I was so happy to get my pedicure and manicure done here. Surely did not feel she was in a rush to Finish job at all. She offers me drinks , chips and much more while I was waiting! So friendly I felt I was home getting a mani pedi ! She did a great job on my heels which had not been pedicured forever last 8 months before pandemic hit. My skin felt like baby skin. Also she only takes customers by appointment. She makes sure to clean/disinfect everything before and after the customer leaves. I loved how polite she was! Over all loved her positivity around and clean bails and clean pedicure. Definitely covid proof place. A little pricy but totally worth it since you get individual attention. This is my go to nail salon from now on. I've been to others nail salon and they are not the best as butler's spa. The owner take her time to work on your nails. She is not rushing like other places. This is a one and one services. This is my third time coming here. Today she got an assistant with her to work on my boyfriend. Both ladies did a wonderful job. I went to Butler's Spa Boutique to remove the acrylic nails I had on and to get a regular (no gel) manicure. I really appreciated the time Lamicia took to properly remove my acrylics vs. quickly filing them off like most salons. I didn't realize how lengthy the appointment was (around 2 hours) until I left because of the engaging conversations and pleasant atmosphere in the salon. My nails were quite thin and weak from wearing acrylic sets for the last 2 months but I left the salon with smooth nails and a beautiful manicure! I definitely plan to go back soon! read more

I had an appointment yesterday with with Lamicia for medi/pedi and boy did I get the best pamper experience ever. She was educated and she took her time. It's not just about the money with her she actually gives you the experience that you can't just come once. She was kind and gentle she catered to her customers. We talked, laughed and I even shared things with her. This was my first nail salon since moving to California and I am so glad I chose to come to this one because she gave me the best welcome I could have ever got since being here. I went today for the first time.. I was very impressed by the service. I love my nails and the pedicure was very relaxing I wanted to fall asleep I could've paid for another pedicure it was that good and not to mention the mimosa were right on time kept flowing .. My nail technician was on time for my pedicure appointment. Huge plus! There is a television for clients and you can watch your program of choice. Although the location may give one pause, the salon was clean and comfortable with a lux glam decor. During my service I was offered a mimosa and when my glass was empty, I was asked if I would like another. I appreciated being asked if I had any issues with my feet prior to commencement of the service, and also what's important to me when it comes to pedicures. The time taken to customize my pedicure, and the effort that was made to ensure that I was a satisfied customer really paid off. Overall I had a great experience and did not feel like I was on an assembly line! Their price point is commensurate with other salons of this caliber only I don't have to drive all the way to the west side!
