I love this place for eyebrow threading. It makes me feel more relaxed. The owner was very kind and respected. She made me smile and makes me feel happy. The digital computer is very convenient and presentable. My beautiful eyebrows looks more glamorous. I recommend this place. I am currently from Long Beach, California. Laxmi Eyebrow Threading & Beauty Salon - My new eyebrows - Hair Salons Near Me - Carson, California

The lady was ROUGH! She didnt even wash her HANDS before threading! I could literally smell her last meal on her hands! I wanted to support small businesses but damn 9.99$ didnt have to be this painful and aggressive. Will definitely never go back read more

I decided to come here last minute... & I will not be returning. I walked in on Sunday March 1st around 3:30 pm. The lady went super rough on my upper lip & chin. Not once did she offer me a break when threading me. I had to keep interrupting her. She was also rough when turning my head & tapping my face. I was so mad that she went EXTREMELY ROUGH ON ME. At the end, she never asked if I wanted lotion applied. She went straight to it & put a whole bunch that it went in my mouth & lips & it tasted nasty. NEVER TF AGAIN AM I COMING HERE. I let her know she went too rough & I still gave her tip. She made me bleed under my chin & I never ever broke out in this area. Could it have been how rough she went & perhaps she didn't ask me if I wanted lotion applied. I have sensitive skin lady. read more

I am not the type to leave bad reviews but I'm so upset on how my eyebrows came out today. I went in today with someone different. My eyes do get watery when I am getting them threaded, therefore I'm not able to notice right away. After the service was done I realized that the lady kept starring at my eyebrows as if something wasn't right while she was checking me out on the register. I didn't notice until I got home one of my eyebrows came out way more thinner. I'm so upset I don't understand how this happened I grew out my eyebrows thick enough I only requested to get them cleaned. I know it's my fault for not being able to notice right away but it was noticeable by the way she was looking at my eyebrows that she messed them up. read more

I've tried this place every couple years since I found it and was recommend. I go when I am desperate and cannot go to my regular spot in Gardena because it's further. I personally do not like how they do my eyebrows. I only go back every few years to see if a new person does them differently. I let my brows grow and they are not too thick or thin with a natural and soft round arch. I requested a clean up and left with thin arched eyebrows. When I told her she did them too thin with an arch, she tried explaining to me it was necessary because one of my brows were arched.... I don't think they understand a clean up. I still appreciate how they're even and look pretty, just not what was asked of. read more

I came in to get my eyebrows done and didn't have to wait. There's plenty of parking, minimal seats inside but they're pretty quick. The quality of work is great which is why I always come back. My girl always goes the extra mile to make sure my eyebrows look good! read more

Just moved from Michigan about a month ago where I used to do wax, and have officially found myself a new lady! Ranii is amazing, takes her time, and is so precise in what she does without having to break the bank. Paid $10-12 for eyebrow threading that really brought life back into my face. So please with her work! I always worry about threading going too thin, and she really made sure my eyebrows looked as thick as they could. read more

Update: Laxmi offered to make it right and provide one free service. I will request Sanu going forward as she was careful, friendly, and very attentive. I did not have a pleasant experience here today. The woman who threaded my brows was irritable, unnecessarily rough, and smelled bad. She also left me with several nicks above my brow. However, I've had good experiences with the other staff before. Not sure if I will return read more

I've been coming here for a few years now... cheap and quick service. Always am in and out, I've had to wait maximum 10 mins. Very clean and well maintained inside. I've had several different people work on my brows and each time they do a good job. I also bring my brother sometimes who is blessed with thick brows, and he tells me he gets compliments every time his brows are freshly done! If you're looking for a good and consistent threading service in the area, check this place out! As of 2/1/23, eyebrow threading is $10. read more

Super Good customer service. Went in to get my regular eyebrow threading & I was curious about getting my nostrils waxed as well. I went through with it & it was such a fast & smooth process. Quality work, 10/10 recommended. read more

My go to for brow threading. Great customer service and close by where I live. Ladies are always nice, venue is clean and usually there is a short or no wait at all. read more

When I came in, only two ladies were working. I was told to check in but didn't see a wait time and a little confusing to know who was next. This was my first time so I'm thankful the lady who did my eyebrows didn't do them so thin. Still not sure if I'll try this place again. read more

First time here and definitely going to come back. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. They wear their masks too. KC did an excellent job at doing my wife's eyebrows. She asked her to shape her brows but not make them too thin. And she did exactly that. Bonus: they do eyebrow tinting too! read more

Laxmi Eyebrow Threading & Beauty Salon - Nice clean eyebrows by KC - Hair Salons Near Me - Carson, California

So I've been here multiple times before. The person I usually go to wasn't there and so someone different did the threading - usually I don't get them done if the person I go to isn't there, but I had faith in everyone else so took my chances. I asked for brows to be long and thick, basically just to be cleaned up. Below are pics of how the brows turned out vs. my brows before (when I got them done 4 months ago) Y'all be the judge... I know brows are sisters and not twins but they literally look like two different shapes. After 10 years of getting my eyebrows threaded, I think this was the last time. read more

I walked in and there were 3 people ahead of me. I didn't mind waiting patiently. When the last client before me was finished, her friend came in and the employee decided to service that person before me even though I was waiting in the chair for a long time and the friend never came (probably was waiting in the car). I understand if they were in the queue and was waiting at a different place but the employee never notified me or told me that there was another person before me. I would appreciate it if they communicated beforehand and been transparent with the queue line. I had 3 people ahead of me until the very last client brought their friend who walked in out of nowhere and the employee serviced them. read more

I'm drive 20+ minutes out of my way to go here because it's the only one I trust to do a good job. All 3 of the ladies are great!

I only go here to get my eyebrows and face threaded, and I go to Laxmi herself! My brows look amazing every time, and I walk out feeling like a new woman. Everyone is so kind, it's clean, I love it. It's only $15 for the face threading and eyebrow threading combo, you can't beat it! read more

I'm not a fan of eyebrow threading really but needed a clean up. Went to Laxmi..no other customer so it was quick...one brow a bit arched than the other in my opinion but got it fixed...thank goodness for thick eyebrows! Maybe I'll try again...will see! read more

So I haven't gotten my eyebrows done for maybe over 2.5 years? And today I decided let's go! I have a usual spot that I've been going to but I felt like I wasn't as satisfied as I was when I first started going there. So I took a chance and went to Laxmi. No regrets! Service was friendly. I was next. She said just a clean up? And told her yes but also with a shape but not too thin and she did exactly that. I love them! I feel great! When your eyebrows are on point, you know the feeling!! I will definitely be going back and will be seeing KC again! Staff wears masks and it also says before entering to wear a mask too. It's clean inside and it's cool. Some places are just hot sitting in there (KC noticed I was hot and started to sweat coz let me tell you I get hot fast! Well she ended up keeping me cool by putting the fan on me and I really appreciated that. Lol). They also do henna and eye brow tinting. Check them out! Oh and eyebrow threading is $9.99. read more

I just visited Laxmi Eyebrow Threading and really liked the service! My eyebrows are a bit wonky from over plucking and trying to do them at home. I expressed that I like my eyebrows on the thicker side but I wanted to fix the shape. Ms. Laxmi did warn me that my eyebrows had been overplucked but she would do her best, and she did! The service was quick but I ended up with a really nice result. The price is reasonable and I liked that the salon was nice and clean. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded here and I will be sure to come back in the future. read more

This place is fantastic! Sofee helped us out very safely, and quickly. She was professional, and clean. This was very comforting to see during the pandemic. I loved the work she did on our eyebrows (we came as a group of 3), and she was so gentle when it came to working on my face especially with my sensitive skin. She was an amazing individual that made a unique connection with each of us, and I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. I just recently moved to the area and looked up eyebrow threading salons and saw the reviews on Rani and decided to come check her out! I always come in to ask if she can make my eyebrows even after the growth it's been through. She's truly the best in making my eyebrows look perfect with a natural shape! I appreciate that she takes her time and creates a friendly space to make sure that you get the service you request. Thank you again, Ranii, you are truly the best!! read more

Ranii is seriously the best and recommend going to her. She will take her time and make sure you are satisfied with any service.

I've been wanting to do Eyebrow Threading lately and today, I decided to get my eyebrows fixed for the first time. I was actually skeptical at first but as soon as I enter this place, I've been greeted by two awesome staff. They made me feel welcome and acknowledged. Ranii is the one who did my eyebrows and as a first timer, I really admire her for trying to make me feel comfortable. She is really gentle with me and she even stopped and made sure that I was okay during the process since I was tearing up a bit (i have low pain tolerance but beauty is pain so I have to sacrifice a bit :')). She knows what she is doing and I'm glad my eyebrows didn't came out too thin. Definitely recommended and surely, I'll be a returning customer! read more
