I didn't have an appointment and Helen was working on a customer. She was honest in letting me know that it would be a 30 minute wait. She continued working on her customer without rushing which is something that you don't see in these nail shops anymore. Once she started working on me, she was not trying to upsell me on additional services. She was so very kind and I felt right at home. This is the type of nail shop I've been looking for!
