I cannot say enough good things about this salon. After trying multiple nail salons throughout Los Angeles, I can honestly say this is my favorite place to go. The salon is always clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. Best of all, there is rarely a long wait, which I really appreciate. What sets this salon apart is their honesty and customer care. When I first came in, they were upfront about the condition of my nails and explained that the style I wanted at the time would not last because of the health of my nail bed. Instead of just taking my money, they recommended what would be best for my nails and helped me get them healthy again. That level of professionalism is hard to find. My nails always turn out exactly how I want them, and the staff consistently does amazing work. Most recently, I brought my 2-year-old daughter, Kehlani, in for a manicure and pedicure. As you can imagine, getting a toddler to sit still long enough for her nails to dry was not easy! It took three to four staff members working together, and even the gentleman at the front desk stepped in to help. Everyone was so patient, kind, and encouraging throughout the entire process. They made my daughter feel special, and her nails and toes turned out absolutely adorable. The entire team goes above and beyond to make clients feel welcome and cared for. I went again recently because they were the only place around and this time I had a much better experience My toes look pretty good after three weeks and the experience that I had was quite nice. I did the lavender pedicure, which involved a nice warm scented lavender pillow being placed around my neck and the lady doing my massage was very nice and my pedicure is not the greatest but still looks quite decent. A couple of my toes are a little uneven in my French tip. I like a very thin French tip and it is very easy to tell when it's uneven. So it is still a good pedicure, I think overall the ambience and the experience are what you're paying for more than the quality of your pedicure read more

Upon entry, this is a very busy nail spa. All the chairs were booked and there was 1 person waiting ahead of me. I checked in as a first time customer and it went smoothly. I give the ambience a 4/5 since it is extremely busy it was a bit overwhelming for me. I give the service a 2/5 for the following reasons: service was rushed, I barely got my feet scrubbed, my nails were NOT filed or painted evenly and for the price that I paid I was hoping it was be a good job (dead cuticles were not removed). I do appreciate the cleanliness. Their tools were taken out of brand new bags. It seems they cared more about getting people in and out, it could have been this way because again, it was busy; however, because this is expected especially on weekends, I think the quality of service should still be a priority as well as cleanliness (which was provided). read more

I'm only rating 1 star because I can't rate no stars! I came in on Monday after maintaining a beautiful mani I got over three weeks at another salon. I requested a gel manicure and during the process the manicurist filed my nails down with the drill instead of soaking the gel polish off like I am accustomed too. After the polish was drilled off, she did the manicure and put on a gel coat, I paid, tipped and left. Not thrilled but, I thought it was fine enough. By THAT NIGHT, I noticed a knick on my left thumb, and that all my nails were much softer than they usually are after a $40 gel manicure, but still hoped for the best. By the next day I had even more chipping and the 3rd day, two nails were broken, one down the middle, because of the excessive filing and how thin my nails were. And in case you're wondering, I do not do manual labor. I do not wash my dishes without rubber gloves, and I keep my hands clean and moisturized at all times. This chipping and breaking never happens after I get manicures! If you have natural nails, this is not the salon to go to! I came back in on Thursday with my receipt to try to get my nails fixed and the owner or manager told me that I would only be able to get the chip nails fixed, but she could do nothing about the two nails that were broken. Like I said, if you only like acrylic nails then this salon might be for you, but if you are concerned about maintaining the health of your natural nails, please please please do not go here. There is no consideration for the sensitivity of your nailbeds or your cuticles, as I had to tell her multiple times that she was drilling my skin during my manicure. My nails were thriving before I came here and now I basically have to start all over by trimming my nails down to the length of the two nails that were broken. I am very unhappy especially since the manager made no effort to accommodate me at all. read more

I appreciated that they were able to take me in last minute right at 10am during a busy Mother's Day weekend. The salon itself was large and able to accommodate many clients at once, with some staff literally running around, which affected the overall vibe a bit; though I understand they were probably trying to get people in and out as efficiently as possible. My nail tech was friendly and offered drinks (they also serve alcoholic beverages, I believe). I came in with bare nails and requested a full almond-shaped pink and white ombré set with chrome and a 3D shell accent. The entire appointment took exactly one hour. While the fast service may work well for some people, I personally felt the appointment was rushed and that the quality suffered because of it. The 3D shell accent didn't look like the reference photo I showed (pictured), and I would have preferred if they had let me know beforehand if it wasn't something they could replicate. The white ombré was airbrushed and ended up with some bubbles and darker spots visible. They charged me $100, and that did not include cuticle care. Overall, this may be a good spot for a quick nail job, but I personally don't feel the quality of work justified the price. read more

2nd visit, was looking forward to it. I booked the Lavender pedi + callus remover + extra 15 minute massage through the website. The tech was nice but I noticed she started a 10 minute timer before doing the scrub portion - maybe they time it? She stopped the timer with 3 minutes left and started it again when rubbing in the hydrating cream; she had a very light touch. Once the timer went off, she quickly put my sandals back on my feet and started painting my toes, and I realized- Oh. I guess that was it? 10 minutes of light touches (7 with a scrub pack and 3 with the cream), forget about the extra 15 minutes I'd scheduled. My toes came out okay, I chose a similar polish as the last time so it's almost funny how different it looks. I made sure I wasn't charged for the missing extra massage time but I'm still peeved, especially since my first visit was so lovely. My aunt really likes this nail spot and wanted to treat me to an auntie and niece day( how could I say no? lol). We came on a Friday around 12 ish and it was packed. We put on name on a list and wait was about 20 min or so. We both chose the lavender pedicure for $45 each. It came with a complimentary drink and I chose a mimosa! I've never had my legs covered in cucumbers and roses and I loved it lol. I was a little bummed my jet thing in my foot tub wasn't working but it was ok. The chair you sit in is a massage chair that felt great on my back and neck area. I was so excited to have a nail place close to home. I checked this place out a few months ago for a dip powder gel manicure and a pedicure. It felt pretty luxurious and I was pleased with my service. My nails last for more than 1 month. I went back this past Sunday for the same thing. The massage chairs looked as though they had not been cleaned in a while. Nancy did my nails and I forgot the name of the person who did the pedicure. The service was nice overall. I was not happy when my nail chipped on day 3. I couldn't make it for a repair the same day so I was dealing with a chipped nail that was snagging everything for 2 days. I then noticed my polish on my nails was getting lots of lines I was finally able to get it fixed on Friday night. My repaired nail is sloppy. As a matter of fact, the original gel set was sloppy with very incentive gel on the nails. The gel is not even properly adhered to my nail. (See photo). I don't have the time nor energy to go back for a second repair. Additionally, the gel on several of my nails is lifting slightly from the back of the nail bed. I only notice this left when I scratch my head and my hair gets caught 100% of the time. I'll be going to another nail shop tomorrow to get this gel removed and to get a fresh set installed. read more

I decided to try this place since it's closer to home. I got my nails done here on 9/18 and honestly wasn't planning on leaving a review, but one of my nails just broke today so I had to. The day after I got them done, my right index nail broke. I always get hard gel because it lasts longer and I use my hands a lot around the house. When I went back the next day to get it fixed, I asked the front desk if techs normally apply at least 2 coats of hard gel, since mine only applied 1. She told me, "It doesn't matter how many coats." That's not true -- my nails have never broken like this at my regular salon. They sent me to a different tech for the repair and her attitude was really off-putting. When she finished, I was just checking the shape because she used a different technique than the first tech. Before I could even say anything, she snapped, "I used the same color." My issue wasn't the color -- it was the shape. Fast forward two weeks, and now my left index nail has broken too. Total waste of money and time. I previously left a 5-star review, so this was disappointing. I came in for a Gel-X refill with design and paid about $85 plus tip. Within a day, one nail chipped badly due to bubbling. I returned and a different tech repainted it, but the same issue happened again -- and then spread to two more nails within another day. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable doing repeated repairs, so I asked for the Gel-X to be removed. The manager did remove them, but no partial refund, credit, or even basic polish on my natural nails was offered, despite multiple failed attempts and two return trips (I live about 20 minutes away). I was told to come back another time for a discount, but I don't want to keep revisiting the issue or re-explaining what happened. The salon is busy and the staff were polite, but the lack of accountability for a service that failed multiple times was disappointing. I hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future. read more

So I've gone to this spot before and I believe I had to pay around $65 for a set which was like all red medium gel X this time I got a gel x medium with pink rhinestones and a ghost white pearl color. The total came out to $95. I was caught off guard with the custom design price; apparently for the rhinestones it's $30 and I get it it's rhinestones but I honestly don't think it's worth $30. Maybe I'm trippin. I don't know but this was a little on the pricey side. I know nail tech services that work from home that do actual designs and not only apply rhinestones but actual painting designs that is less than $95 this experience was quite pricey. It's a cute set don't get me wrong but at the price. I wish they were as economical as at home nail techs because I do enjoy showing up at a random time to get my nails done.
