I've been coming to Wonderlash for several years now, the staff is lovely and prices are reasonable for the quality. Elena and Maria are the absolute best, my lashes tend to keep longer than anywhere else I've gone to. Hybrid lashes are my go to style, and don't feel overdone. Their new studio is small and cozy, but I really come here for the people. Street parking is a bit tough since it's on a busy street, so come 5-10 minutes early. read more

I don't write reviews BUT I have been going to wonderlash for so many years so it makes sense that I do. They are always consistent doing amazing lashes. All the technicians are great but I have been loyal to Elena ( owner). Her professionalism, her talent and knowledge doing lashes is unbelievable. Seriously THE BEST! read more

This review is totally over due. I have been going here for years. I want to give a shout out to Elena. She truely cares about her work and her business. I've been seeing Maria for about a year. I was pretty new to lashes at the time, and she took (and has since taken) such great care of me. Over the next few weeks, she learned what my style is, my preferences are, and worked with me to develop a look that works for me - just me - that i love. She takes her time and cares about her clients, and is always happy to adjust to any events you may have coming up. She's always professional and is an absolute pleasure to spend my hour+ with every few weeks. Go see Maria, she's the BEST! read more

I have been to Wonderlash several times now and it keeps getting better! I had a classic lash set done by Rose about 2 months ago and I think it is my favorite classic set in a very long time. I usually don't do classic sets because it doesn't do much for my eyes, but this set was done so well, that it give it just enough of a flaire! The retention was not bad either. I then went back to Rose for a volume set, and this set has been amazing as well! The retention for this set has been great compared to other lash studios and technicians I've been to in the past. The prices at Wonderlash are a bit high, but you can tell that they use high-quality materials and products. Even the booking process has been easy and accomodating so far! Wonderlash has been wonderful thus far! read more

Wonderlash never fails me! I have been getting my lash extensions done at this location for 2 years now, and I'm so happy I finally found my lash salon. I've tried so many lash salons and I was not satisfied, until I found Wonderlash. This place has quality lash extensions and my lashes last me a long time. Plus, my natural lashes are healthy. They totally know how to apply them correctly and all the lash artists are great. They take their time and they do a great job applying the style I want. Plus, this place is really clean and has taken covid seriously. The place is well sanitized and I feel comfortable going to get them done. I highly recommend Wonderlash if you are looking for great quality eyelash extensions and quality service. read more

Wonderlash - Lash extensions! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Los Angeles, California

ELENA (owner of Wonderlash) is the best!! I'm hesitant to share because it will make her even more booked up but she deserves major recognition for her amazing lash work and professionalism. I've also gone to MARIA and she is also very sweet and amazing at lashes! I have been doing lash extentions for YEARS and have tried a lot of places in both LA & SF- I AM PICKY! TRUE LASH ARTIST - Elena truly has the artistic skills to make your lashes look beautiful no matter what look you are going for. I hate when lashes look too uniform and obviously fake, she is so good at making my lashes wispy and adjust the lengths based on what I am looking for. QUALITY: The lashes and Glue Elena uses are top notch! The lashes flutter and look so real and I actually have some random eye allergies and pretty sensitive but the glue she uses is gentle (doesn't burn or let off fumes like other places) and yet They also hold up and last the longest! They honestly don't fall off until my natural lash sheds on its own. I've gone nearly a month before refilling (but I prefer to go in sooner so as to pay the 2-3week fill price) CLEANLINESS: The studio is well seperated and extremely clean and sanitary. The lash artists wash their hands and sanitize the lash bed between patients and puts a disposible paper on the bed as well. The various artists are seperated with far more than 6ft distance and actually also seperated with wall cubicles too! EASY BOOKING: Her online booking system makes it super easy to book with whichever lash artist you prefer and even has an option to export it to your calendar straight after booking so you dont forget! PRICING- Her pricing is very reasonable. A lot of places charge $200-$250 for a regular "classic" set but she charges under that. I'm hoping she eventually comes out with fill packages, so that you can pay in bulk to get a discount pricing on fills (rewarding customer loyalty) but thats just a wishlist item which would just be icing on top! ;) FULL SET: Classic Full Set (90-120 mins) $175 Volume full set (120-150mins) $275 REG FILL: Classic (2-3 wk) (60-75 mins) $85 Volume (3-4wk) (90-105 mins) $125 EXTENDED FILL Classic (3.5-4wk) (90-115 min) $105 Volume (105-120min) $150 (Fills from another Salon pay the Extended Fill Price) To top it off ELENA is just a lovely top notch person. She is so friendly and love catching up with her everytime I come for a session. There is no better place to go to in LA! Trust me! read more

I have been getting lash extensions for years here in LA and abroad. Finally found someone exceeded my expectations. Elena is the best! She's very meticulous and so nice to talk to. The place is nice and clean. I highly recommend. Thanks Elena! read more

Great place- the location is very central and the store is super clean. I've been going to Maria and she's fantastic!

If you need a professional to do your lashes, come here! I've been going to Elena for years. She use to have a shop in Santa Monica but consolidated into one in Westwood which I was happy about! I really like how she asks you how you want your lashes (wispies, doll, etc.) and what your pref is. Every time I come back she takes notes of what I had last time which I love because I never know what I did last. Her lashes lasts for a very long time! I think last time I didn't need a fill until almost 2 months and they still looked great! She's patient and very skillful at what she does. Book ahead of time and def recommend! read more

This is my second time having lash extensions at Wonderlash. And both times I felt so satisfied and with the results and had a great time. My lash technician did such great job. My lashes still look like freshly done and beautiful even though it's been a week. I've also been recommending to my friends too. Everyone is so nice, friendly and very professional. Would definitely go there again. read more

Wonderlash - Eyelash Service Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I am Yana . . I live two minutes away from this salon in Westwood location. 2 days ago I came and made an appointment with Yelena for my make my eyelashes: she is very nice girl. I came today from my mom's house and it was horrible traffic because 4th of July. 20 minutes I late. A came in and I said "sorry that I late" . One of employee who's name was Maria told that Yelena left because I was late. After that I asked if I can make appointment again for today ? She start to talk with me very rude saying that she is busy I should leave and make appointment again for new one. I said is it possible if I will come today later. She start to scream on me that I do not let her to work. And start be agressive with customer (with me), saying If I will not leave right now she will call police for no reason. I just want to tell it is unfair to talk with customer like that. Hospitality and customer service is zero at this salon. Maria and her assistant start to do video on me. And I said what I did? So I just want to tell you guys never go this salon. The stuff is agressive rude no professional skills they have how to talk at all. There is a way how to explain the people about reschedule. I I were really scared when both of them start to kicked me out for No reason. Please, you should train your stuff better with teaching customer service skills , which is most important thing for attract the customers . I had very bad experience at this salon. But I were So exited to make my eyelashes. They ruined my day today. So please if you get a chance do not Go with Maria , she is very agressive rude not professional low class lady who doesn't know how to speak with customer. I am not going to recommend anyone to visit this salon. The worst stuff in a world!!! Customers always should me number one!!! Thank u . read more

I've been getting lash extensions off and on for years and decided to give Wonderlash a try because of the good reviews. I was really disappointed with my experience though. My lash tech was finished with my lashes after less than an hour. I thought she was just super speedy (since all my past lash techs have taken 2 hours) or that maybe I just didn't have that many lashes. But upon closer examination, I saw that a lot of my lashes weren't filled. The inner and outer corners especially were bare including some middle parts. Overall, my lashes didn't have that "full" look that you typically get after lash extensions. The good thing is this place gives you a 7 day guarantee but I couldn't bring myself to drive all the way back. read more

I recently moved to Westwood and needed a new lash place. Elena works WONDERS with my lashes! I come back every few weeks to get a fill and have never been disappointed. It's easy to make appointments online. Will definitely be back :) read more

I have been hesitant to try another lash product/trend as I have had severe allergic reactions to extensions and the glue they used and once I informed Leigh about this she was amazing and did her research on products to see if there would be a chance for a reaction. I went to my appointment yesterday where I got a lash lift/tint and am so pleased with the outcome! Leigh was great, professional and efficient it was a very relaxing appointment. I will definitely be coming back to Leigh and this salon for more services :) read more

I love Wonderlash! So easy to make appts and everyone I've had does a great job. What a great find! I was recommended this place by my friend, and I'm so glad I gave it a try. The place is clean with easy parking in the back of the building. Elena is not only a gentle and precise lash technician but also amazing human being. Eyelashes look great and I always book the next fill. The price is very clear and reasonable. It's also very convenient to book online. Highly recommended! read more

Wonderlash is wonderful! I started at their Santa Monica location 4 years ago, ( now closed) , and transitioned over here to westwood . I always get a classic natural style and last week dabbled with a light hybrid with Cydney( love it). All the hybrids look amazing. Elena and Maria are amazing technicians ! It is Elena's business and I always enjoyed my interactions with her. I see Maria regularly and love her lashes and technique for me- I do a C curve and request for a natural look. Sometimes a cat eye if I want to feel fancy! I think lashes are perfect enhancements for weddings or before a trip. They instantly make you look fresher , fun and I feel confident without much effort daily. Come in with clean eyes ( no eye makeup - I think that helps with the application and cleanliness of eye health for the rest of the day). I try really hard to wash my hair the day prior / morning of so I can keep my eyes drier , I think it helps with the lashes ' longevity if you take care of your lashes the first day. I've been getting lash extensions for 7 years at many establishments prior to wonderlash . I think wonderlash are really good at what they do. They are transparent, efficient, and everyone have a light touch. They understand the love for lashes . Parking is on the adjacent street/ side for 2 hours at a meter. If you park in the residential you might be lucky to find a spot . Thank you wonderlash! read more

Awful, I literally went and the person was too rough and applied lots of pressure and insinuated that I "wasn't going to pay for the service". It was painful to get eyelash extensions. They were awful and she scoffed that "this is how ____ said you would like it" when I hated it and it looked bad. I thought to myself "nearly $300 down the drain" I was so sad, even my boyfriend who paid for it was furious and understood why I got so upset Unfortunately I asked for them to redo it and correct the problem, and basically it was EVEN worse. Too much pressure AND they looked horrible. You're better off learning to glue them on IT'S way CHEAPER and looks better. I won't ever get eyelash extensions ever again, they're awful as can be. I gave this place two different tries and wanted to go back as a consistent customer. I'll reply by saying, what are you suppose to ask or say when somebody fixes something? @ Bullying salons, that's ridiculous. Who wants to complain? If I'm wiling to pay the price I want to be happy with the service and feel like I got what I paid for. Not like I should just go (and it's fairly easy too) and glue on eyelashes daily instead. Because I use to do that. So if people at more than a single place ruin something or do it wrong how is that bullying? Also what's the point of going back to a business for a 3rd time if you aren't satisfied and it was painful and it looked worse the second time after it's being corrected? Also I don't want free services (what does anyone want a free service for)? Usually people don't charge when a salon messes up. They shouldn't expect to scam paying customers by screwing it up, hurting their physical health and making them pay a double fee. If somebody isn't capable of doing what's asked then they shouldn't do it at all, and they shouldn't at all claim that any other person than the customer themselves should have the input as to how the appear comes out. I would've rather paid somebody to do it properly but who else do I go to if two salon workers aren't capable and the second person (which was you 3X as bad) in terms of the out come. Not to mention where's the hospitality when I'm talking "through a screen and bullying salon workers" seriously you should remember a dissatisfied customer who came in for correction. I should file a formal complaint. I want change in the laws of salon services because it's ridiculous and people are scamming loyal and polite customers. read more

Wonderlash is simply the best. I've been doing my lashes for the past 5 years and this is the top. The salon is easy to access, incredibly clean, beautiful, and staff are full trained. You can choose different types of lash styles which are affordable. It's easy to find availability and to book through online appointments. They really take their time in making sure you are completely comfortable. Everyone is so pleasant! I've had no pain during application and could honestly fall asleep it's so relaxing. My lashes have actually grown longer and improved in overall health. I get so many compliments on the volume and naturalness and how beautiful they look! My lashes last well after 3 weeks. It's great to wake up and not have to do my eye makeup. Easy breezy! Thank you Elena and team!! read more

Elena saved me! I just moved to LA and desperately needed my lashes redone since I was going on my honeymoon in a few days. I got my lashes done at another studio in Houston and they were all falling out within 3 weeks. I messaged her and she was able to get me an appointment ASAP. It's been a week now and none of my lashes haven't fallen out yet so definitely happy about that. Her lash studio was super clean and she followed all COVID-19 precautions as well. The prices were okay and I will definitely be returning! :) thank you Elena! read more

I LOVE Wonderlash! I've been a loyal client for several years now, and over the last year and a half have been fortunate to have been seen by Elena, the master of volume extensions. Elena is very professional, takes really good care of my natural lashes to ensure that they stay healthy and are NEVER compromised during the process. Elena applies the lashes with great care and the results are always natural, beautiful and I receive compliments everywhere I go (people sometimes this I just have really good mascara!) Elena is also super friendly and fun to talk to, I feel like I'm seeing a good friend every time I see her. She works quickly and with precision too. I've been to a few places in the LA area since I started wearing lash extensions and Wonderlash really is the best. I highly recommend Wonderlash for your lash extension needs! read more

Briana did a great job on my lashes. I got a hybrid fill and they look great, highly recommended!

Elena is the lash MASTER! I can go up to four weeks between appointments and they still look great! So glad I found her!

Elena is simply the best!! She's skilled, kind, professional, polite, and respectful.

I've been to a couple of other places over the years and Elena's work is by far the best. Also, her pricing is consistent. I've been to a place where they charge you more each week you wait. Very odd! With Elena, my lashes last at least 4 weeks, which is surprising for me since I'm not so fragile on them. She is so sweet and very punctual. read more

Great lash extensions salon. Pretty and chill vibe inside. Elena did my lashes and in addition to doing a great job, she was really nice and fun to talk to. You can also tell she knows what she's doing...she has a light but professional touch. I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep! It's in a cute part of Westwood, there's ample street parking, you can schedule online, and they have convenient hours. After weeks of lockdown due to the pandemic I was in serious need of some self-care and this place delivered :) I rarely write reviews, but this was such a positive experience & Elena was so nice that I wanted to make sure to support a great local business. Highly recommend. read more

I love Wonderlash! I've never had a bad experience here. I was hesitant to try lashes again after getting a stye from another company but Wonderlash uses a clean technique that has never given me any issues. I love the outcome every time and always get a ton of compliments on my lashes. I feel so confident not even wearing makeup anymore as long as I have my lashes. Elena is my favorite but I have liked all of the lash technicians I have used! Also one of the most reasonably priced places I have seen on the westside. read more

This place is amazing. I'm a regular at Santa Monica location but Westwood location is even closer to me because I go to UCLA. So happy they opened the second location. Lashes are always great. Very hard to schedule an appointment as there is only one person, Elena, who responds to your scheduling request. Extremely unprofessional, and I'm-accommodating. My lashes would fall out quickly and was told I can come in for a mini fill if needed by my lash rep and Elena insists that I heard wrong without confirming this information with the person who gave me the info in the first place. Extremely rude, and unprofessional. I would advise anyone looking for a long term place to try else where with organized menu prices and efficient scheduling is provided. read more
