What you describe as me closing my eyes tightly after the fact never happened and while it is true I was indeed 15 minutes late I do not understand what that has to do with you not informing me you had to cut off about 20 or so of my bottom lashes. You told me not to open my eyes anymore before you started because the pad could slip and they could get stuck so I did not. I was also warned about closing my eyes tightly therefore I did not. I think had you informed me there would have been no issue. Also, I appreciate the text informing me they'll grow back (as if I was unaware of the obvious,) I guess I can update my review when they do as of yet they have not. You seem nice and that's wonderful, however, you brought up the review since I did not have change for a tip. I am sorry to give you a negative review but if you are going to cut that amount of someone bottom lashes off you should probably inform them so they know and it doesnt come as a surprise. If it was as minor as it was on the opposite side I would not have felt the need to even mention it. I am not trying to be mean or hurt your feelings. I'm just trying to give an honest review. Also so far I've lost quite a few lashes (extensions) and I am just approaching 1 week and I followed your instructions to a T. So while I haven't had eyelash extensions in quite a while, in the past they've lasted better and no one cut of 1/4 of an inch or more of my bottom lashes. I don't handle people being argumentative well but I guess you thought the 2 stars to be harsh.
