisturizer on and go kind of gal - if I'm in the sun, I'll toss on some sunscreen. I apply a few face masks at home during the week and that is usually the extent of it. From the moment I walked through the door, the service at iGlow was top notch! I undressed and made my way into a warm cozy bed and my service began (cleaning, extractions, 20 min infrared, oxygen facial and facial massage). Can I just say, I felt like I was being prepped to land on the moon! I really wanted to ask Renata to take a picture of some of this facial but I didn't want to be "that girl", you know the one who needs a picture of everything. So go enjoy it and be amazed for yourself!! ;) This was as much pampering as I've had in as long as I can remember. My skin is also typically very sensitive. I never use products I haven't used before. I won't "test" apply anything to my skin so for me to trust iGlow for a facial was B I G! I can't say enough about the experience. I am beyond happy with my results from Nurse Nataly. I have had lip fillers three times prior to coming to iGlow Med Spa and nobody has been able to give me the results that Nurse Nataly did. She literally sculpted my lips so beautifully! Her attention to detail is amazing. I really appreciated the fact that she has someone else in the room for a second opinion while she is injecting, that way she can see how my lip is taking to the filler from all angles. I had been looking forward to my facial appointment for months and was thrilled last week when the day finally arrived! Upon entering the office, I found the seating area to be calm, cheery, and clean! Oren and another woman promptly greeted me, and shortly thereafter, Renata lead me to my room, which was warm and cozy. After I put on the provided robe wrap, I snuggled under the blanket on the massage-like table that was set up, and Renata came back in to work her magic. Her hands were strong yet gentle, and she gave my skin a dose of freshness, with a mixture of steam, creams, and a 20-minute face mask. She was very professional and kind and worked efficiently to give me excellent service. My only suggestion would be that they have a more peaceful playlist on in the room, as a Maroon 5 album was playing the whole time, which made it somewhat difficult to fully relax. Something more along the lines of ocean waves or Enya would be much nicer, in my opinion. Overall, I would definitely return! I went to this place not even a year ago year ago for laser hair removal. I wanted a single session but Nurse Nataly manipulated me into buying an entire package. I spent just about $4500... Later that month I was in a terrible car accident that left me in the hospital for the past eight months. I had to move back to New York to get proper treatment for my accident. I called Nurse Nataly hoping for some sort of partial (or hopefully total) refund. They said no. Not only did they say they wouldn't be able to refund any part of the payment they said I wouldn't be able to continue my treatment elsewhere because of the length of time that has passed, when not even a full year has passed. I used one single session out of the total package that I bought... I ended up being coerced into a financial situation that I did not want to be coerced into. I can't even re-gift it because "too much time has passed". iGlow med spa is a money hungry scam artist, led by Nurse Nataly and her con-artist husband, whom don't give a crap about their patients...and I must admit it's really messed up. Came here to try their facial, the spa was cozy, and everyone was friendly, it was a great experience. Renata was the one who helped me, she was very friendly, we chatted and laughed, which helped the uncomfortable cleaning process go by quickly, yet my face was well cleaned. After the cleaning process she gave me a special light treatment for about 20-30 minutes, followed by a mask about 15-20 minutes, and a layer of sleep-on mask that didn't require to be washed off that night. She even gave me a sunblock, which most places wouldn't care to give to their clients. The whole facial was very relaxing, Renata took her time to help me, unlike a lot of other places where I felt rushed. I left IGlow Med Spa with a big smile on my face, my time was well spent. Recently went to the iGlow Med Spa and got a mini oxygen facial. I would highly recommend this spot to people looking for glowing perfect skin. The oxygen facial is actually pretty similar to a regular facial but the difference is the oxygen step towards the end of the facial where you get oxygen put on your face for about 15 minutes. The glow lasts about 2-3 days. I am very pleased! My facialist was super sweet, I also met the owner upon leaving. Metered street parking is available outside the building. They are upstairs. My meter ran out just as we were finishing my facial and they put 50 cents in my meter. That was super kind of them. This spa does all kinds of beauty treatments. I recently came in for an oxygen facial. Oren worked with me to schedule an appointment around my schedule. He was very accommodating, as I have a super busy schedule. Upon entering I was greeted by Nataly, Oren, and Renata. All three were very nice and welcoming. The office itself is modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Renata gave me my facial. She was nice, gentle, and informative. She described the benefits of everything she did, which I liked. I have a lot of blackheads on my nose, and I came out with the smoothest nose!! Besides the extractions, she did some light therapy and applied a whole host of masks and creams. Moreover, Renata gave a fantastic upper body and face massage. I was so relaxed by the end of it. Had an absolutely amazing experience here for lip fillers. Nurse Nataly, Renata and everyone there were extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I was so nervous but they made my experience very pleasant, held my hand through the whole process and let me take the time I needed. My lips turned out amazing, kept their natural shape just how I wanted, and got the extra plump I was looking for. I'm glowing! I'm glad I found this place, because I had a bad experience at a different salon. Orem greeted me at the front desk and he was very welcoming. I filled out a few sheets as a first timer, and it was a short wait time before my facial started. My esthetician was Renata. She was very knowledgeable and was courteous to ask me about my skin & past experiences. She's considerate in her facial process as well. She would tell me about everything before it went on my face--this could also be because it was my first time but still, it was nice. I came in today for a facial and was given a warm welcome as soon as I walked in. I came in 5 minutes late due to traffic and they were very accommodating. I scheduled my appointment with Oren and it was a breeze -- very easy to schedule an appointment with them. I received a customized facial from Renata -- she took a look at my skin and told me exactly what my trouble areas were and worked on those areas. I had a lot of redness, texture, and pores. Renata worked some of her magic on me using the oxygen mask treatment! She did some skin extractions and since I had a lot of blackheads on my nose, she got rid of all of them! She also used this mask treatment on my skin and it was so cooling and refreshing! I had a lot of texture and some fresh pimples I got a few days before and by the time I left iGlow, my skin was glowing and so smooth! Renata is amazing! She let me know what kind of skin I had and what kind of makeup/skincare would best fit my skin type. She also explains everything she's doing on your skin. Not to mention, she's so gentle with your face and it is so relaxing! I fell asleep a few times!! I met Oren and Nataly on my way out and they were so nice! I'm so pleased with my service today!
