I absolutely love the experience and utopia nails for my first time I'm originally from Alabama when I came in I asked for the best because I'm picky. They gave me Henry and Jenny. I'm very pleased to call them. My new manicurist. Matter of fact, I'm at the door now walking in as I'm doing my review. This would be my second time visiting. We'll see how it goes lol
I hate to complain but come on. This is not okay. Now I know why this place has only 3 stars. I paid $72.10 plus $10 tip after a second nail tech came and fixed it. I don't know why I paid so much considering the outcome of the first gel set. I didn't want to question it and then get recorded on video, get called a Karen, and then lose my job. I paid for services and left. Just like everyone should.
I am sad write this review as I was ecstatic to finally find a great nail salon but this week has severely changed my outlook on this business and I unfortunately am now in the market for a new place to give my business too. To be more specific, I called and asked for my usual pedicure and nails with Timmy. I must have repeated his name at minimum 3 times. I go to my appointment and am sat with another technician. That was my first mistake, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and carried on with the appointment because I did not want to be "that guy" and complain. A few days go by, and I am noticing every time I go to wash my hair, its tough because my nails were not filed correctly and were on the thicker side resulting in every nails literally pulling strands of hair out. Did I notice this the day I left? No, simply because they were new and fresh - I did not notice they were laid thick up to cuticle. I called again to ask if Timmy could assist with filing the nails to make them last a bit longer as with his work I can usually go 3 - 4 weeks without returning because he is just that good at nails. I am told he is busy and is off Sunday to call back Monday. Monday, I called as soon as they open to ask if he is available and what time. They provided no parameters to his schedule, they simply said you pick a time. So we settled on 1pm and I took my lunch break to fix my nails. I arrived early to allow for adequate time, and am told from 12:50pm - 1:15pm, he's in back parking his car he will be right in. I finally left after spending nearly 30 minutes of lunch just waiting for his arrival. Now if he was unavailable or running late, they have customer profiles, they could have called before I drove myself 15 minutes to their location or even told me when I arrived. Nope they wasted my time, my lunch and my gas this day. Friday, against my better judgment I tried one more time to return on my lunch, 1pm. I arrive at 1pm on the dot, and much to my surprise, there is no Timmy in sight. I remind them, of the 1pm appt time and that I am on a time limit. He strolls in around 1:15pm and proceeds to talk to me as if I am a problem and an inconvenience. I asked if he could fix my existing nails, don't redo them, fix them just the cuticle parts so they can last longer. Honestly after what happened earlier in the week, I halfway expected them to fix them complimentary. He files them down, and essentially does a new set in silence. Silly me, I walked out of there late to return to work, a thumb nail filed to the left angle and completely bitter about this $30 "discounted" repair. Safe to say, this whole experience and their lack of customer service has changed my outlook and I will not be returning.
This was my first time visiting this Nail Spa and I don't recommend this Place unfortunately. My Feet Spa was nice but my Nails were RUSHED to be done. It's definitely not the vibe nor the place if you're looking for the detail or care. Definitely don't recommend especially for the price as well....
They have a 3 start for a reason ! They ABSOLUTELY don't care about their customers! They cut me up so bad & the polish is so ugly ! They just rush through everything! & if only I could show you my toes ! HORRIBLE!!! Will never be coming here again ! Also i dodged a bullet .. they are so unsanitary they go around with a wax cartridge to wax everyone's brows ! Those are supposed to be disposable!!!! AVOID YOURSELF A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! DONT COME HERE !!!
Wow! This place is amazing!! They did an amazing job on my mani and pedi! And so quick. I had an appointment at 2, my nails were finished by 2:40! Elana did a great job on my manicure, I brought in some reference and she executed it perfectly. The pedicure was so relaxing!! Kim did such a great job and gave a great foot massage. I will be coming back for sure!
I went to get a valentines fill in. I asked for stiletto black ombré. I did not like the way the lady kept shaping them to be more almond like and asked her about 4 times to make them more skinny and sharp...she really did not listen to what I continued to ask for but I trusted the process and I'm truly just disappointed. The shaping is fat and she just seemed to be in a rush so didn't take the time to fix the simple mistakes..my appointment was at 12pm I was there early but wasn't seated until way past that I was waiting for over an hour and a half..and didn't leave until about 2:45. I payed $72 when tbh for a fill this is worth like $50 if that. I'm trying to love them because it was such a process but it's just not what I asked for and with V day around the corner I'm just really upset :/

The family came in for the deluxe spa pedicure with Tam, Henry and Mai. It was easily the best pedicure experiences we've ever had. Everyone was gentle and so friendly. The usual nail salon odor was almost non-existent. The seats were comfortable and lovely. We will be making this a monthly event. Thank you so much! read more

Please Read !!! 1st time n last time!!! Do not go here!! They scammed you into making you pay for a higher service then requested and gave me a nail infection!! I came here Dec 11,I discovered my cuticle was cut and infected on New Year's Day!!! I called and ask for the owner they would not let me speak to her, i called on new years eve ! Today jan 4th i had my doctor appointment!! I came to the shop at 10 am I asked to speak to the owner. A lady stepped in for her. I asked the lady can I please have a copy of my receipt and an incident report the lady instructed me that the owner was not there. She was on vacation. I told the lady I do not want to cause any issues if she could please step outside to see about my concerns . The lady that helped me was the one who did my pedicure so I explained to her I cannot remember the person who did my manicure, but I believe my nails are infected, and I need a copy of my receipt and an incident report of this incident. I also was confused on the day I came , but i knew it was between tues or wed , The lady did not want to help me without being instructed from the owner. I told her that I was not going anywhere until I spoke to the owner so finally, she put her on the phone. The owner wanted me to settle ,of giving me a refund for my mani. I explained to her that I do not feel comfortable with that until I see a doctor because I'm going to the doctor at 12 to see what is going on, but I do believe that this is a fungus that's on my nails. The lady told me that that is fine if that's what I choose to do I can't do that, but she was adamant of me just receiving the full refund of the mani, I told her no , so i left and I went to the doctor the doctor told me that my cuticles was cut ,and of course of it being cut Cut open, I got dirt and debris in it and that's why it's infected, but initially came from my cuticles being cut during my service I remember telling the lady that did my nails that it burns so somewhere somehow she cut me and I didn't notice but I did tell her it's burning. It burned a lot. I told the lady OK since it's not a fungus I rather just give my full refund from everything which I spent $100, the issue is I spent $100 in cash another issue is I asked for a regular pedicure and a lady decided to do a different pedicure on me without my knowledge and charge me but since she did a good job on my feet, I didn't complain. I just paid and I tipped them .Since I paid in cash, She manipulated the situation and told me that I'm lying. I'm making this up, I never came to their shop so since I didn't have no actual proof that I came there because I didn't take any pictures and I don't have a receipt. She was able to manipulate the situation but God knows and she knows ,the worker knows that I'm not lying and I came there so I decided to call the police. The police told me that I could not make her provide me a receipt I have a incident report. I am working on camera footage to prove this situation, but please do not go here. They are evil. Everyone there was backing the owner up to say that I was making it up that I did not come there which is not true. I came there December 11 and got a mani and pedi , I was overcharged on something that I didn't request and got an infection. Please do not go here!!!!!!!!! read more

They did an amazing job! Pam and Lynn are an amazing duo. Highly recommend getting a pedicure from Pam, he is kind and goes the extra mile to make sure your pedicure is a lovely experience. I'm not sure what's in the lotion, but it made me feel super relaxed. I appreciate the great customer service and awesome results. read more

My boyfriend found this place on Google for me and I absolutely love the service! I always went for Acrylic but Tee insisted I try Gel X to stop damage to my nails. She guaranteed they'd last or I could come back and she'd fix them. Sure enough 3 weeks later, my nails were still on! She took her time and made sure I was happy with the results. Got a new set this past weekend. Definitely a regular now! read more

I've been coming to this place for 30years and I highly recommend it , there like my family I love there hospitality and there clean safe place also there products are very health components.My daughter loves Sherrie she's the best treats us like family I've been getting my nails done by her for 30years.I highly recommended her and this place to get your nails and pedicure done also it's not expensive. read more

Crooked... cut too short... I did a pedicure and he was so aggressive with banging my feet back into the water. He half assed the massage because i didnt want to pay $10 extra for the full massage. Felt like he was almost upset that i didnt want to upgrade the pedicure package. Waited 35 min till someone helped me after sitting me on their massage chairs, when they made it seem like i would be served immediately. Took 1.5 hrs for this incomplete looking pedicure. Will most likely not come back here read more

Very low quality work. I am not at all impressed with my dip manicure or pedicure. The guy started on my pedi, got up went to go clean another chair, then came back to work on me with the same gloves! I couldn't believe it. There was no wait time and I see why. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I normally get Russian manis/pedis and will continue to do so. Pass this place up guys! read more

I think overall this place is okay. There were multiple returning clients that came in for their scheduled appoints while I was getting my nails done. That tells me that they found someone who works here that does quality work. The shop is nice, smells good, and has a very open and breezy airflow. I requested a gel manicure and received it on my natural nails. The nails on my left hand are much shorter than the ones on my right hand, noticeably so, after they were cut and shaped. My cuticles are not cleaned up in a way that doesn't disrupt the polish. My polish is patchy and not very even. I have dried polish on my cuticle skin, and this makes it look like I did my own nails- not a professional. It's so hard to tell someone face to face that their work isn't the best. I assume because everyone is a professional that they should know to clean up the polish on the skin to make the painted nails look nice. I'm disappointed because these nails were for my friends wedding. I think the pictures speak for themselves. This is one of the worst manicures I have ever gotten. read more
