I can't say enough good things about this salon! This was my third visit, and every time I'm greeted warmly and treated with great care from start to finish. My nail tech, Vivian, was amazing--she checked in throughout the entire service to make sure I was happy with every detail. She also showed me her portfolio, and it's clear she's extremely skilled!! I came in for a simple French tip, but after seeing her work, it's obvious she can do just about any design you can imagine!!
Always great service at D Nails! All of the nail techs I've had do amazing work. I like that there's always someone available to do my acrylics or Gel-X. Great ambiance as well -- the team is always laughing with each other while being helpful to guests!
Helen was very sweet and did a great job on my nails. Not too expensive and plenty of parking.

This nail salon is it. It's the one. I've been to many salons and none can top this one. They have a ton of techs here and they will find a way to fit you in when it's busy. They deal with some difficult customers. I saw one girl run off due to a long wait (wasn't long at all) and they ran after her to get her in. They don't play about their business! As for the nail job; bomb. My toes look amazing. My girl is named Kim and she was fabulous. Their chairs are comfortable, the set up is nice, 3 televisions, and they take their time with your nails. Any nail salon you go to, you'll see customers with little unfair complaints but these techs handle that part well. I'm grateful to have found this salon. I mean it when I say they do a really great job at the nails. All the nails I saw looked amazing. Lastly the technicians are a fun time. They care about their work and make sure you leave happy, satisfied, and looking good. All around sweet and friendly group of people.
I really enjoy coming to this salon. Making an appointment is a breeze, and honestly, walk-ins are just as easy. I get Gel-X manicures, and I love how they're always accommodating to whatever design I bring in from my Pinterest inspo. They also have a great selection of colors to choose from. The pedicures are equally high quality. The salon is always clean, professional, and relaxing. Definitely recommend!
First time here and had a very pleasant experience. Plenty of parking and was able to get a same day appointment. Greeted warmly as soon as I walked in even though they were clearly busy. Able to be seated for my pedicure and full acrylic set within my appointment time. Both nail technicians were so detailed and did my nails to perfection. Very impressed and will be back.
I rate this place 0 stars I'm so sorry. Look how she left the sides of my nails. I'm used to having them CRISP THIN . A lot of them have bumps and look thick. Just unproportioned. Absolutely the best!!! I love my nail tech Steven. He is amazing! That man truly knows what he's doing. His work is always on point, and I'm so grateful he came into my life because the Lord knew I needed a good nail tech who understands a sista, and Steven is that guy! Thoroughly impressed with this nail spa and the calming/welcoming vibe it gives off! There were no awkward looks or stares from the employees nor the clients which is an added factor to a good review for me, personally. But it started with a call in which I think the owner answered (male), and I requested a Gel Pedicure which totaled up to $45. (Not bad in my pocket book, that's the average gel pedi price!) I visited on Monday (July 7th) almost close to closing time which is 7pm. I arrived around 6:05pm ish, then checked in and did have to wait a bit since there were other clients already getting serviced before me, but it wasn't for too long at all! I was serviced by Arin & omg is she the most sweetest, cutest & gentle handed woman ever! I have tiny little toenails & she took her TIME to make sure the extra nail polish that leaked over on my skin was cleaned up and all. I appreciate the small things like that since I'm a detail oriented person and have experienced nail shop horror stories in the past lol... above all, the customer service is top tier here, the service didn't take long & I told the owner that I will be back! Updating my review from 2 years ago. The owner made things right and I'm so glad I gave them another chance!! I've now gone dozens of times and have always had a great result. The place is clean and calm, and Sophia does my gel builder fill every 3 weeks. I have also seen Hannah, Sammi, Mia, Helen and many others who have always been super nice and exceptionally skilled. I live nearby, and walk to my appt, where I get to relax and watch incredible Vietnamese food videos that make me so hungry, while my nails are worked on. This past week I got a pedi with my mani and it was so nice to sit in the massage chair, get my toes and hands done, while I listened to an audio book. Thank you Toan, Sophia and everyone who works at D'Nails. I'll see you again in a couple weeks.

She replicated the nails I showed her so perfectly and very detailed with everything while being great to talk to throughout the service. This is my second time coming to D Nail Spa, and I think I've officially found my new nail spot! I had to find a new nail tech, and I'm so glad I found this place. Everyone is super nice, friendly, and welcoming. Vivian especially does an amazing job! I work with animals, so I'm VERY hard on my hands and nails, and somehow they hold up great for almost a whole month! She really pays attention to the little details, and I've loved how my nails have turned out both times. They do take appointments, but I've always managed to come in as a walk-in without any issues. I had a pleasant experience getting my nails done, along with a pedicure, and I encountered no issues during my visit. Both my nails and my feet turned out beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I received the Gel X on my nails. However, I did find the customer service to be somewhat lacking. I tried to engage with the nail technician in hopes of building a friendly rapport, but it felt like he wasn't really interested in chatting or establishing a connection. It would have been nice to have a more welcoming atmosphere. I asked his name and he was hesitate but told me. Although I forgot his name, I didn't think he wanted me to know anyway. As for the woman who did my pedicure, she was quite reserved and didn't engage in conversation at all. In fact, she never introduced herself, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. While the quality of the services was great, the overall customer service left something to be desired. I believe a little more friendliness and communication could greatly enhance the experience for clients. Overall, while I loved the results, I hope to see improvements in the customer service aspect during my next visit. Bathroom was clean and overall shop. read more

I came across this nail spa here on yelp. I've been looking for a new nail salon and this one of all got great reviews. Made my appointment the same day when I got here. It was a full house, but I was greeted right away. A chair was waiting for me. They took me a couple minutes before my appointment which was amazing. I had very bad brutal nails from a previous nail salon. My nails were very, very short very weak and Sammy recommend me to do gel X which I've never heard of before, but I absolutely love my new nails they look very natural. Hannah did an amazing job with my pedicure took her time. I had a bad ingrown nail and she took it out with no problem. I think I found my new nail spa salon. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon every three weeks for the last year, and the service has been consistently amazing. Every technician I've worked with has done a fantastic job no matter who you book with you're in good hands. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the selection of colors is extensive so there's always something new to try. I recently made the switch from gel X to hard gel, which I had never tried before, and Helen made the transition so easy. She explained everything clearly and made sure. I felt comfortable with the change. My nails have never looked better. I recommended this salon to several friends and family members, and they all had great experience it too if you're looking for high-quality work, friendly service and a clean professional environment. I just got my nails done today and I absolutely love them! They turned out exactly how I wanted, even better than I expected. My nail technician, Helen, was very patient and really listened to all my requests. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I was disappointed with the service I received after seeing so many good reviews about this place. I got a pedicure and hard gel set and spent $80 for something that was rushed and not done properly. The lady that did my pedicure seemed like she was new and left all my toe nails crooked and scratchy. She didn't even bother taking out the ingrowns I had which was a waste of money since I had to go fix it at home. Then the lady who I believe her name was simmy was rushing to do my gel manicure and even cut meshe was too busy focusing on doing multiple things at once. I thought it was unprofessional for a nail tech to be screaming and involved in everyone's business while she's doing a clients nails. I didn't even bother arguing while I was there because I was just annoyed and wanted to leave after having someone screaming in my ear. read more
