They dust in front of customers' faces while their eyelids are closed during lifts, which is extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. It is evident that these individuals lack authenticity and genuine personality, seeking to exploit customers for profit. The clear keratin mascara, which they try to upsell you in the end part of their show, is so ineffective that it's like, "Funny, are you serious??? OH and is priced at $80 LOL. Even Chanel mascara is not that expensive. I literally felt like i paid for air. This business needs to learn humbleness, especially considering the poor work they perform. They will only cater to influencers to obtain normal customers and profit from them. This practice not only leads to infections but also causes distress. Love every experience I have here with Erica! She really listens and helps me figure out exactly what I want especially when I'm being indecisive. It's always super clean and comfortable and I fall asleep every time. I'm also a big fan of the serums and keratin that they sell for your lashes. TLDR: The ER released me and told me I have corneal abrasions (scratches) from her and I'm on a prescription for 5 days now with blurry vision. -- I booked online for a earlier date and an employee called me and told me that they "did not know how I was able to book that day because they would be closed" so I had to move it up to the following weekend - which was another 8 hour trip for me driving but I really wanted to have this experience seen on IG. My lash tech (Esthetician 5 Alexandra?) was very unconcerned with me telling her how rough she was with my right eye and how painful my experience was. She kept rubbing this sharp brush hard over my bare eye so many times that it is currently puffed up and red and I can barely see out of it to the point that I had an urgent ER appt right after so that they could look with yellow dye and see about scratches since my vision is blurry now and give me an ointment for the burning pain. I had clinched my fist and told her it was painful and raw so many times, she was going too low and deep into my eye instead of the base of my lashes, but she kept disregarding me and telling me that it was "weird". When she was done, I could barely even open my eye but she gave no comments, concern, or advice. I had to ask for a napkin at checkout because she wouldn't give me one and just looked at me as I paid and tipped while my eyes were running (tears) with the dye from my lash lift. Unfortunately, my eyes have watered so much now from this pain that I spent over $150 for nothing. This was a very un-empathetic and painful experience and I don't feel comfortable going back. read more

Drove over 1.5 hour for a horrific experience today. I do my research on every platform but also take reviews with a grain of salt because I myself am a multi business owner myself and understand sometimes things can get taken out of context at times and decided to give this new business a shot because their work looked great. I get my lashes lifted and tinted every 10-12 weeks like clock work. Sadly my lash girl decided to go back to school so I was on the hunt for a for a new place which is what brought me here in the first place. I called yesterday and moved my appointment from 1pm to 11:30 am because they had a sooner appointment that worked better for me and around 8am this morning I got a reminder text that "they will see me for my 1 o'clock appointment" HUH? I called immediately about it and they said my appointment was accidentally never changed --- super annoying but ok no problem I'll see you guys at 1pm even though it was supposed to be switched over to 11:30 AM. I arrived and checked in. They told me to have a seat. 30 minutes go by and I asked if i was going to be seen soon because I had another appointment after this one. Front desk called someone in the back and they said that the technician would be with me shortly she was finishing up with someone else-- ok. 5 minutes go by (35 minutes behind scheduled) and a lady walks up to me with her clearly very annoyed tone and tells me "I'll take you back" she proceeds to say "sorry about the wait I'm short staffed" - i reply "no problem" but was thinking in my head " ok but don't take that out on me! Lol. her energy was very off putting and made me very uncomfortable. I didn't feel welcomed at all and like it was a complete hassle for her to do my lash lift. I lay down and she puts solution on my eyes and walks away, now the solution is now leaking in to my ears. WHO DOES THAT? After a few minutes she comes back and wipes them and starts aggressively putting eye pads under my eyes, starts brushing my lashes and skin on my lids super rough and starts the process of putting the glue on my lashes. I let her know that my eyes are burning because she got Solution or glue in my eyes (I don't know what it was because my eyes are closed but what ever it was was burning really bad.) she proceeds to give me a fan and tells me to hold the fan for her because it'll make her job easier (whatever that means) she did nothing about it burning and ignored what I said basically. I sat there with my eyes on fire telling myself it would go away eventually but my eyes throughout the process kept watering really bad. She complained a few times and told me that my eyes are watery. Well DUHH! I told you my eyes were burning! I then proceeded to tell her that this has never happened before and I've been getting lash lifts for the last two years. --- her response? "I didn't get solution in your eyes" ok so why are my eyes on fire? I guess I'm delusional and my eyes are watering for no reason. What a joke! Zero accountability and not even an apology about it. Maybe if you weren't taking cell phone calls and talking on the phone you'd be more aware of how rough and careless you're being with someone's EYES. I was suppose to do a last tint as well and i told her to skip it because i couldn't wait to get outta there. Finally the torture came to an end. I get up to look at my lashes and it had looked my nothing was done to them, my eyes are blood shot red and i have glue still stuck all over my skin which i had to clean off over and over again myself. I told her that I don't see much of a difference and she assured me that they would be curly after they dried. It's been 9 hours and they look exactly the same. No lift at all! I couldnt run outta there fast enough. I've never been so eager to pay for anything in my life. I just wanted to be done and out of her presence. Come to find out she's the Owner and teaches. Shame on you Elysee. This blew me away! How she's still in business with that kind of nasty attitude towards clients is beyond me. She kept mentioning that she does Kim Kardashian to another client that She was working on besides me. Nobody cares or gives a crap! Do you want a cookie? *rolls eyes* Nobody was impressed! I care about quality work and basic human decency to customers trying to give you their hard earned money. We're looking for the results that you post on your socials, this was everything but that! To the employee that she was talking rudely and condescending to the entire time I was there, you are worth more than that. Please go work for a company that cares for their employees. Eliza is a walking PR NIGHTMARE! I am SHOCKED these celebrities even go to her. She was talking about Stasie not making it to Paris for "Amazon owner fiance bachelorette"...totally looking for gossip 3rd- my lashes DID NOT LIFT!!!! After $300 you would think I would receive top notch professional treatment. I left completely dissatisfied. When I tried to bring up the fact that my lashes did not really lift or make a difference, she claimed my lashes were difficult and she kept the product on for 18 min whereas typical application is anywhere from 13-14 minutes. she advised i return back in 5 weeks for another appt. DO YOU REALLY THINK IM GOING TO PAY YOU AGAIN??!! If you were a true professional, you would understand that your work did NOT perform correctly and therefore you should offer for a FREE REDO! OR A REFUND! 4- during my appt the ups driver dropped off some package. During my appt she left and opened her boxes, DID NOT WASH HER HANDS and came back to work on my eyes. EYES are a very sensitive body part that can become easily infected. So her hygiene is definitely lacking. 5- she had major ATTITUDE. 6- NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED. she just had me shut my eyes and started doing her thing. My eyes were extremely watery and i was anxious but I tried not to make one noise. I come here a lot to get my lash lifts, and I always LOVE the result. If this was purely for their lash lifts, I give 5 stars. Highly recommend for lash lifts! However, I tried out their brow lamination yesterday and was not as satisfied. I purchased a brow wax and lamination, and I assumed the wax would happen first. Instead I got my brows laminated, and then the technician tried to wax them after. Obviously the result was not ideal. I also came away with burns and cuts from it, as you can see in the picture below. I love getting my lash lifts here so I'm still going to come back. My eyes were watering so hard at the end of the service which usually isnt typical. Pressure was rough; I felt like my eyes were burning the whole time and I felt like I wasn't really engaged as a client. I'm sure they do well here based on location only. Not impressed though. Mind you've I've been getting lifts for years all over LA just check past reviews on my page. If you have short lashes like, mine are usually long, but I had extensions removed and they really thinned them out I did go to a place that specializes in shorter lashes like a Japanese salon. I never leave bad reviews but I felt I needed to warn people with sensitive skin and eyes. I purchased brow lamination and tint. Plus the last lift and tint. I also got a hydrating eye mask and bought the lash serum. I did love the lash serum it saved my lashes. It cost around or over 500$ with a tip. This review is not about the lash technician. She was friendly and informative. This is about the aftercare and customer service I receive after the services. Now my brows turned out great and I would give 5 stars for the brow lamination and tint. My lashes looked great at first but after a few days, my skin on my eyelid began to bubble up and scab over. Then my lashes began to fall out in clumps. It was painful and very noticeable. They did my lash lift and tint first, while that was setting they started working on my brows. Maybe they left the keratin or tint on too long while working on my brows. Now when I notified them about my reaction they tried to say I had pink eye. They also told me to see a doctor. But it seemed like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility for the situation. It was a reaction to the products used on my skin. This isn't their fault but that's not the response you should send to anyone. Especially being in the brow and lash business. The customer service could be improved and management should respond to complaints in a professional manner. I never received a follow-up after I messaged back about my allergic reaction. So always do a patch test first to see if your skin can handle the products. Also, ask for one service at a time. Regardless, if you have sensitive eyes or skin think about whether it's right for you. read more
