First of all, I was suprised seeing unhappy people in this place but this got me thinking they cannot please eveyone. I've tried this place for couple of time and I have to say this is the only place has all my checklist. I only come here for my pedicure services with Aimee. Yes, it has to be her, I might be bias but I tried some but she is awesome. I'm always relax after my service she perfected her technique that I don't how it always last my nail polish more than I needed to last. I highly recommended her. Went in on a Wednesday at 5:36pm. Waited until 6:23pm for someone. Everyone was busy. That's usually a good sign. I've been here before a long time ago and 7 months ago to get nails done the day before my birthday. When I got my nails done the day before my birthday (which was also a week before my due date), my nails looked good inside the salon, but when I got to my car to send pics and videos, they looked bad. I went back in and they fixed them. Only issue was a few nails were filed so thinly because she had to redo them. Otherwise, they looked much better. I got my nails done 2 days ago, and I was pressed on time. I have a 6 month old, and my timeline was to get my mani/pedi done before my husband came home with a hungry baby since I'm breastfeeding. Well, the wait was too long, so I switch it to just getting my mani/have them fix 2 broken nails. Everything turned out decent in the amount of time I was there. It was $25 plus tip to do my cuticles, cut and shape my nails and "fix" the 2 nails. One day later, my broken nail was still jacked up on the side but had some protection on the rest of the nail. I don't really have time to go back before we leave on a trip, so that's why I'm rating them a 2 star. If it was as done correctly the first time (both times), I wouldn't need to go back. It's fine though because I have everything I need to fix it myself at home. I just didn't want to have to do it at home. I had a disappointing experience here. I arrived at 9:00 AM, but the shop didn't open until about 9:15 AM. During my service, the technician was on her phone most of the time, made me wait while she used it, and even answered a personal call while working on my toes. Very unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy, attention, and professionalism, but that was clearly lacking. I would not recommend this place and hope management improves their customer service. read more

I recommend Leah's salon, I don't get my nails done as often. But when I have, I always come here. I call ahead of time to double check if they are taking walk ins and they always take me as soon as I get there. I don't get anything fancy just a manicure and always satisfied with the outcome. The simplest things can also turn out ugly but not for me. Don't come here if you're looking to get Polygel, because they don't know how to correctly apply it. This is the 2nd time I have come in where the nail tech got upset that I brought up concerns about how the Polygel application looked like and told me to wait until the end. I've gotten Polygel before and know how the process goes, so each time it gets to the end she can no longer fix what I had asked for in the beginning :( I gave the same nail tech another chance thinking it'd be better, but it turned out even worse than the first time I got Polygel with her. Bruh! This place needs Zero star!!!! I came here for my Wedding nails and twas recommended by my Mom! Leah the owner is not welcoming! I told her what I need and she keeps saying I just need a refill! girl my nails are my real nails and she didn't wanna believe me! I sat down with Kimmy! She is sweet but she doesn't know what she's doing! I asked for a an Ombre Chrome and it came out very bubbly so she had to redo maybe twice! I was starting to get anxious and later on she told me to just do a cat eye! That's very unprofessional you know.. I told her No! I wanted the chrome this is my wedding nails! I was visiting my relatives in the area and in need of some last minute pampering. I searched up Yelp for local nail shops and to my luck I find Leah's Nail Shop on Yelp. I called and they were available for a walk In pedicure. It took me 5 minutes to get there. I found parking (limited) in a small shopping center. I was greeted and sat right away. The kind woman helping me was very sweet and warming. She had me select my package, nail color and got straight to work. I can say that I received amazing attention, shared a few laughs and my pedicure came out great. I am so happy I found this place. I recommended to my relative and she also enjoyed her experience. I can also say that the prices for the services are very comfortable. I also waited a few weeks to write this review to provide feedback to see how long it lasted and I can confirm that the nail color held up very well. Very very small location. But I was happy to be able to walk in and get taken care of right away. The staff was very friendly. I think there were about maybe five staff members working this day. I want to say there about four pedicure chairs and I think three desks For nail tech, and then the little counter that you paid when finished. I really liked how my nails were done through the whole process, especially having shellac over my own. I did not feel as though my nail bed was being destroyed from taking off the previous color. at the end, there was a quick but nice hand and arm massage after. But if you're looking for someplace not as crowded and friendly and you're not too far from the area, try them out see what you think overall, my service, for my gel manicure was $35. read more

I have given this place multiple tries since it's close by and can really say at this point that I really do not understand the good reviews. My latest manipedi had the manicurist literally rip/yank out multiple cuticles to the point where most of my fingers are incredibly sensitive, painful, and I can barely bend my fingers. It's so ridiculous and infuriating. Has never happened before. I literally have bandages on most of my fingers covering the manicure ironically. My toe nail ingrown was half cut and has been bleeding repeatedly just from walking and the wound reopening. Again, never happened before. I can't express how angry I am at the unprofessional, careless, and haphazard job. The place also always seems dirty like towels being stained and discolored. The towel my feet were on today seemed like they had nail file dust on it already and weren't changed out. I should have walked out then. Would have spared my cuticles too. Will never ever be back. There are plenty of other nail salons nearby that have friendlier and less annoyed staff, cleaner, and same prices. read more
