Elena and Maria are the absolute best, my lashes tend to keep longer than anywhere else I've gone to. Hybrid lashes are my go to style, and don't feel overdone. Elena saved me! I just moved to LA and desperately needed my lashes redone since I was going on my honeymoon in a few days. I got my lashes done at another studio in Houston and they were all falling out within 3 weeks. I messaged her and she was able to get me an appointment ASAP. I have been to Wonderlash several times now and it keeps getting better! I had a classic lash set done by Rose about 2 months ago and I think it is my favorite classic set in a very long time. I usually don't do classic sets because it doesn't do much for my eyes, but this set was done so well, that it give it just enough of a flaire! The retention was not bad either. I then went back to Rose for a volume set, and this set has been amazing as well! The retention for this set has been great compared to other lash studios and technicians I've been to in the past. The prices at Wonderlash are a bit high, but you can tell that they use high-quality materials and products. Even the booking process has been easy and accomodating so far! ELENA (owner of Wonderlash) is the best!! I'm hesitant to share because it will make her even more booked up but she deserves major recognition for her amazing lash work and professionalism. I've also gone to MARIA and she is also very sweet and amazing at lashes! I have been doing lash extentions for YEARS and have tried a lot of places in both LA & SF- I AM PICKY! TRUE LASH ARTIST - Elena truly has the artistic skills to make your lashes look beautiful no matter what look you are going for. I hate when lashes look too uniform and obviously fake, she is so good at making my lashes wispy and adjust the lengths based on what I am looking for. QUALITY: The lashes and Glue Elena uses are top notch! The lashes flutter and look so real and I actually have some random eye allergies and pretty sensitive but the glue she uses is gentle (doesn't burn or let off fumes like other places) and yet They also hold up and last the longest! They honestly don't fall off until my natural lash sheds on its own. I've gone nearly a month before refilling (but I prefer to go in sooner so as to pay the 2-3week fill price) CLEANLINESS: The studio is well seperated and extremely clean and sanitary. The lash artists wash their hands and sanitize the lash bed between patients and puts a disposible paper on the bed as well. The various artists are seperated with far more than 6ft distance and actually also seperated with wall cubicles too! EASY BOOKING: Her online booking system makes it super easy to book with whichever lash artist you prefer and even has an option to export it to your calendar straight after booking so you dont forget! PRICING- Her pricing is very reasonable. A lot of places charge $200-$250 for a regular "classic" set but she charges under that. One of employee who's name was Maria told that Yelena left because I was late. After that I asked if I can make appointment again for today ? She start to talk with me very rude saying that she is busy I should leave and make appointment again for new one. I said is it possible if I will come today later. She start to scream on me that I do not let her to work. And start be agressive with customer (with me), saying If I will not leave right now she will call police for no reason. I just want to tell it is unfair to talk with customer like that. Hospitality and customer service is zero at this salon. Maria and her assistant start to do video on me. And I said what I did? So I just want to tell you guys never go this salon. The stuff is agressive rude no professional skills they have how to talk at all. There is a way how to explain the people about reschedule. I I were really scared when both of them start to kicked me out for No reason. If you need a professional to do your lashes, come here! I've been going to Elena for years. She use to have a shop in Santa Monica but consolidated into one in Westwood which I was happy about! I really like how she asks you how you want your lashes (wispies, doll, etc.) and what your pref is. Every time I come back she takes notes of what I had last time which I love because I never know what I did last. Her lashes lasts for a very long time! I've been getting lash extensions off and on for years and decided to give Wonderlash a try because of the good reviews. I was really disappointed with my experience though. My lash tech was finished with my lashes after less than an hour. I thought she was just super speedy (since all my past lash techs have taken 2 hours) or that maybe I just didn't have that many lashes. But upon closer examination, I saw that a lot of my lashes weren't filled. The inner and outer corners especially were bare including some middle parts. Overall, my lashes didn't have that "full" look that you typically get after lash extensions. Wonderlash is wonderful! I started at their Santa Monica location 4 years ago, ( now closed) , and transitioned over here to westwood . I always get a classic natural style and last week dabbled with a light hybrid with Cydney( love it). All the hybrids look amazing. Elena and Maria are amazing technicians ! It is Elena's business and I always enjoyed my interactions with her. I see Maria regularly and love her lashes and technique for me- I do a C curve and request for a natural look. Sometimes a cat eye if I want to feel fancy! I think lashes are perfect enhancements for weddings or before a trip. They instantly make you look fresher , fun and I feel confident without much effort daily. Come in with clean eyes ( no eye makeup - I think that helps with the application and cleanliness of eye health for the rest of the day). I try really hard to wash my hair the day prior / morning of so I can keep my eyes drier , I think it helps with the lashes ' longevity if you take care of your lashes the first day. I've been getting lash extensions for 7 years at many establishments prior to wonderlash . I think wonderlash are really good at what they do. They are transparent, efficient, and everyone have a light touch. They understand the love for lashes . Parking is on the adjacent street/ side for 2 hours at a meter. Awful, I literally went and the person was too rough and applied lots of pressure and insinuated that I "wasn't going to pay for the service". It was painful to get eyelash extensions. They were awful and she scoffed that "this is how ____ said you would like it" when I hated it and it looked bad. I thought to myself "nearly $300 down the drain" I was so sad, even my boyfriend who paid for it was furious and understood why I got so upset Unfortunately I asked for them to redo it and correct the problem, and basically it was EVEN worse. Too much pressure AND they looked horrible. You're better off learning to glue them on IT'S way CHEAPER and looks better. I won't ever get eyelash extensions ever again, they're awful as can be. I gave this place two different tries and wanted to go back as a consistent customer. I'll reply by saying, what are you suppose to ask or say when somebody fixes something? @ Bullying salons, that's ridiculous. Who wants to complain? If I'm wiling to pay the price I want to be happy with the service and feel like I got what I paid for. Not like I should just go (and it's fairly easy too) and glue on eyelashes daily instead. Because I use to do that. So if people at more than a single place ruin something or do it wrong how is that bullying? Also what's the point of going back to a business for a 3rd time if you aren't satisfied and it was painful and it looked worse the second time after it's being corrected? Also I don't want free services (what does anyone want a free service for)? Usually people don't charge when a salon messes up. They shouldn't expect to scam paying customers by screwing it up, hurting their physical health and making them pay a double fee. If somebody isn't capable of doing what's asked then they shouldn't do it at all, and they shouldn't at all claim that any other person than the customer themselves should have the input as to how the appear comes out. I would've rather paid somebody to do it properly but who else do I go to if two salon workers aren't capable and the second person (which was you 3X as bad) in terms of the out come. Not to mention where's the hospitality when I'm talking "through a screen and bullying salon workers" seriously you should remember a dissatisfied customer who came in for correction. I should file a formal complaint. I want change in the laws of salon services because it's ridiculous and people are scamming loyal and polite customers. read more

Very hard to schedule an appointment as there is only one person, Elena, who responds to your scheduling request. Extremely unprofessional, and I'm-accommodating. My lashes would fall out quickly and was told I can come in for a mini fill if needed by my lash rep and Elena insists that I heard wrong without confirming this information with the person who gave me the info in the first place.
