I am so disappointed in this place, I would give it zero stars if I could. I booked an appointment friday afternoon for an august special they had for $120 and was later contacted via email by candace the owner stating she had reviewed the questionnaire they request from you prior to the appt and that the look i wanted was a full set of hybrid lashes which cost $200. If i wanted to upgrade i should let them know prior to appt. $200 is alot but I decided to splurge on this since i have a couple of events this month and i had seen reviews on pictures on instagram. I show up the next day, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Everything went fine. But as soon as i left i started loosing lashes from my right eye. It started with 3... then later on 5 more... then 4 more.... and now its friday (1 day before its a whole week) and i literally only have like 5 lashes on my right eye!!! I followed the care instructions to the T and They still kept coming off. I left messages at their number since wednesday and nobody ever called me back. Its so frustrating to pay $200 for a service thats supposed to last up to 4 weeks and for it to not even make it to a week. Sadly i will not be returning here, it would have been nice to receive at least a call back since I left various messages. No customer service what so ever. read more
