Justyna is a PRO! Absolutely luv her. She has an eye for symmetry, detail , color and everything in between. Initially went to someone else that worked for her and when I was due for my touch up she was no longer there. Justyna took one look at it asked how I liked them and right off the bat had suggestions to make them look even better , which I was all for because they completely made sense. She mapped them out in NO TIME AT ALL , changed the color up a little so that they were more brighter, and did the touch up all in a hour!!! She is an amazing artist and totally loves what she does. See, when I had paid upwards of $3k over 12yrs and looked like nothing ever happened--with funky brows to boot--I got a little gun shy. Even after talking to Justyna I was still a bit nervous, to be honest. (To no fault of Justyna.) I finally made an appointment AND KEPT IT! I got done and was overwhelmed, but my brows looked amazing! But, of course, my brows were larger than what I was used to and dark (as is normal until healed). I probably came across as unhappy. Justina Mulligan is lying continuously. My card was charged for $600 twice. Stop lying you stupid woman. You are degrading yourself. I have the prove that I can attach. After I disputed they credited me back however I was a charged again. And even after all this nasty argument i asked you to fix my fading brows but you refused instead just fixing your mistakes and keep the customer happy. But you are greedy and desperate for $600 which means you must be miserable and not making enough lol. Lesson number one: KEEP YOUR CLIENTS HAPPY!!! Simple as that. Customers pay your lease and your paycheck but you are not smart enough to comprehend that. Besides your pigment is terrible my brows faded almost immediately, hence that's why I was asking for additional touch and no extra cost. I paid you $600, then $150 for touch up and then it's still faded and you wanted additional $150 ?? Keep dreaming and pray I don't attach the entire conversation and your blackmailing to this and all over Google. Be ashamed. Amazing service. Texted for an appointment and got back to me for a same week appointment. The cash deal is amazing it's 490$ for ombré brows like you will not be able to get a deal like this. If you break it down it's about 40$ a month for eyebrows. You don't have to spend your morning doing them like wow . Got so many complements on them already, referred about 4 people so far. Let's get into my review. Arrived there for my 11:00 appointment. Parked in the parking structure close to there (90 min parking free so that was good) . Knocked on the door was met by the amazing receptionist, she gave me some forms to fill out as well as she put the numbing agent on my brows. After I was called back for my appointment we discussed the shaping as well as the color. I agreed with the color choice because who doesn't trust the professional she knows what will look the best . Then shaping , some photos of my natural brows were taking then I laid back in the chair and let my technician do her magic. After some grooming of my brows and shaping I sat up and she perfected them and I was in love. Now to the nitty gritty the pain level was none existent due to the numbing agent put on earlier. The process went smooth for my right eyebrow and didn't feel too much. My left eyebrow I felt a little discomfort but that's normal but after some more numbing agent was put on I didn't feel a thing. Then my technician went to work and after about an hour my eyebrows were completely done. I looked in the mirror and love at first sight. I was given a goody bag filled with some stuff to put on my eyebrows and aftercare I love my eyebrows so much. Going back for my touch up in about a week and I am so excited. First off, both my sister and I have had our brows done by Justina and she did an amazing job! It has been about a year and a half atleast since we have both had them done and they still look amazing. Its time to see her to work her magic again with a touch up appointment (i like them done once a year). I will add that my sister and i are very fair skinned, naturally blonde and dont grow brow hair so she had to start from scratch basically to create our brows. Justina is very meticulous at her art which i love. She wants them to be perfect from the arch to the color. I wont trust anyone else with my brows but her which is why i drive over an hour to see her and so does my sister. Unfortunately Justina persona has changed since the increase in clients and new location. I've been going to her for 4 years now and watched her business grow. The last couple sessions I had with her I had to go back to correct uneven shading and eyebrows. Each time, she did not take it well and asked me to pay $150 for the correction because "micro shading isn't perfect, per Justina. I came back with 2 weeks, took another day off of work.. losing money, and she asked me to pay for her mistake. After the disagreement on payment, she finally decided to correct the brows without charge, however, the downfall, she did not put numbing cream on my brows for the first 2 passes. She stated the numbing cream really don't help the first pass since the skin isn't open. The pain was torturing!! She watched me struggle to get through shading. At that point, I knew she lost a long time customer. I will find another micoshader who cares. read more
